Any one trying to do business with this company don't do it! It will save you from a huge headache and disappointment. They are rude and very unprofessional. There are many other companies that are more friendly and do a better job. If a company is not professional enough for their customers, I can't imagine how they treat their own workers. I'm also speaking in general. maybe no one dares to speak up about their workplace, due to job security but all I have to say is that if you feel that they are keeping you from doing what you love to do or if there's no other opportunities look for something better!
When you feel that things don't feel right leave! don't be afraid, there's many better opportunities out there. Places where people will treat you like you deserve to be treated. Don't let a workplace (boss, supervisor, superintendent) intimidate you and if they do may you shouldn't be there because true leaders want the best for their people. Thank you, and God bless!

Most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. I lease a commercial space and the building manager started using Madsen a few years ago. Multiple roof leaks since then that they could not fix, until I told them what needed to be done. A year and a half ago, they installed a new membrane roof that had multiple leaks. Today they are pressure washing that new roof and blowing water under the new skylights they installed, that they obviously didn't seal when they installed them. Their worker asked to spray more water through the leak down onto my CNC machines so they could find the leak. Find a better roofing company, it won't be hard to do.
