We are very pleased with the roofing work performed by Clint and his crew. In addition to coordinating with the contractor who was doing gutter replacement on our home (which required starting and stopping their work a couple of times) they repaired dry rot discovered during the project and also removed roof tiles to clean leaves and debris from the "valleys" on our roof and took "before" and "after" photos so that we could see the results.

He also was able to find roofing tiles to match the ones on our 24-year-old roof and even brought us some extras. Professional, quality work and a fair price. If we ever need roofing work again, we'll call Garrett Roofing!

Clint was our hero! After the recent storms part of my roof came off and we were experiencing the beginnings of water damage in our house. I called MANY roofers and all were very busy due to the storms. Luckily Clint was able to come by, give me a very reasonable estimate AND REPAIR MY ROOF THE SAME DAY. Since roofers are in such demand from the storm, I especially appreciated the professional and honest service. Highest rating! I would highly recommend!

Let me just say that they are amazing! Clint at Garrett Roofing was so helpful, and made what could have been a huge headache a painless and easy experience. They gave us their bid for the repair and within a few days had fixed our roof and did an impeccable job. Their customer service and quality of work exceeded my expectations beyond belief, and speaking with Clint throughout the process was anything but a hassle. They stayed true to their bid and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Finding a roofer can be a tedious and time consuming process. Since I don't live in NorCal, it was challenging to find a roofer for my mom's urgent roofing problem in Sacramento. I am so glad I found these guys! Clint is a true expert and professional. I couldn't be happier with the end result and how quickly this company responded and completed the job. Clint gave me a quote that beat another big name roofer (whose quote was to pull the tile back about 6 feet and replace one outrigger), while Clint's quote and work pulled the tile back about 12 feet and replaced 3 outriggers. His work was fast, professional, they cleaned up everything and even helped me take down the top pieces of my huge faux Christmas tree! Above and beyond. Thanks Clint!

Mr. Clint Garrett certified the roof on the home we purchased in 2011. Mr. Garrett worked with the home seller (who "flipped" our home), who reported the roof being "newer". Immediately after moving into the home we discovered exposed flashing on the roof. Mr. Garrett came to the home and repaired the flashing. Subsequently, we discovered various other home defects including water intrusion in the ceiling from a leaking roof. Mr. Garrett was again contacted and reported coming to our home while we were at work, to replace the valleys on the roof.

A home inspection we obtained after moving into the home (once we realized there were major issues with the home) resulted in discovery of various roof problems including missing tiles. We found out that the roof on the home was not "newer" and in fact was approximately 18-20 years old. We were advised that the valleys on the roof had not in fact been replaced as Mr. Garrett alleged they had.

We are now involved in a lawsuit which includes Garrett Roofing as a party. Mr. Garrett denies having heard from us since we moved into the home. Clint alleges that he's never spoken to us and he denies having been called to our home twice. Garrett Roofing has abond of $12,500; however, Mr. Garrett advised my attorney that he's not insured or bonded. Mr. Garrett refuses to provide the costs we are demanding for a new roof. Mr. Garrett is extremely dishonest and unprofessional.

This roofer is the absolute best in terms of quality and professionalism. I had a huge leak from a competitor of his that performed the original work and Mr. Garrett found numerous deficiencies in the installation of not only the deck but also the application of the roof tiles. I would recommend his service and work to anyone looking for a good product.

Clint Garrett called me back promptly when I left a message about a leak. He came out with an hour, determined that the roof was fine, but the furnace unit had been installed improperly by Energy King and was leaking. He also did not flashing under the tile that they did and recommended we fix that at some point. He did not even charge us for this visit. What a professional. He knows what he is doing. Even photographed the problem for us.
