I had my roof in Bay Ridge completely redone by Greene Roofing last fall. This past weekend I had a leak. It happens, but that's what warranties are for right? I call and they claim they are under new management and won't honor the warranty. Any work needed work would be charged. So the warranty on my brand new roof is worthless. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I don't know how you can buy a business and pretend you aren't responsible for its clients. This feels fraudulent as heck. Don't use 'em, there is no chance their warranty will be honored.

All of the questions and concerns I had were addressed by this roofing contractor, in addition to how attentive they were it was easy to work with them and they were very personable too.

Unconditionally the wordt job I've ever paid momey for $8300 for a new roof and two years later it leaks and ruins another ceiling. Then Alan the owner, does'nt pick up his phone and the business changes it's bame. Slick concept but not very nice. Seriously do not use Greene Roofing.

It truly was a pleasure having my roof installed by Goldenberg Roofing Nyc. It's hard to find a really good company with great work ethics and not to mention awesome people. You hear so many bad things about roofing companies which in turn makes it so much harder for the good guys to earn the trust they deserve. Thanks to all of you!

This company is amazing. The general manager, had been fantastic from the very beginning of the project and right through to the end. He was very knowledgeable and quick to get back to you with answers to my questions that I had and just a shear pleasure to work with. The staff came out to do the job were on time very friendly and good and quick with what they do. the Cree leader was very friendly explaining everything that was being done.

We had a roof removed and installation done in less than a day and included plywood being replaced along with an Ice shield, a special roof paper, 50 year owens shingles along with a ridge vent. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Goldenberg Roofing Nyc

Greene Roofing did a roof recover of our flat roof in Brooklyn. The crew did a great job, including reconstruction of our hatch, cleaned up all the debris. Start to finish less than a day. all in all a good experience. Service: Roof installation

Greene Roofing provided new roof membrane and skylight access hatch, custom made to the needs of our house. Skilled personnel were very easy to work with, and performed the job efficiently. They did a great clean up as well. Greene even provided a new lead gutter pipe as an extra service as the old one was damaged. Kudos to the entire team from estimate, to booking, to executing great results. I highly recommend their services.

These guys are great. They came quickly to give an estimate, and the price was great. We scheduled quickly for the job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very clean! Both on the roof and in our house; they left no dirt or tar and anything anywhere. They are professionals, they are conscientious. I highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware. I'm very angry; I asked Greene Roofing to repair my gutter and Brain cleaned out the gutter and never fixed it. I was then charged $300. When I asked them to come back and fix the problem: the water was not flowing out of the downspout. Brain insisted that he couldn't do anything about it, stating that there are too many trees on the street. I would have to get my gutter cleaned every 3 months. I waited months for them to repair my gutter. Do not use this company; they do sloppy work.

BUYER BEWARE! I am very disappointed with Greene Roofing and I will never hire them again. A couple of months ago, I asked them to repair and unclog my gutter downspout elbow. The rain water is not flowing out of the elbow, but pouring off the roof. Brian called me to tell me he fixed it. Afterwards Greene billed me $300; within a month I had the same problem.

I called again and Brian unclogged the gutter downspout but said he couldn't fix it because of my neighbor's tree? I guess he meant the leaves were clogging the downspout elbow. I called the owner last week and he said he would send NIck to get a second opinion. I'm still waiting for Nick to contact me. I'm rating them 0 stars.

Greene did our Condo roof last year (6 floors, 12 unit building). I can firmly recommend them - excellent service, extremely responsive and very trustworthy. We had a small issue with a leak after and they came back at no cost a few times to check it, patch and make sure the problem didn't last. They stand by their work and materials and it really shows. I can't recommend them enough - very happy customer.

Absolutely loyal roofing company. They really care about there reputation. So they make sure they do right by there customers. They have been in the business for decades. Nick and Alan were very clear about solutions and plans moving forward. Once completed our leaking roof problem solved and our balcony fully renovated. Plus a 10 year warranty for my peace of mine.
