GREAT service, punctual, courteous and professional. I noticed a nest in my chimney a month ago. Called Mark Jameson in south orange and made an appointment. They texted me the day before to confirm the appointment. Jose and crew came right on time on the day. After about 20 minutes, they pulled out 2 dead squirrels from the chimney and told me they needed to check the cap of the chimney to make sure no animals would get in in the future.

Due to the height of the chimney and the location of it, they had to use a regular ladder to get to the second floor roof then a hook ladder to climb to the ridge of the top roof. Then they moved along the ridge for about 30 feet to reach the chimney. It turned out the wire mesh chimney cap was a bit small leaving space for the squirrels to come in. They took it down, modified it to make it bigger and secured it back on. I am really happy with their service.

Mark Jameson came out to give us a quote on chimney repair after shutting down our heat due to exhaust backdraft. After giving him the job, he was there the very next day and the liner was replaced within a few hours. His team did an excellent job and we had our heat back on in no time after we gave him the job. I was impressed by his quick turnaround time.

I highly recommend this company if you need any chimney repairs. Also, the liners Mark installs are high quality steel liners, not cheap aluminum liners. You may pay a higher up front costs for his repairs, but they last a lifetime.

Multiple reschedules, and have the audacity to demand a new date for the reschedule. As if your life is booking your chimney cleaning according to when it's most convenient for them. Avoid.
