Originally called for an estimate on a house i was buying for roof repairs on the 11/19/2019. Called last minute but the receptionist was very very rude to me each and every time I called. Was told I'd hear back from them by 11/21. I called back on wednesday 11/20 to make sure I heard from them the next day cause I was in a time crunch explained I knew I was calling a day early and explained why only to be told I why was I calling a day early when I was told I would hear from them the next day.
Which I thought was extremely rude but I shrugged it off. So i call 11/21 the lady says the owner is busy and hopefully I'd hear something by the next monday 11/25 at the latest when they already said 11/21 i'd hear by the latest. So I wait and hear nothing not to my surprise. So I wait another week what a shocker. I call back 12/2 i tell them I never heard nothing and the lady is laughing saying oh it was because of the holiday and shes gonna call the owner right now! Calls me back says he already inspected the roof 2 weeks ago.but his phones really hot right now so he can't send the quote.he already has it and inspected the property he just needs to send it to me and he'll have it to me by the end of the day. Here we are 12/7 and I STILL havent heard a single word from them. Terrible customer service don't waste your time!

Paul did a great job on my tile roof repairs. Everything went smooth from first appointment being on schedule, I then received pictures of the roof showing what needed repair, and a detailed proposal. They even matched my tiles very closely which were hard to come by. It was a pleasure to work with Paul, and I've already recommended him for a relatives house.
