Our next door neighbor, a commercial contractor, recommended Minnick to us and we saw the quality job they did on his roof. We had our new roof installed and we were thrilled with the result! Minnick had a professional crew led by Jason, and they did a wonderful job. They did quality work and cleaned everything up when they were done. Minnick roofing was recommended by my home owners insurance. They were amazing to work with. They started the roof replacement when they were scheduled, kept me informed each step of the way, cleaned up nicely after removing old roofing. The trash dumpster was gone the first day. I have seen some companies take days to remove the dumpster. My two story home roof was completed in one week. I would highly recommend them if you're wanting a worry free company to work with.

What an expensive and lousy job! The temporary tarp is so loosely taped up, and the plastic sheet is blowing to the direction of the wind on my roof. I do not recommend this roofer if you do wish to have a fire break out on your roof, then you use them. P.S. The owner wrote to me on 10-8-2018 but it was kind of late response since two years has been passed. I paid over $650 for the estimate n this tarp job on my roof.

Received a quote for a leak repair on a tile roof that had never leaked for over 20 years before and had no visible damage. The quote was nearly $3,000. I called another roof repair service and was told that the only problem was that dirt and leaves had built up on the metal valleys and it just needed to be cleaned off. He did the work for $175 and there is no more leak.
One positive thing (the reason I gave 2 stars) about Minnick is that he suggested I drill some holes in the ceiling where the water was coming in to stop any further damage. I had actually already done that, but at least he was trying to help. I just don't know how his estimator could come up with a repair quote so far out of line.

I had a great experience with Minnick Roofing. I was given a referral from a trusted contractor that my partner has used for years in the property management business. I dealt with Ken who was great. He even came to CRMC emergency parking lot to meet with me to sign contract and choose materials, while my partner was going through some medical issues.
The job was started within days and finished in a few days, including having city inspector out twice to inspect the job. I also dealt with a couple of the gals in the office over the phone and in person and they too were a pleasure to deal with. I'm very happy with my new roof, the cost for the job (got 2 other quotes thousands higher) and the interactions with all employees. AH, Fresno
