The team at Virtue Pro is top notch! I've been a repeat customer of theirs for years now and I know my roof is in great hands. Several years ago, I noticed moss growing on my roof and wanted to nip it in the bud before it became a problem. I'm so glad I found Virtue Pro! They came out and got all of the moss off, treated the roof to prevent it from re-growing, and now I have them come out once a year to reapply the treatment. Moss has never been a problem since!

I have used their services to remove moss from the roof of my house, to treat the roof with a layer of zince sulfate in inhibit moss growth, and to clean the gutters. The work they do is exceptional!

As part of an eleven unit 2-building Home Owner's Association (HOA), we contacted Virtue to submit a bid to take care of urgent roof moss and gutter clogging issues. Their response was immediate and the bid thorough in its detail and surpassed the information provided by other contractors that bid. Their pricing was competitive and we chose Virtue for the contract. John did a pre-bid inspection of the roofs the day following our contacting Virtue.

I know the inspection was not easy as our units are two floor row houses with steeply pitched roofs with one unit having solar panels. The bid was submitted, to the HOA, the following day and also included issues with the roof that weren't part of Virtue's discipline, but he thought we should be made aware of. The job was scheduled and prior to the work there was always an immediate response, by Virtue, to all the questions that you forget to ask prior to the start of the work (do you need access to units, how much will those units which are businesses be inconvenienced, etc.).

The work was professionally performed, done as scheduled, and within the dollar amount quoted. Virtue's crew was easy to work with and always responded politely to those unit owners that questioned them while they worked. We've actually worked out a maintenance schedule which will keep the HOA costs minimized by doing preventative maintenance to extend the life of the roof. Thank you John, Lisa, and the Virtue crew.
