Be cautious with what the quote is verses what you will have to pay at the end. Blind sided with an extra $1,400 in lumber charge at the time to pay. Handed a bill with no company name on it! Threatened with liening my house. Not one of the roofers spoke English. Caused additional damage to solar piping (cut them off the roof)! I was not given any indication or call to say the lumber was at this amount. Oh and the salesman works at Buck's Lumber! Sorry but not good business! Work in construction and this in not acceptable in the industry! Be cautious.

I've used this company many times for all of my rentals over the years. Rob Johnston is the guy that usually comes out and I really appreciate how friendly he is, understanding and ability to actually listen to my roofing questions without brushing me off. From the time they pull up to the time they're done everything is well above board and completely professional. I would definitely recommend Rob Johnston and his crew if you need any roof work done!

I would put 6 stars if it would let me only because Robert did such an amazing on my roof and i am forever grateful! Thank you Robert and to Mid Florida Roofing as well. Robert was right on time and located the leak surprisingly quick! I assume thats where the 25 years experience comes in. I thought i was going to be stuck at home all day waiting for Robert to finish. Nope. I was able to still go to the gym and enjoy my day JLAM : THANKS Robert!

So I'm renting a unit that has a leak. I call the landlord, he sends out the ac guy, ac guy says it's not them, so landlord calls a roofer. Rob Johnston came out, looked at it, said it wasn't the roof and whatnot, looks like it's coming from the door instead. Okay cool, thanks for the info! Says he's going to get me a card to call him in the future. Seems pretty standup so far, right?
While he went out, I ended up getting wrapped up with a client on the phone while assisting a coworker with some IT help. So my receptionist end up taking his card and talking to him. This guy had the gall to tell her to tell me to quit wasting his time, and that he's already lost money because of me. Wow dude. I'll be sure to let the landlord know not to use you anymore. Thanks!

This roofing company was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all and they were easy to communicate with. The workers cleaned up the worksite perfectly. Really amazing company! They are professional, hard working, communicate well, and make sure the job is not only done well but correctly. Every step taken from the initial meet and greet for a quote and all the way to the end. I was that annoying customer with numerous questions about my install since this was my first time getting my roof done, however, they were so awesome about answering them all in a timely manner. Fair and honest pricing, which I appreciate! Very very happy customer! I highly recommend getting your roofing done from them!
