Chris with Roof Top Services (RFS) is absolutely a god sent. We were with a gentleman (complete stranger to all of us) on the side of the road for over an hour trying to help him move his car that was stuck on a large landscape rock. Chris saw us trying to assist and swooped in like a hero. Chris was the ONLY person to stop and help us, everyone else just kept on driving.
I can't even express how grateful me and my family are for helping us move this large rock. We were there for over an hour trying different techniques to move the rock so this gentleman could finally go home. The gentleman was able to drive home after being stuck for over 4 hours. It is people like Chris that remind you there is still good people in the world. I have nothing but positive thoughts now when I hear Roof Top Services. Will definitely give you guys a call if I ever need roofing services! Thank you again Chris.

The estimator (Scott), the installers (Adam & crew), and the office staff were all very professional, friendly and quick to respond to questions and concerns. I engaged Roof Top Services to repair some shingle damage left from a passive solar system reinstall. The company worked with me to schedule at my convenience. Christian showed up to do the work at the appointed time. He did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and cleaned up after the work was completed. I have used Roof Top Services in the past and will continue to use them for all of my roofing needs. I would recommend them with no reservations.

I would like to share my experience with Roof Top Services of Central Florida for the service provided in June 2020 during the risky time of Corona virus. The great service started with Natasha the secretary of the company and Bob Friedrich the Project Manager with whom I discussed the options for the roof leak repair and helped to decide for the best option.
The repair team called half an hour before they arrived. Ricky and Adam that started the work were joined later by Christopher. Besides the high quality of job, I was impressed the most from their kindness and professionalism. They worked all day in the Florida heat and finished the job by the end of the day. They did the repair with such care as they were repairing their own house.
It has been a month that the rainy season started in Florida but we have the peace of mind not only from the warranty that Roof Top Services of Central Florida provides but thanks to the great job that Ricky, Adam and Christopher did. Thank you again guys!

A year and half ago, I had a new roof installed from ROOF TOP SERVICE. Recently, a home inspector found a minor issue with the silicone coating on the roof of our porch and stated that if left unaddressed, it could result in a bigger problem down the road. I contacted ROOF TOP SERVICE and they were quick to respond to my concern and immediately scheduled a technician visit for the following week. Noah was excellent in communicating with me and came out to assess and resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with Noah's professionalism and appreciated his communication with me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend their services.

I recently had my roof replaced by Roof Top Services of Central Florida and I'm happy with the job they did on my roof. Prior to the re-roof I've had several estimates from other roofing companies in the area. Neumann Roofing was the first choice that I picked for the estimation since it was recommended by my homeowner insurance company. However, I was disappointed by the tardiness of Neumann's estimator, Shawn, was late on the appointment; he never called to inform me or returned my call.
The follow day I gave the owner of the company-Jason Neumann a second chance to give me an estimate for the re-roof, but he too was late on the job. He did called me to let me know he was late. Waited more than two hours for him to get the appraisal for my roof replace was unacceptable. Thus, I decided to call other roofing companies that were recommended by GAF such as Performance Roofing LLC, Carroll Bradford, Inc., and Roof Top Services of Central Florida.
I picked Roof Top Services of Central Florida for the job for several reasons the estimator - Norman Wingate showed up early on the appointment, the estimate was closed to what I expected, the materials for the re-roof are second to the best, and the estimator co-operated with me on my requests for the re-roof. On the day of the re-roof his crew showed up on time and installed the new roof according to all the steps that has been suggested by the shingle manufacture GAF.
The crew worked promptly and paid attention to the detail. Afterward, the re-roof team cleaned the new roof with a gas blower and picked up all the nails and debris around my yard and my neighbor yards before leaving the premises. The house looks sharp with GAF architecture shingles. I highly recommend Roof Top Services of Central Florida for its re-roof business.

After extensive research on roofing companies I selected Roof Top Services. They did such an excellent job that I referred 1 neighbor and 2 co-workers to them. They all had Roof Top Services install their roofs as well and were very satisfied with the work. Then in May 2016 I needed a new roof installed on a different property and knew that the only company that I wanted to do the work was Roof Top Services.
Their prices are great, they got the job completed quickly and cleaned up all of the debris. The roof looks beautiful. They are totally professional and a pleasure to work with. From the estimate to job completion you could not ask for better service!

We were very happy with the work and professionalism from everyone that we dealt with at Roof Top Services. We received the best price from Shane for the work that needed to be done on the roof (complete replacement). The job was completed on the day they stated. The worker were on site before 8:00 and stayed past 5:00 to make sure the job was completed on time each day.
They kept the area clean through out the day and made sure it was clean before they left at night. We would definitely recommend RTS for any roof repairs or replacements. Thanks for your hard work.

By far, the BEST roofing company to work with! We had our entire roof replaced in April 2016. Excellent work and products. Reasonable and fair prices. Great warranty on roof and workmanship.
