Everything was easy and smooth. I get daily updates from them and they also send pictures of everything they've done and the progress of their work. Keith, Ryan, and Jennifer were very professional. If I have something I don't understand, they were very patient in giving me answers explaining everything where I can understand them.

Had them fix several areas of wood rot (windows etc.) around the house and repair some parts of the roof. The process was very easy right from estimates to invoice. Lots of details, photos etc. along the way, with day by day break down of work done. The folks that worked on my home were courteous and answered my questions and left the job site clean. Great communication before, during and after the job. They are not cheap, but cost is presented upfront.

This crew was amazing in locating and correcting issues with our roof as they found them and there were many. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up the area each day and again when the job was competed. This project corrected some structural problems that had been in our roof since the day it was built. We would highly recommend this company as one who will do a thorough job of roofing your home.

On time, on budget, very professional. Update March 2019. Used Keith's team again now, for a window project. Last year was new roof. As before, we got exactly what was promised, on time, in budget and done by trusted professionals. KGC delivers quality.

KGC has replaced the roofs on my house, as well as my parents' house within the past two years. Both roofs were on the verge of failure due to rotten sheathing, caused by inadequate attic ventilation. (Essentially, the sheathing was rotting from inside.) They are extremely detail-oriented and take great care to do everything right. In both cases, KGC was able to resolve ongoing attic moisture/ventilation issues that had caused the old roofs to fail.

Because KGC is a construction company, not just a roofing installer, they have a lot of expertise and capability. For example, they replaced two rotten (and nearly collapsed) rafters that were discovered during the tear-off phase. Had I used a "regular" roofer, that would have been subcontracted, or I would have had to hire another contractor (such as KGC) on my own. KGC doesn't just "tear off and replace" roofing; they also identify and fix any underlying problems that contribute to short roof life or failure.

I highly recommend KGC without reservation. In fact, I'm considering some remodeling on my house (small addition to the front, plus converting 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bath into a 2nd master suite). If I move forward with that project, I will definitely call KGC.

The experience was smooth, start to finish. Ryan came out and was extremely thorough in his assessment of our multiple issues, and in explaining the pros and cons of all options. The actual roof work went as planned, and our roof looks amazing. Keith was super flexible in allowing us some extra time to provide final payment while we waited for our loan to fund. Everyone was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers.

We contracted Keith to replace our roof in October. Keith came out to the house, checked everything out and gave us a quote right then and there! Other contractors took weeks to give us a quote! His pricing was fair. A few hundred dollars over other quotes but we chose Keith because of his personality, attention to detail and loved that he took the time to explain things and answer all questions until we were satisfied.

Due to weather and other jobs taking longer than expected we ended up getting pushed out for several months. It wasn't ideal but no one can control the weather or hidden roof disasters. The office manager Gini kept us well informed of potential start dates and both her and Keith were readily available for questions. When they started work they were thorough and completed tasks in a timely manner.

Our roof ended up needing several new pieces of wood due to rot. I was initially shocked as the price tag started to go up. Gini made sure to send pictures every day of EVERY damaged area before and after fixing. It was obvious that the repairs were necessary. Keith was excellent in supplying personal attention and explanations when I started to get freaked out about the cost of damages.

I'm happy with the repairs and glad we had such a great team of guys to work on them! Dustin, one of the lead guys on site was also very personable and happily answered all questions when needed. He also made sure to take the time to double check work every day to make sure things got done right. VERY appreciative of that! It took them about a week to finish with repairs and install all new shingles as well as a few other fixes. We are very pleased with the repairs and the work and highly recommend them for any and all roof related jobs! We would pick them again in a heartbeat!
