Their crews are employees and have been with the company for many years. They do not use subcontractors. All of the roofing technicians are truly artisans of their trade!

Chris and Tracye, the owners, run a great business. Tracye is absolutely wonderful on the phone, and conducts the scheduling and customer relations day-to-day. Needed some roof repairs after a monsoon storm. It seemed we could not find anyone else to come out and there was another storm predicted for the weekend. Harper's Roofing was recommended by several friends and clients. After speaking with Tracye, she had her husband Chris visit us first thing the next morning. He had a crew out within an hour! Very professional, polite, did a great job with repairs and cleanup. They also wore Covid masks while speaking with me, very considerate! We will definitely call Harper's Roofing for any future roofing needs.

I kept getting "storm chasing" companies who wanted to do my roof through my insurance based on a couple of shingles missing. So I thought I should get a couple PROFESSIONAL opinions and make sure I was ok. Chris came by and took a look. He told me I am good for now and when I should be looking to redo the roof. To have the owner of a company come by himself and leave without trying to sell you anything is pretty impressive. He knows if you treat people right they remember it. Harper's roofing was amazing to work with! They were prompt and professional. They paid attention to the details, every scrap, garbage and nail was picked up. Every time they would need to come into the backyard, they would let us know so our dog did not get loose. Everyone was professional and genuinely looked like they enjoyed what they do. My mom had a roof leak and was really worried that it was going to be very, very expensive. Chris came out and inspected the roof and let my mom know that most of her roof was in great shape and a simple repair was all she needed. He also re-flashed the skylights to reduce the likelihood of future leaks. Everyone at Harper's Roofing was friendly; the crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no sawdust or mess behind; and the job was reasonably priced. They did a great job, and I would hire them again!

I have known Chris Harper for a few years on a personal level and recently procured services from his company to repair and replace some damaged concrete roof tiles. I scheduled with the office and Chris stopped by my house and provided a free estimate. He walked around the roof for a while and made note of all the deficiencies and quoted me a price.

I received an emailed quote from Tracye at the office the following day and then scheduled a time for the repairs. Steven, the tech that visited was on time and completed the work within an hour and a half. He repaired the tiles in question, blew all the debris off the roof, then cleaned the sidewalk and driveway of the debris from the roof. I was able to pay my invoice online as they are a paperless company. Great services from a top quality establishment that has been serving the valley for 20+ years. Thanks Harper's.

Harper's Roofing is AWESOME! They recently replaced my shingle roof. It was very old and there were multiple problems that had to be addressed. They were very professional, paying great attention to detail and cleanliness. My roof was finished in half the time quoted. I was so happy with their work, I cried tears of joy! Harpers recently completed an entire clay tile roof replacement for me. Chris and his team did what they said they were going to do, on schedule and for the price quoted. They were extremely responsive to my questions and followed up quickly. They take pride in their work and provide a high quality finished product. I would highly recommend them.

Harper's Roofing is the most honest company I've come across. My boss had another roofing company tell him he needed thousands of dollars worth of replacing to do and Harper's did it for a fraction of the cost. Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to have work quoted. Took time off work today and waited for entire day for them to show, but they never did. Called 3 times to find out when they would be out (including leaving 2 messages), but only received a call back 15 minutes before they closed. Then I was told "we're really busy around here" and "a lot of people schedule appointments but find another roofer". Tracy was extremely rude - glad we dodged a bullet and didn't actually end up hiring them!

My husband called last week to schedule an appointment and was told that it would be a week before someone could get out due to the rain. He understood due to the weather and scheduled the appointment for today between 9-12. At 11 am today he receives a call that they won't be out due to the rain until next week. I then called and spoke to Tracey, all she said was "I'm sorry I can't control the rain".

I explained the rain was the reason we were given last week and that we were understanding. I then explained that I had rearranged my schedule to be home for them today and they call 2 hours into the window when they are supposed to be here. I advised her that I was extremely disappointed and that I thought it was very poor customer service and that I would be writing a review to reflect. She raised her voice and said "thanks for being so gracious" and hung up the phone.

From the first call to the actual service, everyone on their team is awesome, friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unprofessional. Didn't even show up for appointment. Provided no explanation. Did not answer calls or respond to message left. Is this even a roofing business? LOL.

It's so nice to experience service like Harpers provides. I contacted Tracye with some storm damage and by the next day my roof was as good as new. Chris had to come out and access the damage, confirm the color of my roof tiles, trim part of my tree, cut the tiles and install them. all while I was at work! Great service. Great price. Harper's Roofing was one of the easiest and friendliest companies I have ever worked with! From start to finish Tracye answered all of my questions via email or phone right away! We just had our a shake roof from 1979 removed and a shingle roof put on. The price was very fair and the work looks beautiful! All of the work was done on time (the whole process only took 4 days) and the workers did a great job cleaning everything up each day. I would highly recommend Harper's Roofing to anyone!

Wonderful company - fair price, started on time, finished on time, and when they were done, there was absolutely no evidence they had been here.except for a lovely new roof! These guys do everything the smart way, and you will not regret hiring them!

I moved into a 26 year old home and there were some issues with the roof from my home inspection report. I had Harper's come out and inspect the roof. Chris found 3 different potential issues and divided up the estimate into those 3 problem areas. He also gave me advice on which areas need to be fixed soon and which ones we could wait on (or watch).

The estimate arrived via e-mail the next day. I had called out to another roofing company, too, but I couldn't get them to return my calls. So, without another price comparison, I went ahead with the repairs. The worker's arrived on time, were courteous and left nothing for me to clean up after the job was complete. Now jump to 1 year later.

I had some minor roof damage due to a recent storm. I called Harper's again to supply an estimate. Since I never did a price comparison on their first job, I called a second company to also provide an estimate. My thinking was if Harper's estimate is "in the ball park", I'd go with them again based on the last experience. To make a long, long, frustrating story (regarding all of the interactions with another roofing company) short - Harper's estimate beat the competition by over 20%. Therefore, I think prices are at least fair (and pretty darn good, at best). Very professional company to work with.
