The customer service these guys offer is outstanding. I'm certain the job they did for us was very small compared to most of their jobs and of course the piece they were repairing for us wasn't a standard size so I'm confident it was a pain in the neck. Still, they treated us as though we were just as important to them as every other client they had, and they didn't settle for what I would have deemed "good enough." These guys made sure they gave us their best! Also, a huge shout out to Steve for his patience with our project. Great work and GREAT service. Thank you!

I've got to give Buxton Roofing an excellent review - I know many people either don't take the time - or else they just get on to review a business when they have a bad experience. Let me tell you - Buxton Roofing deserves your business. I woke up last night, and realized it was because I heard a slow but steady dripping sound. I traced the sound to the wall beside my bedroom door, and as I put my ear to the wall, I got hit with a drop of water. Somehow, there was a leak in my roof (of a 14 year old house) that had soaked the drywall through, enough to cause water to drip into the house.
I called Buxton Roofing as soon as I got to work, and they said they'd have a service tech call me within the hour. The call came within 15 mins., and we agreed upon a time for the service call. John was there ahead of schedule. He crawled up in the attic to locate the source of the leak, then was up on the roof fixing it. Total time = 1/2 hour. I can't say they'll always be that fast, but this was my (very appreciated) experience. Two thumbs up. :)
