I called Fischer Roofing Contractors for an estimate, which was free. The estimator came out the next day. He arrived within the time window I was told. He took the time to explain the estimate. I called the next day to schedule the work and was put on schedule the following week. The roofers arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up. Thank you Fischer Roofing Contactors.

Such a pleasant experience dealing with this high quality company. The workers were professional and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable. I really liked that the workers were clean and neat snd did not leave a mess on my property. The office staff was courteous when speaking with me and helped me understand what repairs were needed. I have used Fischer for my home multiple times, for coating, and a year ago for a new total roof and skylight. I also used them for my nephew's home when his skylight was leaking and my tanning salon for a new roof and a soffit repair. They are on time, do quality work at a reasonable cost, and most importantly stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

Nina listened to the problems I had with a property I inherited. We went over everything in detail. John came to the property with the ladder. Took a video and pictures of everything I had going on up there. It was a mess to say the least. For everything that was wrong, my estimate was extremely reasonable. I had them start the repairs immediately!

It literally took 3 hours for the the repairs! I was totally satisfied with all the work that was completed and I would recommend any who needs professional roofing work to use this company! Ryan

September of 2020 I had Fischer replace my skylight. In December I notified the company that the skylight was leaking. At first it was streaks of water running down the wall then I started getting water blisters, some quite large. On 1\12\21 John came out to get chips of paint to match the damage paint but he never came back. I called and left messages with the receptionist at least 4 or 5 times. Finally spoke to John on 4\29\21 said he would be out within a week and I haven't seen him yet.

LIARS! 15 year roof warranty. The roof leaked BEFORE three (3) years! I have gotten nothing but the run around by Nina and John. No return calls/NO SHOWS! I have to constantly place the calls only for false promises. I have been told I would get a call back and have waited almost a week, only to have to call and inquire and get a status myself. No shows and No return calls. NO HONOR! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Mike is an ultimate professional and on overall nice guy. He came out within an hour and fixed my issue quickly.

Fischer roofing was courteous when I set appointment met my financial expectations the workers were very courteous prompt and very thorough! Horrible service. The receptionist Lisa. Is very rude. Spoke to her in a nice tone 1st conversation(even though she had the nastiest attitude towards my husband previous calls). The second time I spoke to her she just would not let me talk. Paid money for my roof to be fixed only for it to leak every time it rains(been leaking for a month now) we have a warranty with this company with main roof.

Main roof is leaking now into master bedroom. Called about it finally got someone and was told they'll be out sometime this week. Roofer keeps saying "roof is good he guaranteed it" received an estimate from 2 other companies and they disagree. My roof needs to be replaced. Don't do business with this company.

I was contacted by Fischer roofing for roof repairs and gutter replacements. They sent very polite gentleman to my house who gave me a very credible estimate, so I decided to use thier company and I was glad I did the work was done in a timely manner to my delight! The gentlemen who worked on my house were very professsional and meticulous in cleaning up when done! Thank you Fischer roofing would definitely use your company again!

Used Fischer roofing for my home and was satisfied. I referred several friends and family members who felt like they got a good price and the roofing issue fixed. Oh and I recently had them put a new roof on my rental property.

First off let me start with Nina (Receptionist) speaks to you like you were family. Jokes around kinda keeps the mood light as there was several could not come out to due to the crazy weather but really was no issue! Most companies just see you as a wallet but she was great. I had asked them to come out approx. a month ago today officially had 2 new skylights put in.

Weather FINALLY allowed them to come out. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I have SO much natural light now im seriously obsessed. Men who came out this am to do the work were just as great and funny. IF god forbid something were to happen I was in need of roofing company I would definitely be calling back. My kids were also so pleased to walk upstairs and see how bright it was. again. EXTREMELY affordable, Friendly, Speedy & most of all accurate! roughly 45 mins for a skylight window to be installed in bathroom and hallway. He even warned me about the debris left because he didnt have his industrial vacuum but I told him dont worry about it I'll take care of it. Great Company.

Poor receptionist. Horrible at a scheduling. Had many encounters when it took weeks to make one appt.

I usually don't like to put reviews out but I felt it was necessary. My parents hired them to fix a problem we had on the roof. Like other reviewers have already stated, they did some work on the roof and the small leak has now become a bigger leak. It is a shame the way they treat their customers, we've been calling about the fact that they've made the leak worse than before and the response was always "we'll send someone by ____day, " yet, no one has arrived.

We paid them for their services and now that they've done a terrible service, they seemingly hide from their responsibility as professionals to own up to their mistakes. At least respect your customers enough to come on the day you said you would. Now every time it rains, the walls are now soaked from the leak. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Edit: Now nearly a year later the problem just keeps getting worse.

They always claim to be too busy, give us a ridiculously broad estimate of when they will arrive to check on the leak, then not bother to show up anyway. We call them on a biweekly basis but always get the same response, "someone is coming sometime around this day to that day, we've been real busy." Then no one even shows up! There is supposedly a 10 year warranty on the roof work we had done so they're supposed to come fix any issues we have free of charge, but it seems they're going to try their best to avoid us for the next 10 years. Worst company I have ever dealt with if I could change the rating to zero stars I would. The continual damage to the roof and walls from all the leaks at this point is ridiculous.

I have contacted this company over 10 times to come look at my roof leak. They installed my roof to my newly renovated patio that that I just recently got remodeled. My patio renovation was over $10,000. I got insurance added to my roof for 15 years on main and rear. My roof was replaced in 2013 and for the past year, for every rain storm, snow storm, or blizzard, I have had major roof leaks in my patio which has now damaged my ceiling, new walls and hardwood floors.

Might I add once more, the cost of my patio was $10,000 and I have called to complain numerous of times and the problem still has not been fixed. I was promised that a manager would call me last week, (STILL NOTHING). I was guaranteed a warranty with this replacement and I am highly unsatisfied with the labor, customer service and overall, the customer loyalty.

I first contacted them over two weeks ago to replace my eaves. First I got an estimate for the wrong thing. Rescheduled to meet the estimator at the house on Wednesday. I was told I would get an estimate by Friday and haven't heard back from them even after I called. I've been on the phone with them roughly 6 times trying to track down an estimate. Haven't even gotten a (correct) estimate yet! In fairness, I called 7 roofers and they are the only ones that responded.

I contacted them. Didn't get an estimate for a week. It was for the wrong thing. I rescheduled for a time I could meet them there to point out exactly what was needed. Was told I would have another estimate in two days. No dice. It's been over two weeks since I first contacted them and I don't even have a (correct) estimate. In fairness, they were the only roofer out of 7 that I contacted who even bothered to respond.

Complete LIARS! STAY FAR AWAY! Replaced my 9 year old roof that never leaked with a new roof that constantly leaks. Excuses after excuses with no end in site. The owner as well as the nasty girl that answers the phone are real lowlives! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else you'll thank me.

I called several roofers and got answering services. I got no response from most of the roofers did not even contact me. However, when i called Fischer there seceratary was courteous and professional. She arranged for the estimator to meet me the next day. Kevin came out and took picture of my roof and explained what needed to be done and left me a written estimate.

I got several prices and Fischer was very competitive. When the men came to do the job they were very nice and did a good job in leaving the work area clean. They also showed me pictures of the new roof. I highly recommend this company.

I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for an estimate. I was given a 6 hour window when the contractor would be coming out. I took the day off to wait for them, I even called their secretary Connie during the day to confirm that they were coming. She said they were definitely coming. Then I called again at the end of the day to ask her when they were coming and she wasn't even sure what my address was! Nevertheless, said she would call me in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later she called and said they couldn't come today after all. This is very unprofessional and I won't be using them in the future.
