Left trash on floor, and had only 1 person to work on the entire roof? Not being able to hire any workers for >8 months. Not only that, it was amateur at BEST. Bent shingles that I can see from ground level, can see under many shingles that are supposed to be solid on the roof? Cheap materials (construction paper, weak nails). Yes the 3-tab shingles are weak.

But when going on the roof (before job done) he left shingles on the unopened package ON THE ROOF and they creased so much they couldn't be put straight. AND THEN I SEE THEM USED ON MY ROOF. Went off a recommendation and horribly regret it.

This company is auto faxing to my Fax # and I am unable to opt out or reach them. They send fax as "unknown" and unable to block them. Their opt out link does not work. I called and got VM. They are in violation.
