Scott Smith Roofing recently completed our roof and we are more than happy. They were professional, efficient, and very neat. We were also most pleased at the quality of their work. They sent us the the final inspection paperwork as promised, and they even completed all the warranties on our behalf. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be recommending Scott Smith Roofing to our friends and neighbors.

From the estimator, Jerry, to the roofing crew, headed up by Byron, this company is the place to use for your roof. Jerry urges you to get three bids before you even call them back. He went over every detail of the estimate and was completely up front about costs - nothing hidden here! He also estimated that they would be 8 weeks out, barring weather.

They were 8 weeks and four days. Byron and his crew arrived at our home at 7:30 am sharp. They worked continuously and quickly to secure our new roof. By the very next day at 11:30 am our roof was completely finished, including a new chimney. They did a good job of cleaning up the area around the house as well. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

This company is very unprofessional. I asked for an estimate and was told I would be contacted by a contractor to schedule an estimate. The man named Jerry called me at the end of the day and set up a time and date but never asked what I needed an estimate for. I couldn't explain because he hung up the phone after we set up the time and day. The day we were supposed to meet, my husband came home early to find an estimate stuck in my door.

After speaking with Jerry he said he came by and got on my roof without my permission or knowledge because he thought it was going to rain, there was no chance of rain that day. I was very upset and told him we would no longer need his services. The next day I called the office number to explain what happened and spoke to a woman named Bre. She was very rude to me.

I then told her if this is how potential customers are treated, I'd hate to see how actual customers are treated. We will be going with a more professional company that sticks to their word and does not trespass on other's property! BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I got 3 estimates. This was the best product with the best warranty. One estimate was higher and one was lower. The contract was easy to understand and the salesman let me specify the details I wanted to add to the contract. They removed the old, worn out roof, replaced bad wood and were careful to remove all debris before starting with the new roof.

I had a completed new roof in one day. They sent an employee to inspect the finished work. They left the place clean and were careful to pick up all staples, etc with a magnetic tool. As a Real Estate Broker with over 40 years experience I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs a roof.

Tenacious, competent, professional. These guys went the extra mile reroofing a metal roof on my cabin that is over 100 years old. After completion there was leaking around the chimney. Three different techs came back (including Scott) to diagnose a cracked chimney. They were correct. After having the chimney repaired there has been no more leaking. These guys were the best. Right down to their sales rep, they were all kind and professional. Thank you so much for saving my old cabin!

Scott Smith Roofing, Inc is a Great Company! We just had our new roof put on and sky lights. We love it! Steve, Jen, Steve Jr. and Chris were Awesome and friendly. Great crew. They were always punctual every day. Our;neighbors were impressed how they worked and cleaned up everyday before they left. You didn't know they were there. It made our home look like a new home.

Scott Smith replaced my hurricane Irma damaged roof a few years ago and did an excellent job. I just hired them to do the roof over the laundry room and patio which was also damaged by Hurricane Irma and all the framing structure had to be rebuilt. Their pricing was fair, quality of work excellent and on time. My wife and I were struggling to install 40 feet of gutters when Steve from Scott Smith came by to collect payment. He insisted on helping us to set the gutter in place. Steve saved us from spending extra hours struggling with the gutter. Thank you Steve for excellent customer service.
