Did the roof on my mother-in-laws house in 2003. Still in place and in good condition, Only problem was a small leak that just developed in Dec 2021,,,,,,,,,,f rom a screw installed by the guys who put the pool solar panels on the roof! Never put anything thru your shingles except the nails that hold the shingles onto the house! If you want solar, build a carport and put the panels there, dont ruin a good roof over your home.

A townhouse in our community had their roof replaced on 3/5/21. Saturday morning at 7:30 am. My car has 2 roofing nails in the back tire that were not there Friday morning or afternoon. I never saw anyone check the parking lot for nails with that magnetic sweeper. I just picked up nails from your roofing job in our parking lot. Thanks now I need a new tire.
