We had a shoddy roofing job from a previous vendor which created stressful problems. We discovered this company Cert a Roof, they came out and very thoroughly inspected the roof and pointed out the existing problems. Based on everything they showed us that needed to be corrected, we trusted them to do the job. They came out and solved our problems which put our minds at ease.

So it's Christmas Eve, it's raining cats and dogs and we had a roof leak! We have a warranty through Cert-A- Roof so I called them first thing in the morning, not expecting anything since it's a holiday. Not only did they get back to me, but they had their crew come out within a few hours and fixed my roof! It was a Christmas miracle and my family is so greatful for the awesome job this company did. Amazing service, workmanship, and company. I highly recommend Cert-A-Roof for all your roofing needs.

Quick shout out to Stephen, Paul, and the great crew at Cert-A-Roof. Stephen performed an excellent inspection prior to us moving into our new home earlier this year. We reached out to Stephen again when we wanted to update the roof for solar panels, and he quickly got us an estimate with different pricing options for us to choose from. The project itself was completed in a very timely manner, and the roof looks great. Paul did a great job of walking us through the overall process and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the Cert-A-Roof team to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

I'm left feeling very disturbed, after receiving a quote for $20,000 for a roof repair by cert a roof, I had another roofer who is well known and respected in the community come out to give me a second opinion and quote, which came out to less than $2,000 for the repairs, $18,000 difference! I NEVER leave poor reviews, but in this situation, I had no choice.

Bret was amazing. These guys came to check out the leak and it turned out to not be a roof issue. They still fully provided me with all the information and offered to help if I ever have any other questions. Glad to see that good people still exist in this world

This company parks its trucks blocking the street in the past and now parks trucks blocking my driveway. Unacceptable!

We purchased a new home and during the physical inspection we learned we had some roof issues. We reached out to Cert-a-roof and got an immediate response. Paul came and thoroughly inspected our roof and offered us an honest and very detailed report/assessment which included some recommended repairs to get the maximum life out of our roof which we have scheduled.

Important to note that there was no pressure in doing the repairs or not with Cert-a-Roof and we were free to shop the repairs out with other roofing companies, etc. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend.

We called NRCIA in the middle of our re-roofing project because things were not going well and we were catching mistakes (wrong material, bubbles, open untorched areas, etc.). NRCIA paired us with Cert-A-Roof and Paul Watrous came out to our home. Paul met with us and our roofer as he did his inspection. Our roofer kept defending things and arguing what the right way was to do things. However, that evening, before we even got the report, our roofer called us to apologize and to tell us that in seeing things with Paul he knew that the job was done below standard and that they couldn't patch all these mistakes so they wanted to redo the roof from scratch! We will have Paul come out again before we close the job. Thank you so much Paul!

We had a heavy rainstorm on Thursday afternoon that resulted in water coming into our fireplace and through the stone facade around the fireplace. I called Paul and within 45 minutes he and a crew of 2 men were at my door. Paul came in to see what was occurring then went up on the roof to investigate. He found a large crack in the concrete chimney cap that was allowing rain to penetrate and flow down the outside of the firebox and down to the hearth.

There was no roof leak at all. Paul had his crew wrap the chimney with plastic and gave me instructions on the necessary repairs. I highly recommend Paul and Cert-a-roof for their quality work and customer care. Dennis Witherwax, Fountain Valley, CA.

As a homeowner anything that happens in your home that needs to be fixed can be quite stressful. We had a leak in our room but my husband was out of town. I called and had them come over to check it out. They were professional and efficient and also reasonable in their price. Paul Watrous and the entire Certaroof team have been nothing less than professional and attentive to my roofing needs. I had a poor job done by another company and Paul and his team had to come to my rescue to do an emergency estimate and tarp. They did so in a very timely manner and even when I needed them to come back and make adjustments to the temporary tarp, they did so expeditiously, and not to expose my home to any further water damage. I appreciate their great service and reassurance that I could depend on them to do what they promise. I highly recommend this company for inspections and repairs.

My neighbor noticed a broken tile on the side of my roof and I was referred to Cert-A-Roof through a friend who had used them in the past. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Martin, the inspector, called to let me know he was running a little late. When he arrived he took a look at the roof and told me that the broken tile was a non-issue and was purely cosmetic. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He even waived the inspection fee! I will definitely use them again.

This guy is a consummate professional at every level. Showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, called me to explain what he found, then followed up with a nice report that had an explanation of the findings. If you are purchasing a home, use these guys!

I call Cert-a-roof last week after the rains started and my ceiling was leaking. I scheduled an appointment for Them to come look at my roof and see where the leak is and I obviously need to get something repaired and probably an entire section of my roof re-done. I received an email confirmation and have been patiently waiting through all the rain this week.

Almost a week later, after DAYS of rain, living with a tarp on my floor, moving furniture, and waiting for Monday, they call to cancel. I received a call today, a few days before the appointment, that we are out of their service area and it wouldn't be cost effective for them to come. First of all, this is extremely unprofessional.even a little restaurant or pizza place would determine if you are in their delivery area.

They had my address at the time I made the appointment and it was included on my confirmation email. This would seem like a basic business practice to see if I am in their area and at the very least I would expect a call immediately to cancel and not after almost a week of waiting. At this point, I thought I had an appointment and someone would be able to repair my roof soon.

If I had known they wouldn't do so I would have been calling other companies during this week if downpour. I feel that this is their fault/oversight and they should have honored the appointment and done some staff training for whomever answers the phone. I guess I probably dodged a bullet if they are only focused on how much money they are going to make and don't actually care about their customers.
