We recently contracted with Fraley and Fox Construction Company, Inc. to perform major remodeling of our master bathroom. The experience and results exceeded our expectations. The company is good to work with. The crew we had on the job were professional and courteous. They always communicated with us regarding their progress and attentive to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend them and will not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

At first Jeff from Fraley Fox was very nice. I had a leak in my ceiling and wasn't sure where it was coming from. His workers came out and replaced roofing and later realized it was a leak from my upstairs bathroom sink. When they repaired the small opening in my ceiling they forgot to put the insulation back in. A family friend told me they needed to put back in ( which they still haven't ) Jeff screamed and yelled at me ( for like 20 min and i couldn't get a word in ) for talking to a friend while at the BROWNS game about my ceiling/insulation issue.
When I tell you screaming, I've never had someone talk to me in this manner, I had him on speaker and had company over who's mouth dropped at his rudeness along with my daughter. He told me I was probably drunk when talking to my friend and if i wanted some money my friend could do the work. This was the second outburst like this from Jeff. I also had my daughters room painted from Fraley's.
The paints got on my plantation shutters, painted over the light covers ( they never even took them off) bed, ceiling etc. I took my about 30-45 plus minutes to get it all off. I cancelled them coming over to fix the ceiling paint ( fixing all the paint they got on my ceiling ) and did it myself. If I was a man, he probably wouldn't have treated me like this! He may do great work, but his rudeness and being so unprofessional, is unacceptable, so I can't recommend him.

I found this company looking for a replacement front door for my home and I hit the jackpot. This company is just outstanding in every manner. The quality of their installation and trim work on the Provia door was superb. Every aspect of our interaction was spot on. I have had experience with doors both installing and selling These installers were very knowledgeable and professional. A solid company with great people.

They replaced some aluminum soffit on our back porch. Dave the owner was friendly enough, but we had to contact the office several times to get the job scheduled. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying. When scheduled, his crew got the job done in 4 hours, so that was nice. We would probably hire them again.
