We could not have been happier with Henry's crew. They did a wonderful and diligent job on our siding replacement; they were professional, timely, and very hard working. Oscar and his crew also did a wonderful job on the gutters. The sales and office people at S&K kept us in the loop during the entire project with timing, progress reports, etc. We are extremely pleased and happy with the work!

Update: S&K came out and cleaned all 5 skylights, inside and out. Their response to my concerns was speedy and very much appreciated! We hired S & K to replace our skylights (5). Two of the skylights installed were way too big, sitting up on the roof instead of the opening. They did comeback to install the correct size. My complaint is the fact that none of the skylights were cleaned before leaving. Adhesive is still on the glass as are the marks from installation.

I have had replacement windows installed before (different company) and the windows were super clean with all of the label adhesive removed before the installers left the premises.

Highly recommended. I appreciated the ability to discuss the quote with the salesman Bobby via telephone. Bobby and everyone at the S&K office were very responsive via email to my many questions as a first-time roof buyer. The price was very competitive and they easily accommodated a few special items for my roof. I liked the low-pressure sales method.

The scheduling was quick and the team did a great job on the day of installation. Very happy with the final product. As a side note, this company did not require my husband to be present unlike other companies that I have previously reviewed. The quote and sales process was mostly virtual.

We had S&K install our siding about 10 years ago and they did a FANTASTIC job. They were the logical contractor to call when we had an issue with the trim coil around our garage doors. We met with Dane and he immediately knew what product would work best for the repair. The work was scheduled quickly and we were pleased with the quality of the work done by Jae and his crew. There was no debris left on the property and Jae had us inspect the work before he left. Very satisfied.

We had a very positive experience with S&K from start to finish on a recent whole-house window replacement job. The sales, scheduling, and installation teams were extremely pleasant to work with and our job was completed much earlier than expected due to a sudden opening in their schedule that they were able to get us into. I've used S&K on 4 separate occasions now for a patio slider, and exterior door, siding repair, and now windows. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else in need of those services.

I am happy to say that S&K lived up to their reputation with my roof installation. The shingles look great and I can see that flashing has been added in places that had been missing on the old roof. Additionally the team went above and beyond by fixing the pitch on a gutter that had been holding rain. I went up this morning, and found very little water in that gutter after the rainstorms we had the past few days. Eric was very professional and friendly.

We had S&K Roofing replace our roof and gutters 2 1/2 years ago - much better roof and gutters (some with gutter guard) than we'd had before. It was a great price, they were on time, professional, did wonderful work & clean-up. I recently reached back out to have them check something on the roof, got the same person I'd worked with before, Chad Ringold, and he was quickly responsive and was able to come by much sooner than I'd expected (he's fantastic!).

I called several roofing companies and decided to go with S & K Roofing. The salesman Chad was a highly experienced person who pointed out several things that to me, made S & K standout from the other companies. I had already seen the work they did in my community and talked to the neighbors, S & K is very well liked and recommended in my community. Rave reviews! Chad was very competitive in pricing and very quick to give pricing.

Once I signed the contract, the S & K Team started. I was always informed, what and when something was going to happen. Believe me, the customer service is beyond exceptional, I ran a commercial construction company for 40 + years. S & K is the best, they schedule and show up on time and stay on the job until they are finished and you are 100% satisfied.

The sales, office staff and installers very hard workers and want the customer to be completely satisfied. A replacement of your roof is a big project and you really want a company you can trust, hence in my opinion S & K is the best. I also used them for 6 gutters on my porch, they did an excellent job on the roof and gutters. I am 100% satisfied and will use them for any other projects I may need in the future. After receiving quotes from 3 companies in the area, we opted to go with S&K to replace our roof. S&K's estimate was reasonably priced and comparable to the other companies, and we were impressed by S&K's reputation in the area. The roofing crew showed up promptly early in the morning to begin the project, and worked efficiently all day to complete our new roof, including replacing many old wood planks.

We did have a few small follow-ups to address afterwards, but were pleased that S&K responded to us promptly (over a weekend) and sent out a team member the same day to address the issues. We are really happy with how our new roof turned out and would recommend S&K to others.

They are very negligent. One guy fell through our roof when they were working! Nothing like seeing a guy sprawled in your kitchen floor with an ankle monitor on! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are terrible!

We had them replace our roof and gutters on our town house. They were quick and did a great quality job! They price was very reasonable, and even talked us out of getting more insulation in our attic, which another company recommended (without even looking in our attic) I would highly recommend them!

As the founder of Claim, Inc. out of Austin, I am always looking to partner with excellent commercial and residential contractors leading the way in this industry. With S&K, I found just that.

The work was great, so that's not the problem. And I see a bunch of glowing reviews, so I'm sure I'm the odd one. Basically, had some wind damage to my house. They came out and gave a quote, as did my insurance company, State Farm. SF told me to give their quote to my sales guy, and have him compare to make sure everything was included on it.

I don't know exactly what I'm looking at, I'm not a roofing / siding expert, so I asked my sales guy to take a look and ensure everything is included. He said all is good. I later found out that the siding wasn't included, and got an additional bill for $500 to fix that. If I hadn't asked the question, I would totally say my fault, however I went to John and asked if everything was included and he told me it was.

When I talked to him after the fact, it was "sorry, it was in the contract." Thanks a lot, I realized that, which is why I asked the question (which he said he remembers me asking). Again, not an expert on this so thought asking the expert would be the right thing to do, apparently I was mistaken.

Warning if you use this company be prepared to be overcharged. Had loose piece of siding at the roof apex. Guy said it was easy and took him 5 minutes. However, it wasn't that simple they charge $375. That over $75 dollars minute. Word of advise, don't trust companies that advertise in the HOA newsletter. Not really sure how they stay in business.

This company replaces the roof for each house in my community - and I have had nothing but problems since they've completed the work. That "forgot" to set up the hose/vent from the ceiling to the roof and this has caused massive, dripping condensation from my bathroom ceiling when it rains. I was told several times that people would be out when it rained to see what was happening, because the pictures I sent weren't proof enough I guess, and still nobody has come to fix the problem during the rainiest season we've had in a long time. Terrible work, terrible customer service. Good luck if you hire them.

I lost shingles on an old roof in a windstorm and I needed a new roof. I had a roof, skylights and gutters/downspouts with leaf guards installed. Very happy with the work. The crews were very efficient, friendly and neat. Highly recommend. Dane, the salesperson, really impressed me. Dane replaced a leaking gasket on one of the roof vents while he was inspecting the roof to create his quote. He did this at no charge and way before I decided who I was going to hire.

We got our roof replaced and they did a great job. I didn't feel pressured to sign with them, they actually encouraged me to get a few estimates and shop around. Our new roof looks amazing and the workers were very professional. They finished within one day and will come back to do our gutters in a week or so. Highly recommend!

S & K came highly recommended by Cabinet Discounters and after several encounters we have had nothing but super positive experiences. Don takes obvious pride in his business and has really great people working for him (like John W). We have had roof replacement estimates, roof patching and insulation work done in the past year, all of it thorough, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced.

They get back to you almost immediately and when big storms caused a lot of repair needs from customers they were proactive in letting folks know to set expectations accordingly. They are our first call for anything roof related. Have a hard time relating the various people and experiences we have had with the negative reviews.

Everything went smoothly and quick in our roof adventure. This was not an emergency job. Our roof was over 30 years old and we wanted to get ahead of any leaks or emergencies. The estimate was the best we received. We planned for a couple weeks out. They ended up having a cancellation much sooner and did our roof right away. It was finished in one day. Looks great! I'm closing on a home sale soon and was running down a nit-picking Home Inspector discrepancy list prior to closing. After no luck with two other roofer companies (one only does full roof replacements, the other said the townhomes in my neighborhood are too high for him to be interested, lol. He recommended S&K as a good bet), I called S&K. I was completely pleased and impressed with the rapid and professional answer to my call.

I was referred immediately to the Sales Manager/Coordinator, who listened to my needs and quickly said he could easily provide for them. He took down my information, and promised I'd hear from a technician in 24 to 48 hours. I heard from him in about two. Matt Thomas emailed me and said he thought he could be at the home in a day or two tops.

We agreed I'd email him the pertinent excerpts from the Inspection Report for his background. I did. I was amazed when I got an email from him just after lunch the same day I'd sent that excerpt, and his email included before and after photos to demonstrate he'd already FINISHED. I was dumbfounded. I sang his praises in my thank you response email, and he simply said "that's how we roll at S&K". Humble and gracious. I'm 60 years old.

I can remember when this type of responsive professionalism was NOT so rare. That memory is very old, haha. It was refreshing and very very fulfilling to get this sort of service. The work was done nearly immediately, is clean and correct, and I can painlessly check a few vexing items from my immense checklist. Kudos Matt and S&K! You have a fan for life--you earned it casually.

I emailed S&K for an estimate. The following day, while no one was home, Sean stopped by because we hadn't connected my phone. He noticed that the repair was simply a matter of re-nailing some shingles and - wait for it - HE DID IT at no charge. What a nice surprise! He sent me an email letting me know he was in the area between jobs and stopped by, etc. I'm sure Sean noticed that the rest of the roof is nearing end of life, we'll likely have a much larger job in the near future and this will make us call him for that work (he's right!). Nevertheless, it was a great surprise, saved us money, and is definitely not something he HAD to do. Much appreciated.

I have used S&K to replace my vinyl siding with insulated siding, windows and sliding doors. The sales representative was very mindful of HOA regulations and cooperated with me to make sure siding, window and door styles and colors were met. After struggling a few years with one of the new windows leaking, Sean Toms went out of his way to investigate the issue and, hopefully, has now executed the needed repairs to correct it. The leak was not a result of their work, but a long standing builder issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the consideration and attention S&K has provided.

John Wilkins the roofer was great. I had a roof leak, and after calling about a dozen roofers that do not have availability for like the next couple of weeks, he squeezed me the very next day. Very punctual and professional, didn't not pressure sale at all.
