Specialized Roofing Co., Inc. was founded in 1990 and has continued to operate under the same management team for over 24 years. Additionally, we are proud that the majority of our original crew members are still with our company today. We are active members of The New England Roofers Contractors Association (NERCA), The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) and the Better Business Bureau.

This reroofing project was performed at the River City Shopping Center in Waltham, MA, which is owned by Earl W. Kazis Associates, Inc. The area that was reroofed was over the A. J. Wright store and the Subway store and measured approximately 28,000 sq. There were many old protrusions that were no longer in use that were removed prior to installing the new roof, including two (2) sets of large I beams as well as the units that sat on them, old curbs, pitchpockets and vents.Upon completion of the project, the Owner was issued a Fifteen (15) year warranty from Carlisle.

In addition to repairs and maintenance for roof installations that we performed, Specialized Roofing also provides service for roofs that we did not install. Our experienced team can assist in any types of repairs that you may have. We also will help you to maintain your roofs by performing manufacturer's recommended maintenance tasks relieving your staff of that burden. In the winter months, Specialized Roofing also provides snow removal when weight load becomes a concern.

Specialized Roofing Co., Inc. has a fully equipped, in house, state of the art sheet metal shop. This includes a computerized fabrication machine and hydraulic shear. Our experienced craftsmen can fabricate and install intricate sheet metal details specific to any project needs.
