I have to say i cannot find one complaint. Great to work with and the men who came out did a great job they did not waste time and had the job done in a timely fashion. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. Great job and would highly recommend them. Service: Roof installation

As a Realtor, I've assisted clients over the past 23 years in repairing and replacing roofs and related trims. My "go to" person is Carol. When they replaced my roof, they were very patient in helping me select just the right shade. With my clients, they understand the price point concerns are different for sellers, buyers, and families on a budget, just needing a fix.

Had a possible roof pipe venting issue related to plumbing, and they were out within 3 days of my call, both the person on the phone and Joe who came out were VERY friendly and helpful. Will definitely contact them again in the future!

I am very pleased with the quality of work and customer service I received from Werling, Inc. The Werling team did an excellent job on time and at a reasonable price when the did a complete tear off and roof replacement. They were courteous and professional. I was impressed by the care of the customer from working with my insurance carrier to leaving my property clean of any debris.

Had a leak from the roof from last Monday July 12. Called and they came out during the rain to inspect. Impressive. I was told I would get a email with the estimate, never got. When I called in and ask for the email I was told oh it went to spam. Instead of resending I was told its in the mail. Friday the 17 I called back and was faxed estimate. I signed and sent back adapt.

No call or anything. Mind you we lost 5 days getting the roof repaired. Sunday it rained again and had the leak again. I called and said when are you coming out. I got maybe Tuesday Wednesday. Totally unacceptable!
