Fernando and his crew were clean professional and worked very hard to complete a large job in one day! The stress of knowing your basement is going to flood with every major rain takes it's toll on a homeowner. Jamison did a great job of explaining the remediation process. We had two pumps and a French drain installed. After meeting with several waterproofing professionals they also offer the best price for the work. They scheduled us quickly, the crew was great. We now have peace of mind and have reclaimed a large space in our home to use for our enjoyment.

Eric C and his crew did a great job installing a sump pump and French drain in my row home. They were on time, friendly, professional, and treated my home with respect. We had a slight complication routing the discharge line but Eric communicated with me clearly and we agreed upon the best solution prior to drilling any holes. With an old house in the area with a stone foundation we have been fighting water since day one. I immediately started to feel better once I had even reached out to Jamison. From the initial phone call they were the pinnacle of professional and knowledgeable. During my estimate with Ryan he took me through everything they offered and all of my potential options.

My basement was already finished, unfortunately, so a good amount of the framed walls needed to be removed. But Fernando and his crew did such a great job it almost looks just like it did before!

They were able to remove the minimal amount they needed to get their work done, and the added system looks amazing. And it works! The catch basin they added to the exterior was right in the way of some flowers I had. Instead of just digging them up where they needed to put it they actually transplanted the flowers nearby! It's the little things like that that are a testament to the great work they did.

Their support during and after the project has also been amazing. And most importantly my basement has never felt better and my mind is now at ease every time it rains. I could not recommend Jamison more.

My basement gets hit with a lot of water so I had Jamison install an additional sump pump and batter backup. They did a great job, fast and professional. There was a small leak with the pump after the first rain since it was installed so I called Jamison immediately on Sunday morning Jan 2nd and they had their tech Eric at my house in less than an hour and he quickly resolved the problem. We recently bought a house which had an un-finished room in the basement with the original foundation exposed, down to the dirt ground (before picture included). Jamison was prompt with scheduling and arriving for work days (two total), and Austin and Tom lead the job of parging the foundation walls, leveling the floor and finishing the room with concrete. We now have a fully-functioning crawl space and tons of extra storage. The whole process went very smoothly and I would recommend their services to any friends!

After a tornado came through our area, I called Jamison for basement and foundation estimates. Mike was thorough and willing to take the time I needed to provide his expert advice. Jamison did an awesome job for us, and I feel SUCH relief about our basement being waterproofed now. The team was great at communication via texts and calls, and they also noticed our junky sink was like 60 years old and they replaced it with a shiny new one for free? They came out to the house, evaluated our issue and offered several solutions. About a month after this visit the crew came out to install our pump system. My experience with Jamison waterproofing was great. Eric came out to my house last week to install a window well and to do some grading away from my house. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He even checked back in with me to make sure there were no issues. Eric from Jamison installed a drain for my basement egress window and connected it to the sump pump He was very careful removing plasterboard, molding and laminated flooring making repairs simple. Eric called ahead of our scheduled appointment to let me know he was on the way to my house. He is very skilled and professional and completed the job in about 3 hours.
