I wish I could give them and there crew a 0 stars rating Carolyn Bunfill the owner is unprofessional rude and doesn't care at all her employees are very rude use inappropriate language speak Spanish talking bad about the home owners and there own boss work is not quality very bad job employees late never finish on time trust me look elsewhere!

I've used R&R Enterprises several times. First, I engaged Rick to do a roof repair on a townhouse. When I later sold it, I had R&R do a complete reroof and exterior paint job. They repaired dry rot on the exterior, fixed a downspout, and installed new plywood for the roof base where needed. I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the work and materials used.

This year I had R&R paint the exterior of my current home and reroof it. Rick passed along a price break he got on the best quality paint. He worked with me to help me evaluate what colors to use and gave me a chance to test out an uncommon decorative roof feature that was on the original house. He voluntarily repainted some vents until they were a better match for the roof.

It was clear that he was was committed to my satisfaction. My husband is going to have R&R do the roof on one of his properties as a result of our experience. Again, Rick contacted him with a better deal he was able to get on the roofing supplies after the initial estimate and passed along the savings. Rick and Lynn are fair and honest people.

In late winter 2020, R&R did our complicated house reroof with added insulation in Davis. They were dedicated and thorough. They did a good job of solving the problems that inevitably arise. Roof seems very solid!

I had R and R Enterprises work on my house in Woodland. They took off three roofs, reroofed the house with an upgraded product. They put all new rain gutters on the house and painted the entire exterior including the detached garage. I loved working with every one, from the owners, to the roofers, to the painters. Everyone treated my house like their own with a great since of pride. My neighbors are thrilled at the difference as I am too! I encourage anyone to contact R&R for any roofing or painting needs! As a pro painter, i can say these guys are some of the worste i've ever seen (in 22 years)! They take work illegally from good contractors, and their work is comical! Youve been warned!

5 months after the paint job and the damage is adding up. Paint peeling on off the railings as well as doors and trim.

I have remodeled and renovated multiple homes including a triplex. I have hired many contractors and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or disregard. I do not recommend this company at all. The interior paint job on my home is already peeling from doors and trim that were not properly prepped along with many other issues, The owner Rick Bunfill refused to correct all the mistakes even after acknowledging some of the work was done not in accordance with best industry practice. He is combative and incompetent. I do not recommend this company and wish there was an option to give them 0 stars.

This driver just cut me off on Leisure Town, he went from the far left lane to the far right lane without looking and almost hit me. I looked up his business and his reviews reflect his driving, poor! Please be more careful, you could of caused a bad accident!

Person showed up look at my bathroom said he going on the roof then will give me an estimated. But instead he just left. That bad business

Terrible company! We had a leak and called them; they could not identify the leak source and blindly repaired part of the roof. When the same leak came back again in the next rainy day, they kept promising to come, but never showed up! I wish Yelp allows zero or negative stars.

Developed a second leak in my roof, and this time rick sent his team out to fix it. He said the ridge vent came loose and they repaired it. I figured he chnaged his business practice and decided to stand behind his work. - Not so, received his bill for 250 bucks today. As I said before, lots of roofers out there, choose one of them. Avoid this business and save yourself some aggravation and money. Choose someone who stands behind their product. Choose someone with a shred of integrity. Dont choose Rick.

I had used them previously to clean (2012) my pitched tile roof of debris from the eaves. The workers did a great job in cleaning the roof but little did I know all the debris ended up in the gutters. I only found this out during a rainstorm where the gutters were overflowing and had to climb up on a ladder to clean them out. I decided to give them a second chance this past year after we had a roof leak (2014). The workers came out and said they could not clean the roof until it dried out. I called Rick a few weeks later to schedule it and never heard back.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with R and R Enterprises. We hired them for preventive work on our roof, but instead we got a major leak exactly where they had been working, a few days after their job. They said it had nothing to do with their work, but said a downspout, right where they worked, should be turned the other way. They couldn't explain why they didn't include that information in their preventive work.

When they came out to do a temporary repair after the leaking, they said they would charge us $90 but then sent a bill for $150. That was after a preventive job they charged $1250 for. We know others seem to have had good experiences with them, but we certainly did not.

I had excellant service from this 40+ family run business. They came promptly to clean the house gutters. Friendly service. I sent some tamales back to the office for them!
