My wife and I recently purchased a house in Valley Center, The roof had a lot of leaks and rotted out plywood which needed to be replaced and fixed as part of the escrow deal. Ramona Roofing was chosen by the seller to do the work. Upon returning from a detachment with the Military and seeing the new roof for the first time, I can say I am very unhappy with the work.
I have 2 very large sags in the roof over my garage this is due to rotten/ molded wood and solar panels weighing it down. Ramona roofing took the solar panels, but did not replace the wood, you can still see it from inside the garage, then told me that the job was finished and the rotting wood and sags do not affect the structural integrity of the roof.
I have had people out to my house for others repairs asking who did the roof because it looks so bad. Now I am left with poor workmanship, and have to get a real roofer out to fix what was supposed to have been fixed before I ever moved in. I definitely would not trust this company for any future work.
