My husband and I are so pleased with the work Newman Roofing Company did on our home! They replaced our 25-year-old roof and gutters. We appreciated their excellent communication throughout the entire process of receiving estimates and then having the work done. Each person we worked with was professional, courteous, and friendly. We received outstanding customer service.
All of our questions were answered, and some questions were even researched so we could receive an answer. We received prompt responses to our calls, addressing our questions and concerns. We also greatly appreciated their text messages, giving us a 15-30 minute advance notice of their arrival. Newman Roofing took great care to protect our landscaping and shrubs by placing a protective covering over our shrubs and around our front porch, as well as moving items off of our patio.
When their work was completed, the perimeter of our home, our lawn, and driveway were inspected numerous times in order to clean up any debris or nails. My husband and I really appreciate the entire team's communication, hard work, and integrity. Our experience with Newman Roofing couldn't have been better. From our initial contact, both their back office personnel and field team were attentive, courteous and professional. They communicated as promised to let us know about delays due to weather. Their follow-up after the roof was installed was prompt. They even answered a couple of lingering questions about a month following installation.

From start to finish my experience with Newman Roofing was exceptional! The first person I spoke with was their customer service rep Carrie whom was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I was explaining as my issue. I had briefly mentioned it was my birthday (I would be home) the day they would be out to inspect the roof not expecting that would be thought of at all. Eddie who came out to inspect the roof showed up at the time he said he would and greeted me at the door with a Happy Birthday and a little debbie which I mention here only because it was truly a personal touch and let me know that Carrie, Eddie, and Newman Roofing really cared about any prospective customer that was calling in to schedule something similar to what I had. Fantastic customer service all around! Eddie also went above and beyond and explained the whole process clearly and concise leaving me with no questions after the initial inspection event. Eddie was professional, personable and really took his time to make sure I was all set when he left. Dustin and his crew that came out to do the installation were also top notch, friendly, professional, no nonsense guys that did a fantastic job on my house. Dustin was attentive to any questions I had during the install process, was personable and easy to talk to in general.
I never had a doubt the entire time that my house was in great hands with Dustin and his crew. Moral of the story here is that from the first call to the last shingle you will be hard pressed to find a better company and representatives of that company than Newman Roofing. If I could do it over again I would change nothing. Thank you for everything you guys did and I will be going through Newman Roofing for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Awesome experience from start to finish! Alex came to our home and did a NO pressure inspection and estimate. We signed on the spot! (he was our third estimate) Newman was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but we wanted the quality and the reputation. We had to get the wood replaced as well, it was a BIG job and they finished it with all the crew in a DAY!
There were a lot of men here on time, and they tore it up! However, they prepped very well and cleaned up great after it was all completed! They kept us informed every step of the way and out new roof with up to code attic venting is now awesome! Thanks Newman roofing! You stopped the leaks and we have a totally new roof!

The thought of replacing our roof was dreadful. The actual experience, however, was just the opposite. Newman Roofing was as good as their 5-star reviews would lead you to expect: the initial appointment was set up promptly; the sales people were professional and told us exactly what to expect; Hunter and his team were on time and efficient, they took great care both in the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new, and their cleanup was absolutely thorough.
Hunter kept us informed throughout the process, and at the end we were delighted with the result. Perhaps the most surprising piece of this project, given the demonstrated quality and attention to detail, was that Newman's price was competitive. All in all, this was simply as good as it gets! To begin with Chuck from Newman Roofing was able to get my insurance company to go from a $300 repair to replacing my whole roof. Initially all my insurance company wanted to offer me was a repair but after Chuck talked to them over the phone he convinced them to at least replace the whole backside of my home. So, that's what Hunter and his crew from Newman Roofing accomplished for me.
After seeing that the older shingles on the front of the home did not match the newer shingles in the rear, Chuck once again got my insurance company on the phone and got them to approve the front as well. So once again Hunter and his crew went to work and did the front also. It would have been nice to have the insurance company approve the whole roof at the same time but the end result is a whole new roof rather than a $300 repair.
Hunter and his guys did a swell job and Chuck even followed up with me by coming back after the job was done to make sure I was a happy customer! Thanks Newman Roofing! p.s. Sorry I've been slow to post this review, I'll blame it on Covid : *Months later into 2022 we had a piece of trim that had come loose and called Newman roofing about it. Within the week Hunter and Dustin came out and took care of it. So much appreciated!

I cannot say enough about this company. I am a young female new homeowner and finding stand up companies to perform work well and professionally is hard. They have been reasonably priced, performed great work, and have done a ton of follow up work to help me figure out some issues with my roof. We had a very positive experience with Newman Roofing. The sales rep was thorough, knowledgeable and not pushy, giving us options to consider. After receiving 4 estimates we chose Newman Roofing, feeling they would offer high quality at a fair price. We received a two-week window for the job to happen, and received a call a couple days beforehand giving us the exact date.
The morning of the job, the supervisor Dustin arrived and was our point-person throughout the day. He spent the day overseeing the project on site, discussing any potential issues with the foreman, taking pictures and keeping us apprised. The roofing crew covered our landscaping, set up sheets of plywood to protect our first floor windows, and plugged up the downspouts to keep nails and debris out.
We appreciated their attitude of safety-of ours in entering and exiting, and of the crew in being tied in when possible. I felt welcome to ask questions and we communicated often through the day. The VP of Production stopped by for awhile to check on the project and answer questions as well. At the end of the day, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris, checking the lawn with a rolling magnet and even running a magnet over the shrubs looking for nails. The new roof looks great; our house and property look undisturbed. We have already recommended Newman Roofing to two neighbors looking to replace their roofs.

From the moment Eddie began going over my needs, after his inspection of the roof and going over the photos he took, my roof needed to be replaced. I liked that he did not pressure me in any way. I also elected to have the gutters and downspouts as well as gutter guards installed. I felt the cost was very reasonable.
I received several texts prior to the installation agreed upon date, letting me known my house was still scheduled as planned. Early that morning I received a text Johnny would be acting supervisor and would keep me advised of their progress, which he did. The following day cl the gutter and guards were installed. Newman goes about their work, quickly and fastidiously.
Everything is done to perfection and my home looks great! Every man worked from the moment they arrived and I did not see anyone taking breaks. They worked! As a result of the great job Newman Roofing did, they will be the first company I call for any roofing & gutter needs. Anyone needing roof repair, replacement, gutter work or any other type of that of that type of work, will be thankful they called Newman. I cannot recommend them enough! Chris Rockhold

Eddie's Initial roof inspection and quote were detailed and clearly explained and including photos of problems areas observed. New roof installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. Tyler and his roofing team arrived exactly as scheduled. They were efficient craftsmen that completed the tear off and new roof in one day. Highly recommended Newman Roofing.

From my first contact with this company, which I made simply from their advertisement, they were all professional, informative, friendly and personable. All details were discussed. They made sure I understood the process, how long it would take and when they would start. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The foreman and each of the workers were respectful, polite, personable and most importantly did absolutely class A work.
The speed at which they worked was impressive. It was like a well oiled machine. I'm a contractor and very particular and still found the job to be very well done. They replaced sheeting, installed ice shield, even though it was a three car detached garage. They were meticulous in their cleanup. The perimeter area was cleaner than when they started.
Of particular concern to me were nails left behind. They carefully covered every square foot around the perimeter with magnets, several times. Several options for payment were offered. I highly recommend this company. I have not been paid or compensated in any way for my review.

Newman Roofing is "Outstanding". During hard rains, we would have a small leak from around a vent pipe on our (35 year old) roof. The sales representative explained the entire process and answered all of our questions during a "zero pressure" sales presentation. In person communications along with text messages and photos kept me updated throughout the entire project.
The crew arrived as scheduled. They fixed the leak, painted the vent pipe to match our new shingles, replaced the roof and cleaned up. They treated my property as if it were their own. The crew worked as a team to complete the entire job in less than seven hours!
