We needed gutters on our new home in Georgetown and I reached out to a few places including this one. Glad I went with Ace Roofing, we had a great experience. Garry handled our consult and even reached out to us after to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fast and efficient job on your home.

Took almost a year to work this business. After the hail storm last year, I reached out to Ace since they had the some of the best reviews online. Alas, my experience was less than stellar. First they did not order enough shingles and blamed it on the insurance company for wrong square footage. As professional roofers, I had hoped they would know better. Anyways, for two months 1/3 of my roof had no shingles. Second, the some of the shingles installed were off color.

So my roof looked awful. Here, the company stepped up to make it right. They contacted the manufacture and after the waiting period I was assured that they will "fix" the issue. However, this took almost 8 months with multiple follow ups to resolve. Finally, the roof was fixed to my satisfaction and they were there to take the payment within 2 days. Which, I promptly paid.

The last issue was that I paid more than we agreed upon. The company had assured me that I will get recoverable depreciation back but when I asked for it back they just gave me the run-around. After almost 2 months of chasing, I finally just wrote it off. TL;DR: Probably good roofers if nothing goes wrong. Make sure you triple check when you remit the final payment. Or better yet, use someone else

We contacted ACE roofing company for roof repair and Garry, project manager, replied quickly and did on site free estimate next day. The job was done perfectly as the quote they sent to us. Highly recommended.

We heard from friends that Ace Roofing Company was the best. We agree! DJ and his crew are the best in Austin. Appointments were on time and we were informed every step of the way about everything that was required for the extensive repairs our tile roof and chimney needed. We can't imagine better service. I recommend Ace roofing and all their employees very highly. My entire roof and garage roof were damaged from hail and needed to be replace. Anyone who is in this situation knows that it can be stressful and overwhelming and Ace roofing handled the process with efficiency and professionalism. Adam was top notch from start to finish. He suggested, and I wanted, a very specific red metal roof.

Of course I needed it in the middle of supply chain shortages and when it became difficult to find, Adam made it happen on time. In addition, he answered all my questions and concerns and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Daniel was amazing to work with for the inspection and insurance and made the process as seamless as it could have been.

The crews were on time, respectful of our property, clean, and quick. The work they did was of the highest quality. In addition, we have solar panels that had to be removed and reinstalled and this was all organized and completed in a timely manner and with care. Thank you Ace Roofing you made an unfortunate circumstance into the best experience it could have been and I definitely love my brand new, shiny roof even more than my old one!

So over 6 years ago I contacted this company and a person named Adam came out and sealed some vents for me on my roof. I had just purchased my home and wasn't charged, he just said keep him in mind in the future. Welcome to the future! It was time for a new roof and I had his contact info saved in my phone. The whole process went smooth, dealing with the insurance company not so much, but that has nothing to do with the new roof; Adam was professional and ordered the product after giving me an estimate and making an adjustment I requested for some extra vents.

Fast forward a few weeks later and as promised the crew showed up at sunup around 7AM. They worked to get the existing roof tore off within a few hours, did repairs, they started new shingle install. Everything was wrapped up by approx 3PM. They did a pretty good job cleaning up, however a few nails remained on the roof as well as in the gutters and a tip from a caulk tube.

Not a huge deal, but worth the mention. There was also a piece of shingle trimming in the gutter. All in all I am completely satisfied and would recommend their work. I got up there this evening to inspect and to my somewhat untrained eye everything looks great!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Maston is a professional, observant, problem solver. He seriously goes above and beyond and made sure everything in replacing my roof and gutters went smoothly. He worked carefully with my insurance company to get everything covered. He worked around my schedule so as not to upset my animals. His crew was delightful and courteous. I love my new roof and gutter and will recommend him to all of my friends.

Had an old direct TV dish get blown off my roof and rip holes in my roof and tear off some shingles. I called Monday morning due to urgency and tried 5 roofing companies. Garry picked up the call and said they would come and take a look. All the other companies were tied up or only wanted full roof work. The guys came out, looked and took care of my roof same day. They even took care of a couple issues caused by previous solar install. Really appreciate the fast turn around as we had a lot of rain in the forecast.

We purchased a home that had been replaced by ACE. The quality of the job was top notch and our inspector noticed something on the chimney that was not handled by ACE, but by a previous company. When Maston with ACE came out to take a look he offered to take care of it, to ensure everything was taken care of, even the things not done by his company. Maston went above and beyond. I would recommend ACE.

We reached out to Amous to repair hail damage back in April, and signed a contract to get our roof replaced as well as trim on our chimney while they were up there. The actual roof didn't come in until August (4 months later) because the wrong material was initially ordered, and during the job we had to deal with - Insufficient materials, dragging the installation process out to three days - Roofers trying to cut corners by putting new shingles over 20 year old underlayment - Damage to landscaping lights - Damage to our fence - Trash and materials left in our yard - Ridge vents on our shed that were thrown away and not re-used.

At the end of the day we're left holding the bag to re-paint trim and find someone else to do the chimney. The finished roof looks nice, but I'd say this company is average at best, and definitely not worth 5 stars. The pictures attached show how our house was left when crews left (bare plywood, new shingles on old underlayment), chimney not touched, some of the damage and trash, however there's still more (damaged lights, empty cans, etc.) not pictured.

Amous was referred by a neighbor/friend whose roof was replaced by Ace/Amous from an insurance claim (hail). Amous looked at our roof and said he saw damage so we submitted a claim. It was rejected, Amous said he would send his guy out to check the roof (Amous did not inspect the roof himself except from the ground) and escalate/contest the adjuster's findings with proof.

That was the last I heard from Amous. Texts, email and calls when unreturned. Basically, if not able to submit and insurance claim digitally (like my neighbor), without a physcical inspection by the insurance company, its either not a valid insurance claim or too much work. Either way, ghosting communications is unprofessional. Seems like an ambulance chaser but for roof insurance claims if can be slid through easily.

We found water in the house after heavy rain & saw that the chimney had some leaks. We called a few roofers & Maston with Ace was the first to get us a quote. The quote was reasonable so we scheduled the job w Maston & he completed it on time and w/o any issues. Many roofers never even called us back, but Ace did a great job and i felt comfortable that Ace was going to complete the job in a professional manner, which they did. I will use Ace again for future work.

I called his company last week to have my roof inspected for hail damage Sone of my neighborhood are getting new roofs he said he would come the same day I thought wow no wonder why they have great reviews he called me later on that night apologizing that he did not make it and he would be by first thing in the morning. I waited all day for him to come nothing!

A no show!3 days go by I called the company again the same guy called me back and totally forgot that I had previously spoke to him. he said he would be by first thing in the morning again a no-show. I don't understand how these people have such good yelps three strikes you're out! You earned the one star congratulations

Called yesterday and was told someone could come out tomorrow between 1-2. Received a call around noon asking if I had an appointment today, that my information had been passed over. Said yeah I am supposed to then he said great and hung up. Its 3 now and haven't gotten any other communication from them. Don't know if they're coming out or not. If they do I'll update this review, but as of right now they have never shown up.

It's great when you find a company that does great job and puts customer service ahead of everything else. I always enjoy being able to write a glowing review. If you are looking for a roofing company, ACE is definitely the way to go. I can see why they have so many good reviews. We had contacted multiple companies and it was evident from the first phone call with ACE and visit, we knew that we had found the roofers to do the job. Amous Moran, our ACE Project Manager, is very personable, explains everything, and answers any questions you may have along the way.

He was available throughout the process and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was done correctly. From help in selecting the right color and materials, to plans of the couple upgrades we chose, right through to the finished roof, Amous is amazing. Any company is only as good as your point of contact. Amous made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

He was even able to schedule us prior to the painting of the house. There are a lot of roofing companies out there and getting a new roof was a process that we didn't know a lot about. There were no surprises. Amous walked us through everything and I can say with 100% assurance I would recommend ACE Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. In fact, we have already referred them to a couple of neighbors. Their prices are reasonable, they do a great job and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention, they warranty their work, so we have complete piece of mind.

Gentlemen i spoke with commited to coming out to assess winter storm roof leak. Even after he indicated my damage was minor and would repair itself. I committed to pay him for his quote time. And he is 100% no show. Thanks for wasting my time.

I would highly recommend Ace Roofing and was super impressed with our experience throughout the process and the end product! We worked with Bill Sprauer and he was INCREDIBLE. We weren't aware of any roof issues when we made the offer on our first home and the inspection came back with multiple flags. Our inspector suggested that we have a roofer check it out to access the damage.

I called three different roofing companies and Bill called me back within a half hour. He said he could look at our roof within the hour. Working through the tight option period of buying a home, this felt like a miracle! He sent me pictures of the roof, talked through areas of concern and a sent a quote all that same morning. Long story short, there was severe hail damage, a turbine top had blown off and a lot of wear and tear.

We closed on the house knowing we would need to replace the roof before insurance would cover it. Again, Bill swooped in and had the BEST PRICE (we got quotes from two other companies) and was able to replace our roof three days after I got back in touch with him--and that was working around thunderstorms that week. He sent updates and pictures throughout the day. It was so nice working with a person and company that were trustworthy and responsive. Ace Roofing is hands down the best.

My wife and I recently had the roof on our home replaced. As many have mentioned, Bill is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew were always on time (to the minute!) and delivered on every thing that was promised. He even went above and beyond to take extra care of our home and had his guys work with me to repair some rotten wood that needed replacing. The folks at Ace are professional and do great work. Our roof sustained major damage from a hailstorm and had to be replaced. Ace recommended Bill Sprauer, who contacted me the same day. We had a new roof a week later! Bill has an amazing crew, and I highly recommend his services.

Ace roofing was awesome. I did wait for about 10 days for them to come check my roof. We had a tree trimmer drop branches on our roof while pruning. Would not recommend that tree company for several reasons- Just Trees. Anyway I had roofers come investigate and I had them look at the whole roof as it had been 10 years or so since it had been inspected.

Bill was awesome and did a thorough inspection. He found no damage. He reported on the condition and found an issue with some vents that he corrected on the spot. It required replacing nails and screwing flashing down. Other roofers would have scheduled this repair and charged me for it. It was nice having it taken care of immediately. We learned our roof is in good shape and I'm going to definitely call on Ace when I do have an issue or need a new roof

DJ and Ace Roofing are awesome! Needed some repairs on our roof as we were selling our home, and we will use them for some additional minor repairs on our new home. DJ was quick, responsive, and the repairs were done just as I asked; he reviewed the inspection report and even trimmed the trees close to the roof without us asking for him to do so.

I've got a little 1950s house in Austin with a portion of the roof being nearly flat. When it began to leak (to my horror), project manager Adam Graham came by and gently explained that the previous owners had installed the totally wrong materials for that type of roof and had done so incorrectly to boot. He explained what the right materials are and how they're different and proposed a plan to fix the leak without overselling or proposing a whole new roof. Adam had their quote over quickly which was significantly less than other bids I got and after agreeing, they were here to do the job within 2 days (thankfully before the next big rainstorm!) and finished completely that afternoon.

Communication was clear and prompt, pricing was very competitive (without being suspiciously cheap) and the job was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend Ace Roofing and Adam Graham as project manager.

I had been stressed about getting a new roof for a while. After a recent storm a large branch fell and busted my roof up really bad. I called Bill at Ace roofing and he came out that day. He tarped the damaged area until I could get my insurance straightened out. Bill continued to be an amazing help. He not only worked with me to get things going, but he also worked with the insurance company.

I cannot express how easy the process seemed working with this company. The job itself took one day and the team really left no trace they had been there. I absolutely love my new roof. I would highly suggest that you choose Ace for any roofing needs. P.S. after the job Bill even gave me 2 baby chicks he hatched, because ours had recently passed. Such a great experience!

We recently had our roof shingles replaced by Ace Roofing and were very pleased with the finished job. They even created a custom metal covering for our chimney that turned out really nice. Kyle, the project manager was very easy to deal with and came out daily to make sure the job was being done to our satisfaction. We were impressed with the quality of work and contracted with them for some additional roofing jobs on the well house and garage. The crew was very thorough on the clean up too.
