I won't use a service who illegally spams my text messages with advertising. It's against the law and a crappy marketing technique.

Excellent and professional company. John has been excellent to work with and made this process of a new roof. seamless.

The worst experience ever! Nothing that was agreed to was done. New roof leaks no one will respond to emails or calls to fix. 100% deceptive in their business dealings. Not a reputable company at all. Their contract show BBB logo, but they are not members of the better business bureau.

HORRIBLE. They never showed up to give me an estimate. I waited 5 hours and told them I needed a quote quickly because I'm buying a house. Larry the owner said, "well there's other roofing companies in Austin, I only have one guy." He also said that because its a free estimate that I wasn't a customer, so I'm not a priority and to not hold my breath!

I will make sure this roofing company is never used in my neighborhood. I also heard they have done horrible roofing work from a couple of my neighbors and that they had to get it replaced and reported to the BBB. Beware!

John and His team are amazing, Looked at several companies before deciding and after seeing finished product couldn't be happier. Service is way above and beyond.
