Mark came to our home and discussed our plan for a carport addition which is just in the planning stage. Mark was very professional and friendly. We were very impressed and entend to use All Good Roofing in the future.

I hired Mark to replace my rotting wood patio with concrete. I had three quotes including Mark's, but All Good stood out for me due to several reasons: - Didn't call me (a young female homeowner) "Mrs." or assume I had a (nonexistent) partner. Treated me with respect and never questioned my knowledge. - When he came to my property he mentioned his company did other things.

I started listing off some other projects I needed, but he stopped me and said "let me do your patio first, then you can decide if you want me to do the other things based off my work". Wow! Didn't upsell me a single bit and stood behind his work from the beginning. - His quote was not only on the lower end, but included ensuring the existing metal roof was properly secured.

He was upfront with me when costs changed, and even honored my budget when the project ended up going over due to the dump fees associated with removing the wood from my old patio. The folks he used to pour the concrete were quick, communicative, friendly, and thorough. Most importantly the finished product is AMAZING! Do note that Mark prefers to keep things old fashioned- including printing and mailing the contract and using checks to pay. Totally fine with me, especially considering the excellent work. Mark was professional upfront, workers did a awesome job quick turn around answered all my questions while the build was in progress, my patio cover came out way more than I expected, stunning is the best word to describe the job all good roofing did, I would highly recommend Service: Construction

Mark and his crew did an amazing job installing two patio covers. Mark communicated with us from the initial design to the completion of the journey. Anytime we had a question he was a text away. Both covers look like they were built with the house. They were very quick, courteous, and affordable. I would certainly recommend them to others and will use them in the future when I want one of my patios converted to a sun room.

Excellent! They re-engineered the entry way to our front door, and covered 16'x30' of our front deck. It was originally designed having a walkway with external house walls on both sides, but no roof. I suppose to let daylight in. All Good built new roof over the area, and a new ceiling beneath that. The wood deck cover joined at that point. They visited twice to do their free estimate. the second time bringing their expert to ensure feasibility.

They had the best quote, started on time, did status updates with me, finished on-time, and cleaned up the area. We even used their painter for the deck cover framing. Definitely recommend anyone at least get a quote.

Very disappointed. This was my second roofing addition by AGR. It's a very nice structure, unfortunately it was not built to the contracted design due to some miscommunication with their foreman. The cover was supposed to provide a 1 foot overhang on all sides of the deck, but I was short changed on the front and back sides. They offered to place a gutter system on the back side to mitigate rainfall dripping on the deck's surface, which is not what I wanted, and does not solve the shortage on the front of the deck.

It's not what we discussed, it's not what we agreed to, and it's not what I paid for. The crew's clean up protocols are also less than desirable. I continue to find roofing screws, bottle caps, scrap metal, and saw blades scattered about the work site. AGR made a mistake, and all their efforts to date to correct it have fallen short of my expectations. 6 Month Update AGR continues to drag their feet on resolving this dispute.

Their communication has been reactive and comprised largely of excuses and finger pointing. Solutions were promised and when pressed for delivery met with more excuses and finger pointing. The original structure had only two requested design elements, posts were to be set at all four corners and spaced equidistant, with the cover to provide a 1-foot overhang on all sides of the 16x24 deck.

After explaining my requisites, Mark had to edit his field notes to reflect a final agreed upon length of 25'. The field notes were not correctly transcribed, a mistake of an amateur. The attached image files better demonstrate the shortcomings of the final product. I reiterate that this is a nice structure, and it will most likely last for a great many years.

This was a simple problem to resolve, and I am very disappointed that Mark refused to make this right. I may cautiously recommend to others, but I will not use AGR for any of my future projects.

All Good Roofing did a great job in building 2 carports for us, one wood, one metal. We got what worked for our spaces as Mark listened to our needs and designed a plan that was just right for us. Both structures are very solidly built. His crew was so easy to work with. You could see their many years of experience and expertise in their work. The projects were done without delay. We will definitely be using All Good Roofing and Additions for future projects.

Mark Sledge was great. He was very professional, gave us a good value, was very knowledgeable and educated us on exactly what we needed. They installed a patio cover and French door for us and we are super happy with the end result. The work was done super fast and held up great over a harsh winter very well. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Mark recently did a patio for my backyard. It was all done in a timely manner. Made my back yard look amazing.
