Our Founder, Mark Franz, has extensive experience in all types of commercial and residential roofing, stemming from his affiliation as an Operations and Facilities Manager at several Fortune 500 companies, including Progressive Insurance, New England Mutual Life Insurance and Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.He was in charge of many commercial construction projects for these companies.

We used Armadillo in the past to fix a roof leak. We enjoyed working with so much that we used them again on a new (to us) home we purchased. Start to finish this company is great to work with. Punctual, communicates well, quality work, you name it. The onsite team was quick and tidy. I don't think I found a single nail in the drive way when they were done. Really happy with my overall experience.

I worked with the owner, Mark and the project manager David, and they were both excellent. Communication was easy and reliable. They got things done on our timeline, and made sure that getting the insurance refund was easy and fast. And the roof looks great. Highly recommend. Their project managers talk to you like people, not salesmen. I was never pressured nor solicited. Their pricing is good. Their crews are fantastic and respectful. I am a licensed home inspector and my roof was done with top marks. They use synthetic underlayment and seal the nail heads with caulking which to me is a huge deal, that most roofers neglect.

I had my roof replacement done a few years ago. I went with metal, and the look is amazing. Mark, t he owner of Armadillo, provided close oversight of the project and the work was done in 2 days. The crew was polite and professional. Thorough clean up, too. I have a 2 story house and I was tired of replacing the roof every 3-4 years because of hail damage.
It wasn't cheap, and it was tempting to go with shingles as usual, but I am thrilled that I did it now. The price was very fair. Not the cheapest estimate I got, but I knew better than to let price be the determiner. No pressure to choose any one product over another, just great advice. All work was done as promised, an I would definitely use Armadillo again!

Armadillo Roofing & Exteriors did a great job on our new roof. David, the supervisor showed us the different type of shingle products, explaining the difference of each type. David and his crew were professional and very friendly. This is the third time me or a relative has used Armadillo Roofing. I would highly recommend them.

6 stars for Armadillo! As an absentee owner I picked Armadillo on Yelp and they have earned my business replacing a roof and roof, rafter repair, decks and siding on 2 of my duplexes. As a 25 year contractor I was amazed by the timeliness in providing an estimate, communication and performance in an emergency situation after the storm. One property is a very tough job with an unruly tenant and dogs and Keith dealt with the situation in a professional manner. Thank you Armadillo!

911! Armadillo Roofing to the rescue! The option period on sale of my home was coming to an end and the buyer drops a bomb on me at the last minute requesting an allowance for roof repairs. I called Armadillo at 10a and Mark, the owner, was at my house within two hours. He educated me on the problem and the different pricing tiers to expect from his competitors. Not pushy, incredibly trustworthy!

I consulted with Mark, President of Armadillo regarding installing a new Metal Roof for a new construction project I had. He provided options and helped me choose the best for my budget. Mark and his crew at Armadillo Roofing sealed up my roof and exterior walls in my Austin rental home from mice and rats getting into my attic. Although I have never seen the results as I live in California and had to coordinate all the repairs over the phone, I can tell you that Mark promptly returned phone calls, emails, and texts; provided pictures of areas requiring repairs; scheduled the work and completed it within a reasonable time period; and was very friendly, personal, and easy to work with.
I felt very comfortable dealing with Mark and trusting his recommendations, even from 1,300 miles away! Just imagine how I will feel when I move to Austin and actually get to deal with Mark in person next time I need some roofing work done!

Mark is the best! My roof was on the tail end of a warranty and he came right out to fix it. After 9 years one shingle had lifted, he came out fixed and walked the roof to see if there were any other issues. He pointed out a few things that I needed to take care of on my end but told me the roof looked great still! Thank you Mark!
