We aim to maintain quality service at a good price, making sure that each job is finished in a timely manner with client satisfaction as the outcome.

I selected Edge Roofing out of 3 bids to replace my tar and gravel low pitched roof with a standing metal seam. Edge was the best priced of the three. Ken Atwater was always on time, responsive and made sure his workers performed the work properly. I needed a lot of carpentry work due to the deteriorating condition of my roof. Several support beams, facia and decking were replaced.
I also had Ken add new rain gutters and an additional screened in porch that was done professionally and in the same high quality as my roof. I trust Ken and Edge Roofing and would not hesitate to use them again for all kinds of repairs and installations.

Edge roofing replaced an existing skylight. He charged $1800. Six weeks later I noticed a leak coming from the skylight area and called him to come look at it. He sent two guys who were on the roof for 10 minutes then sent me a bill for $250. The invoice said they addressed the lower corner of flashing which had not been addressed before. Since the Velux skylight kit comes with all flashing included, if it had not been addressed before, it SHOULD have been.
I called and told him that I would not pay this bill since the leak was the result of a flawed initial installation. I wasn't going to write a review, but he had the nerve to send me a past due invoice. I do not do business with companies that do not stand behind their work. Edge Roofing was a BIG disappointment.

Had Edge Roofing repair an area of my roof that started to leak. They did the repair (re-roofed a section) and did some interior refinishing.then it leaked again. They came out repaired the same area of the roof, again. The guy whom made the repair said there was a nail thru the flashing causing the leak. Ken Atwater said that it was past the warranty period, so he said I owed them more money! Now I have a new bill and a messed up interior wall, in exactly the same spot they already repaired. Would you be happy with the services provided?

I got a recommendation from a friend about Edge Roofing after she had her metal roof installed and I needed mine replacing. Ken Atwater was very helpful and honest. Got the work done quickly. Haven't had any issues. I hired him again later to fix another roof that a different roofer had screwed up. He knew a storm was coming and made sure my roof job got done before it started raining. I soooo appreciated that!

We called Ken Atwater of Edge Roofing and Remodeling to give us a quote for a new metal roof. We got on the subject of remodeling work while we were talking with Ken and he said his company did remodeling/reno work as well. Ken had his right hand gal named Lee Hix come down to our place to look at what we wanted to remodel and we eventually hired them to renovate an approximately 360 foot existing addition we had.
They ended up tearing down the space to re pour a new foundation. We didn't get any farther than the screwed up foundation they did for us. The foundation they poured for us was not leveled and structurally sound. Edge Roofing and Lee Hix insisted upon building on top of this disgusting excuse for a foundation. It had dips and hills of over 3 all over it, and was totally out of level. and had huge structural cracks.
We hired a very well known engineering firm to review their work and they couldn't believe this crap. Lee Hix refused to fix (there was no way to fix, only redo) and walked off the job. We called Head Honcho/owner Ken and he did not make it right. We gave Edge/Ken/Lee almost 2 years to work with us to get it right and all we got were excuses and empty promises.
We hired an attorney, Edge BS'd them too. After 2 years we were finally going to court to win our case against these clowns and Edge Roofing/Owner Ken filed for bankruptcy the day before our court case. So. We got nothing from them. But a big hole in our pocket for the money we paid them, We got our 360 foot room torn down, we have most of our plumbing and wiring exposed from when they tore down the existing structure and its gonna cost us about $90 thousand dollars to fix all the damage they did and rebuild the structure.
