I called. I found the experience awful. First, the lady was skeptical about why I was calling versus the hoa. The skepticism remained during the call. Then she needed to know the hoa company that I gave her and the hoa company's address. I have called a lot of repair people. They have all needed just the address of the building to give an estimate.

I went to J-Conn for my new roof/shingles a few years ago. I am still very happy with their work! I'm now asking them to come remove a satellite dish and repair/replace (whatever is necessary) the area. They will even haul the dish away.

I had suggested them to a family member only to have the contractors use the wrong materials to secure the roof boards that they refused which were supposed to be replaced and instead of using the correct nails they decided to use oversized screws which are more protruding through the roof boards which will cause the roof to leak in the next ten years.

There is also the lack of replacing the side boards which should have been replaced instead they just replaced the facia in attempts to secure the drip guard its a shabby job considering the cost that was paid to replace the roof correctly which i truly believe should be refunded at 40% to have another contractor finish the job that they deemed finished

Prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. Well-established business that treats its customers more than a revenue stream. They repaired the roof on our prior house back in the early 90s and the experience was so pleasant we thought of no other roofer when a hail storm came through in April. We were the 2nd house on our street to get the roof replaced and there are still houses being worked on now, some 3 months later.

The work is quality work and they were willing to work with us on paying our relatively substantial deductible. They will be our roofers for as long as we live in this area. We recommend their business to anyone who needs roof work done.

J-Conn Roofing & Repair Service is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with for any home repair service. They installed a new roof for us in 2015 and did an excellent job. Gave us an up-front estimate on their services and finished the job according to their promise. Very professional and friendly staff. I called on Saturday because of some loose shingles after storms, over 4 years after the installation. Kristina, in the office, called me back right away and set up an inspector to come out on Monday to check out the problem.

I believe the inspector's name was Pat Davis. He came out on Monday as promised and repaired all the loose shingles, at no cost! I am so impressed with the workmanship and service provided by this company. Recommend them highly for anyone needing a roofing company for new construction or replacement roof. They are a shining star in my new year!

2nd Roof on the Same House with J-Conn. Used J-Conn twice re-roofing the same Austin house (and separate shed) over 20 years, plus interim repair from tree damage over this span. Reliable estimates, quality workmanship, and job site cleanliness. And, they coordinated their work with a skylight repair company also. I'm a satisfied customer!

J-Conn Roofing just completed a new roof on one of my rental properties. Pricing was very reasonable. Although they were delayed in getting started due to the rain, they kept me advised as to status. The work was done very professionally and a really good clean-up afterwards. Great people to work with. Will absolutely call upon them again.

Always remember hearing the radio ads by Cactus Prior (now his son Don) for J-Conn, so they were the first & last roofing company I called for an inspection for possible storm damage. I hired them for a total roof replacement. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Superior workmanship & quality customer service. I love my new roof!

J-Conn has roofed our home twice over the time we have owned it and did an excellent job both times. They were always courteous, friendly, efficient, and very honest. We have never felt pressured. Their crew appeared to have been with them for many years which is comforting from a safety standpoint. They have responded quickly any time we had a problem. J-Conn replaced my roof yesterday from removing and replacing all in the same day. WOW they were great! They came on time and very conscious of the quality and workmanship. Jason stopped by at the end of the day to see if everything was to my approval. If they had more stars I would definitely give them to this company.
