Millennium Makeover

I had a man named Darryl come out to give me an estimate to repair some leaks on my roof. After inspecting the roof he gave me his sales pitch as to why I should use his company, and I was favorably impressed. He said he would give me an estimate by the end of the week, so I patiently waited, but after about 2 weeks I called the company and was told they would shortly have the estimate to me.

I waited a few more days and then called back and spoke to the owner and he guaranteed me that that I would have the estimate by the end of the day. Instead, a day later I received a voice mail from Darryl saying that they wouldn't be bidding on the work due to the "extent" of the work. I called back and again talked to the owner, and said I didn't understand why that was the case considering he was already on the roof and knew exactly what the job entailed at the time he tried to sell me on using Millennium Makeover, and he said he didn't know, so I asked him if Darryl could call me back and explain what he meant by that statement, given that he was the one in the first place who tried to convince me to go with them, and the owner said he would contact me, but a week later there has been no reply.

I believe the unprofessional behavior of this company is rooted in canvasing the area trying to collect as many potential bids to fill up their queue, and if they later decide that the job isn't as profitable as others then they don't bother with it. I have since received estimates from reputable companies in the range of $2500-5,000, so I have no idea what was meant by the "extent" of the work, but if these guys can't be bothered to follow-up during the sales portion of the client interaction, I am sure they would be no where to be found if something went wrong with the actual work.

We had our roof replaced in April 2021after a few quotes from certain companies that didn't show up or we're late. We went with Millnium Make over. First impressions mean a lot. From when we signed on the dotted line and HOA APPROVAL the whole process took about 2 week's. I was so worried about obtaining Permits and where to submit stuff to. James took over everything and gave my husband and I piece of mind.

I can't Thank him enough. We'll that brings me to today. We didn't want to post until we had a few rain storms come our way. All I can say is we are DRY as can be no leaks Lol. So thankful for James and the Millennium Make Over crew. Extremely Professional, on time no mess ever was left behind in the 3.5 day's it took to remove inspection and replacing of our roof. 5 Company

Great company to work with. James and his team handled timely keeping me in the loop. From the initial quote to final inspection, everyone I encountered was professional, knowledgeable and timely. The team removed the roof and installed it in 2 days. They were courteous and kept the work areas and yard free of debris. The project was managed well with teams arriving on time. Jon and his team were beyond excellent - always in constant communication with City's Permits, Construction Material, date of tiles, etc. always on time and very Professional. Being in a neighborhood that is 25 years old, many of my neighbors have been putting on new roofs. I watched many companies come in, start the job and then not return to finish for months at a time. Other companies left huge messes in people's yards and didn't pick up any debris till the job ended. One of my neighbors even has a rag hanging from the roof that accidentally got nailed in! Millennium Makeover was responsive, on time and the job literally took a total of 4 days to complete (with only one day lost to weather). The crew was very polite and picked up after themselves each day. I was very impressed with the overall job and communication with Jon and his crew was always professional.

I received a letter from my insurance company that I had to replace a tile on my roof within 30 days, or I would be dropped. I desperately contacted several roofing companies, and Millennium Makeover was the only one to respond. Not only did they answer all of my questions and concerns, they were at my house within a week to repair the tile. They also emailed me pictures of the reparation process so that I had proof for my insurance company. I am so happy with their work and their professionalism. Thank you Millennium Makeover!

I noticed a roof leak on Saturday night and realized I would have to call someone on Monday. Luckily, I noticed two guys from Millennium Makeover fixing the neighbor's roof on a Sunday morning, so I asked if they would come and take a look at mine and give me an estimate when they were done. They agreed. I was ready to hear it would be thousands of dollars, but once they found where the water was coming in, they told me it would be an easy fix that I could do myself. They walked me through what to do and even GAVE ME EXTRA SUPPLIES FROM THE TRUCK so I could do it that day! I know where I'm going when I do need professional roof repairs.

Jon and James at Millennium Makeover are great! We needed to have our house reroofed as a condition of sale due to the age of the roof. We contacted Millennium and James came out immediately to give us a very reasonable estimate. We contracted with them and the job was completed within the next two weeks. Their crew worked very hard on two extremely hot days and were careful to clean up each day before leaving. Jon was able to coordinate the work with our solar company as well since we have a solar panel on the roof. Everyone at this company is very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend them if you need any roof work.

Millennium Makeover just completed the replacement of my flat roof. They were hands down the easiest and most professional roofing company I've ever dealt with. Communication is excellent, they are very timely in all situations, and their crews are very good at what they do. I have not one complaint and would recommend them to anybody looking to replace their roof.
