This company replaced a roof for me on my home last year. Eddy Jr is knowledgeable and a master of his trade. The price and quality of the installation was second to none. Thank you again.

We worked with Eddie Jr to have a leak repaired in 2020. Approximately 10 months after the repair was completed we started seeing water again. We contacted Eddie and he inspected the roof and told us the roof was fine. We contracted another roof repair company that found the original leak was not fixed correctly and was leaking again. When we contacted Eddie and sent him pictures and a description of the issues, he ignored our phone calls and emails to discuss a remedy. If you are looking to hire a contractor to repair a leak, l would pass on using Tornado Roofing.

Tornado Roofing is a respectable and locally owned family business. Eddie jr came out and conducted the estimate, explained what they were going to do, and gave me a quote that reflected what he told me. The customer service from eddie jr, the office, and the crew onsite [a tornado crew not a subbed out job] was top notch. Although this was just a repair I would recommend for an full roof replacement as well.

Eddie at Tornado Roofing was great. Right from the start I felt comfortable. He came in and inspected my roof, created a quote, and outlined a timeline for me. It was such an easy process. While I've never used your company, the 3 guys in a Ford box truck wrapped with your company name, driving down Forest hill this evening, intentionally cut me off, almost ran into me, driving erratically, and tailgating folks. The guy behind the wheel shouldn't have a license to eat paste let alone drive a truck and fix roofs

I can't say enough about the company. The initial inspector arrived on time within 24 hours of my call. I received the quote from Chantel within 4 hours of the appointment. They were able to schedule me two days later. The workers were on time and clean. They didn't leave a mess at my property. I received the paid invoice as soon as I paid and they even sent me pictures of the repair so I feel I can rest easy knowing that it was done properly! Overall, professional, punctual, responsive, and fairly priced. A true rarity in South Florida.

My husband is a contractor so we know when we're dealing with a reputable, honest company. We had 3 companies come out to our winter home in Deerfield Beach to provide estimates and felt the most comfortable with the team at Tornado Roofing. There was no high pressure sales tactic, just an informative consult and estimate. The work began exactly when they stated and was completed right on time.

We filed a claim with our insurance company and they sent out tornado roofing. Our contractor assigned was Robert. We felt like our estimate was completed in a timely fashion and Eddie was very good at answering any questions we had. We decided to go with tornado roofing because I felt I could trust the contractor that was sent to us. Eddie worked with is in coming up with a color and material for redoing our roof.

Work was completed very quickly (one and half days) and was done well. Our insurance company covered the entire cost of our roof minus our deductible due to wind damage. We felt like our roof was done well and in excellent time. Throughout the process I was informed of what was going on at my home and was able to reach my contractor when I needed to.

We had some tar from the roof application left around our house after the roofers were completed, which happens. I felt like my complaint was handled very well. I was immediately apologized too and asked, what I would like done so that I was completely satisfied. So far all is good with our new roof and I would highly recommend this contractor since I feel like the contractor makes or breaks the experience. Thanks! Maria Gutierrez
