I can not say enough about Crowther Residential Roofing. From the Senior Surveyor, John Lopez who was efficient, very understanding and professional, to Nicole coordinating this effort to "The T" at the office. She was more than helpful and jumped through hoops to get this job completed before my 93 year old mom arrived to stay in her room! (Which is where the disaster was) She even helped communicate efforts through the weekend!

The workers painstakingly worked in 100 degree plus days on our roof. I can not thank Carlos Diaz for heading up this job and going above and beyond the call of duty to get this roof fixed in quality fashion. His 2 partners Josdan Fonseca (sorry) I don't have the 3rd hard workers name endured the heat and completed the job. I can not tell you how much piece of mind they gave me and how professionally they repaired our roof! Thank you Crowther Roofing!

I recently had our concrete tile roof inspected due to some noticeable tile damage. I scheduled Crowther Residential to come out and do a roof inspection and provide an estimate for repairs. They provided a free written estimate and I approved the repairs. The job was scheduled within a week and repairs were made the next week. The repairs were made to our complete satisfaction.

Even the mortar color match was perfect on the repairs. There was no pressure to totally re-roof my entire home. Everyone I dealt with from sales, office staff, scheduling and repair crew was friendly, helpful and professional. It was obvious that Crowther knows how to treat their employees as they all had a great attitude. I would recommend Crowther to my friends and neighbors.

12/30/2021 Crowther Roofing is absolutely without a doubt the best roofing company in Florida, or possibly the whole USA. From our surveyor Kurt, project manager Ed, marketing specialist Dana, and all the other workers that contributed to the completion of our project they were the best! They did an absolutely amazing job in an environment that accessibility was a difficult factor.

They had to remove deteriorated light weight concrete, asbestos cement shingles, and all the deteriorated rotted freeze board and facia. Everyday they worked diligently and always kept the work place clean and safe and went out of their way to accommodate the residents that were in the condo units. Not one complaint by any owner or renter says it all if you want the best roofing company Crowther stands alone for customer satisfaction, expertise, innovation, engineering, and quality and keeping all the unit owners and renters as accommodating as possible during the total roof replacement. Two years ago I had a roof put on by Crowther Roofing's residential division. It was right after Hurricane Irma. So things were crazy. I choose Crowther because of their history of getting jobs done right and exceeding expectations. The roof was completed on time and looks beautiful! Fast forward to today. Needed a service call. Took one day to get here to fix it. Guys were knowledgeable and explained what was going on showed me pictures. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Crowther Roofing!

Had nothing but great experiences. They handled our after hours AC emergencies (2x) without any hassle. Gave great advice about strategizing a new roof and updating duct work. Felt really secure working with seasoned professionals. I wonder if the reviews below were working with Crowther Roofing, because there are a couple other contractors by the same last name.

Crowther Roofing is a very professional company to work with. They show up when they say they will, which as well know, is important. Sandy Spindler, business development representative, is friendly and lets you know everything Crowther can do for you. Jesse and everyone else in the office and behind the scenes are always helpful. Absolutely not, was on the phone with Erma(sp?) talking about my grandmother's leak, in the middle of our call she asked to put me on hold. She must have hit the wrong button, because I overheard her yelling at who I'm assuming to be an employee in the room, she berated them, ending it by calling the person a f***ing re***d. Then, she came back to the call acting all sunshine and roses, like nothing had happened.

If that's how you treat your employees I can't imagine how you treat customers. Yikes. Tip to the owners, don't let Erma run the phone line. Absolutely unbelievable.

As a Property Manager there are so many companies out there. By far working with Crowther has been my best experience! They got the job done and loved that it was a one stop deal. They handled all the work from the AC to the roof repairs needed. They were friendly and were always approachable with any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Crowther did a horrible job on my parents' roof. They did not properly repair their roof which resulted in a water leak that continued until it damaged their stove. The stove sounded like it nearly exploded from the electrical issues that were caused. After they asked Crowther to remedy the problem, they refused. It was their defective work that resulted in additional damage to property. I don't recommend them. I helped my parents get another, more reputable roofer to help them and they are okay now.

To me the most important piece is Service. Let's face it, you want to make sure someone is going to actually show up and do the work when you call. I have enjoyed working with Sandy S., as she was excellent at escalating our needs to a professional team who came out and looked at our roofs.

They were in touch with me within one business day to assess our communities needs. In addition, This team is knowledgeable about various products that are available in the SW Florida Region. As a manager, this is not my strong suit, rather an area where I needed someone who could provide different solutions and material to present to my board members. they came through with Flying Colors Thank you Crowther!

I paid $1,285 for the roof repair job in April 2018. Exactly one year later the same exact spot leaked again! I called Crowther roofing to fix the leak. When the Crowther team arrived on 5/17/19 my wife demanded an estimate for the work before starting (because we were frustrated at having to do this a second time) and the manager said that if they left right now there would be a $300 charge just for showing up.

My wife and I made the decision to allow them to do the work to repair the leak a second time and paid them an additional $1,633 to repair the same exact spot that they worked on a year prior. Guess what? The garage roof still leaks after the second repair! This week I asked the Crowther team to 'make it right'. This morning 2 vans full of workers showed up to fix the same exact spot on my garage roof a third time.

The manager indicated the repair would not be covered and there would be additional costs. The crew quickly found their way off of my property. Warning: Do not use this company. I believe they are scammers and do not trust a word they say. The bottom line is I am $2,918 in the hole and my garage roof is leaking right now in the same spot as a year ago, the same little spot.

These cats are the best. I highly recommend them. They did a great job on our roof. Use them with confidence.

Roofing company trying to compete. However. It is the worst at it. Took forever to get an estimate on my mother's roof. Then they took a deposit. Then they took forever to schedule. Shady and disgusting. Will not recommend to anyone.

Any company that openly makes fun of a woman's claim of sexual abuse will never have my business. Shame on you for publicly shaming a woman over an incident you know nothing about. The majority of victims of sexual abuse are scared to come forward. Just ask all the grown men and women who were abused by priests in the Catholic Church. Or the dozens of gymnasts abused by their doctor, who waited years to come forward and then only did so when they realized they weren't alone. Educate yourselves more and shame victims less, and you just might be able to redeem yourselves and your business.

Not only is this business extremely unreliable this business makes jokes about rape victims.

The three or four weeks they say it's going to take to replace your roof turns into eleven weeks. They don't respond to calls. Communication is pretty much non-existent. After five weeks of waiting I called five times to four different people to find out when they would be starting. I even stopped by the office and was told someone would get back to me.

I received no response until one day I had a big truck in my driveway and a half dozen people crawling around on my roof. It then took another six weeks to finish the job. They also added another $500 to the invoice for wood sheathing. I knew that some might be needed, but was never told that any was actually used until I saw it on the invoice.

Would avoid this company unless you have weeks and weeks to wait for them. Two weeks waiting on my appointment, no calls, nothing. Estimator just shows up to my door when he felt like it, left a business card on my door.(Obviously my family is working, you cant just show up any day and time you feel like it without calling). I call and tell them the leak has now proceeded to grow & now my kitchen ceiling is ruined.

This would not have happened if they showed up like they said they would two weeks ago. Now I am going to be out a lot more money because not only do I have to replace the roof, but now my ceiling is ruined as well. Do yourself a favor and find a Respectable & Honest roofing company.
