Critical: Professionalism New roof leaks. It's been two years and they refuse to fix. I see other reviews stating the same thing. Someone need to let the owner of this business know what is going on. The proper repairs would only would take a few hours but the people in charge are incompetent and ignorant! Service: Roof installation

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value These people are so low quality that they only offer a year warranty, exactly one year later & the garage is leaking. Most roofers would give you 10-15 years but not these guys. They refuse to fix it a day past warranty dont use these guys you will regret it. Service: Roof installation

I purchased a new house from DR Horton (another one-star company), and within a year the ceiling in the lanai developed some paint bubbles. I had it repaired, but late last year with the heavy storm it reappeared, and I determined that the roof above it had a leak. Called a local company to repair and they informed me the leak was caused by shoddy workmanship when it was installed new.

It was only this past week I discovered that Ad-ler Roofing did the original install. When I called them and informed them of the issue, their response was that since they did not do the repair, they could not do anything for me. I have talked to numerous homeowners in my community and a number of them have required roof repairs for roofs under 5 years old. Shoddy workmanship in all cases. Here are pictures of the damage after 5 years.

This company installed my roof only four years ago. I already have several leaks and issues. I've tried multiple times to leave a message over the past few months with no call back. This company seems shady, I would not recommend them at all.

I've had a roof done by Adler and it turned out great. No issues and now after one year it still looks new.

2015 had them repair our roof. had them out several times bf they got it right. Was told they don't typically do repairs on my type of roof and that their salesman shouldn't have bid on the job. Now it's leaking again. and the insurance company took a look and said they did more damage than good and bc our leak is due to their poor workmanship our claim will unlikely be paid.

Fast and Efficient at a great price sums it up. After Irma our community in Bonita Springs contracted with AD-LER. We lost many tiles from the storm. They came out today on time and inspected the roof, estimated and completed the fixes within an hour. Thank you and we appreciated your service.

I called the owner to find out what going on and why its taking so long, he didnt explain anything, doesnt even seem to know what his employees are doing, was nothing but rude and hung up on me. I called back and he immediately sent the call to voicemail. This is completely unprofessional customer service behavior and if this is how he treats his clients im honestly surprised he has any business at all. I do not recommend.

They did and excellent job. One call got my leaky roof patched and then repaired two weeks later. Very reasonable on price.
