Sully Jones Roofing just finished a complete roof tear down and installation. Everyone who worked on this project was on top of the schedule and kept us informed each step of the way. Robert did a fantastic job as the main roofer. Kim was our office contact, and was excellent in getting us on the schedule promptly. Alfredo was our project manager, who was communicative and offered us guidance through the project. I highly recommend SJ Roofing to anyone who needs to get their roof repaired!

We had a leak showing up in the ceiling in the bathroom. The drywall ceiling was wet in a 6 spot. We had Sully-Jones come out to discover what exactly where the water was coming from. We thought it might be the roof. After much investigating of the roof itself some other necessary roofing repairs were found and made in various locations. The drywall ceiling had dried and was repaired.

Another rainstorm and the spot is wet again. Called Sully-Jones back and Kyle came to investigate. Checked out the roof and went into the attic and could see there is a pipe over that area. He diagnosed it might be a plumbing leak. We wait to see if the spot dries again. It does not. We then asked Kyle back to open up the spot taking out the drywall, insulation, and water is dripping down, insulation is moldy and taking off the sponge wrapping around the pipe shows a damaged pipe.

Thank you Kyle so much for taking the time to help us discover the actual problem. Obviously not a roofing problem but he stayed and investigated to help us solve the mystery.

This is about their professionalism, more than their work. They're replacing the roof on the small apartment complex where I live. Return from dinner on a Saturday night to find the crew stomping and hammering LOUDLY on the roof at 8 p.m. It seems they finally paid attention to the weather forecast that has been saying all week that there was a chance of rain on Saturday, and they understandably wanted to cover the roof.

What is not understandable is why they did not cover the roof the day before when they left for the day, or even Saturday during the daytime. Moreover, they stomped and hammered for nearly an hour, so I finally went outside and asked when they would be done, considering they were not supposed to be there on the weekend, and they should have done this well before.

Two separate employees proceeded to try to brush me off with, "Soon." That answer was unacceptable at nearly 9 p.m. on a weekend when they were shaking the entire building, so I refused to leave until they finally said, "twenty more minutes." They finally finished and left, much to my relief, along with several other tenants' relief. That is not how you treat people, especially when you're in the wrong.

My association with Sully Jones began a number of years ago. The roofing at our small condo complex was due for replacement and I, as president of the HOA Board, caused our management company to obtain three bids including Sully Jones. When estimated costs and life of the offered warranty were compared, Sully Jones was the winner hands down. Since that initial experience I continue to be favorably impressed with this company's outstanding performance.

A maintenance crew of technicians is, at this writing, completing the annual inspection and maintenance tasks in a truly professional manner. It is a real pleasure to do business with Sully Jones Roofing Co.

I inherited a building that Sully Jones had previously worked on, in which they have done a great job! I called for an annual roof inspection about a year later. The person I spoke to didn't get back with me because they contacted the previous property managers that we're no longer working for me. I found out later that they were trying to get ahold of me after all.

Good thing everything has worked out, Jenny was very nice and professional. She updated her records with all my contact information to schedule the inspection. Also a year later Jenny promptly sent all the information concerning the roof warranty to a new buyer when I sold the property. Sully Jones roofing companies work was excellent and they did everything to make things right. I wish there were more businesses as professional and personable as this company! Therefore I highly recommend them to everyone!

The service I receive from Sully Jones Roofing, over the 25 years I have used them, is impeccable. My experience with them isn't just once every 5 or 20 years, my large portfolio of properties requires attention multiple times annually, to include repairs and complete re-roof. Ed from Sully-Jones came out to do a roof inspection. Ours is an older asphalt shingle roof, and I wanted to make sure things we're good for the upcoming fall/winter season. I was surprised to hear Ed say that while they could do a few repairs, they were simple enough that I could easily do them myself. Ed even walked around with me, showing me where to do the patching, and giving some general tips about the process.

All for nothing. After navigating other contractors in the past, it was a relief to find someone who was looking out for my best interests, rather than just trying to score a job. Luckily, he said my roof is good for another five years or more. I know who I'll be calling when that day comes!

Estimator showed up exactly when they said he would. Super courteous. But here's the kicker - he spotted the leak in our concrete tile roof and fixed it immediately. No need for the expense of a second visit from a separate technician. Added roofing mastic to a spot where extreme wind had forced enough water to ruin a ceiling. Very few companies can compare to these guys

I called Sully-Jones for a commercial roofing quote. I met their estimator, Chris Sawaya at my property and spend a good 45 minutes letting him on to roofs and discussing options. It was a Tuesday and he said he'd have a quote for me by the end of the week. The following Monday I followed up with him. He said he had a lot on his desk, but that he would have the quote to me in 2 more days.

Another week went by and I followed up with him again. He said he was still behind but would have it to me shortly. A few days later, I contacted him and told him to just forget about it. I understand some companies are really busy. some don't need new business and sometimes life just gets in the way. What upsets me is when a company doesn't show any respect for my time.

To make me get permission to enter from my tenants and take a morning off to let you guy onto the roofs of my property. Then to string me along for weeks and never even generate a quote? Very disappointing and a statement of how Sully-Jones views its customers.

I was referred to Sully-Jones by a friend who used their services on a 60+ unit apartment complex. I received three proposals for my apartment reroof project and Ronnie of Sully-Jones gave the best quote. The foreman, Alfredo, and his crew were very professional, responsible, and hard working. The employees and company are good, kind, and honest. I am glad I found Sully-Jones.

We needed a new flat roof and received estimates from several roofing companies. We contacted Sully-Jones Roofing after receiving a referral from a friend whose husband had passed away and who was having financial difficulties. After learning about her situation through her church, Sully-Jones accomplished the needed repairs free of charge. Their estimate for us was done promptly and was significantly lower than their competitors. Ed, Kim, and the workers were outstanding and we are extremely delighted with our new roof and the professional and prompt service we received. To say that we highly recommend them is an under statement!

Sully-Jones was recommended to me by a past customer who has used them to service commercial properties. I wasn't sure they would want to be bothered with a rather minor roof leak in the garage of our home. To my pleasant surprise, they were interested in such a small job. Ronnie Brown, their estimator, visited within 2 days and provided a very competitive and detailed quote.

After accepting their bid, Sully-Jones was able to schedule the repair work the following week and it was completed on schedule and quite efficiently. We appreciate their courtesy, quite reasonable pricing and excellent service. We would definitely use them again and heartily recommend to others!

The best company ever. I needed a 3rd party roof inspection for my townhouse. Ed came out and even though he knew the HOA would have the original builder do the repairs not him. He still was more than willing to climb on top of a 4th floor roof and do an inspection. He was thorough and very professional. From the first phone call to Ed's inspection and report back, this company was a 10!

I cannot recommend them enough. I truly wish they were the ones doing the roof repair and not the original builder. You should not hesitate to use this company, they will exceed your expectations.

We are looking at installing solar so we needed to have our roof inspected and check to see if we need it to be replaced. They were on time and very professional. We had the roof repaired ten years ago and wondered if we needed to replace the tiles. They inspected the roof and told us everything still looks great! No need to replace anything so even though we aren't using them to redo our roof we definitely will recommend them and use them in the future!

Super nice. Came out on short notice. Work unfortunately wasn't appropriate for him but said he would refer us to the right guy for the job.

Sully-Jones Roofing (Ed Noon) and Crew were outstanding. They re-roofed my home and were very key on detail. They also came back after my Solar was installed and let me know of all the things that were incorrectly done. They continued to work with the Solar installation Team to get things right. Ed came out because we had a leak on the side of our house stating from the roof. Ed was professional, punctual, and was extremely helpful. After getting on the roof and assessing the problem, he told me it was not the roof and an issue with the gutter. He was honest and transparent about the problem, and gave me a referral for gutter repair. I highly recommend Sully-Jones roofer and be sure to ask for Ed.

I just had my roof finished with Sully-Jones and they did a wonderful job with my roof in Crown Point. The whole team communicated with me and the gentlemen who completed the roof showed up at 7:15am on the nose every morning, were super polite and knocked the job ahead of schedule. They brought materials over early so I can paint them before the job which made my life a lot easier. Ed the Sales Consultant delivered the material personally and was very helpful walking me through the process. I'd highly recommend this company.

As a Property Manager working in the corporate headquarters of a national company located in downtown San Diego I would like to give Sully-Jones Roofing my highest recommendation. Several years ago I contacted 6 local roofing companies to have the building's roof inspected. Two companies would not return my phone calls, one company said we needed a new roof immediately, another company told me the building roof needed thousands of dollars of repairs, (no pictures of problems), one company wanted to charge me for tearing off a section of roof to look for problems, and then there was the estimate from Sully-Jones Roofing. Pictures, diagrams showing a few minor problems, and a clear estimate detailing the minor repairs that were needed. This company continues to check the building roof year after year. They are ethical, honest and their prices are fair.

Sulley Jones is the best roofing contractor I have ever dealt with and I have been through many roofers. They are reliable and do outstanding work. Chris worked with me on our reroof and gave me the best product for the best price for my commercial building. They finished the job quickly and no change orders! For the first time in 20 years this winter we had no leaks!

I have also began using them for all my repairs. They are quick and get the job done. You can also trust them to do the job right and not cheat you (not like the other roof repairmen around town). I highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

I called Sully-Jones for an estimate on a roof that needed some repairs and was able to get a quick estimate in order to negotiate a credit for my client on the purchase of a home. The estimate was a fair price for the tune up work needed and the estimator was on time, able to explain the issues and work needed and extremely patient with my client. Sully Jones was highly referred to me by a colleague of mine. I was on the board for my HOA in East County and needed a good reputable roofing company to re-roof the entire complex. I called Steve Johnson and he was available, professional and ready for the task. He attended a board meeting with his partner at Sully and presented an excellent proposal to us.

They explained everything and were very thorough to ensure we had a really good understanding of the job and what it entailed. They got the job, and the board has continued to use them for maintenance and service. This is definitely a company that stands behind their word, and produces nothing but excellent work! I had my roof done by Sully-Jones, I had not had this bad of a experience before. Job was done with the cheapest quality material. Their warranty is just a trap. they dont cover any damage due to the leakage which is totally nu-acceptable. My roof was done on 2007 with 15 years of warranty. The sealing started leaking when i called them for the warranty the only offered me a patch repair, which is mostly a temporary until the warranty is expires. I totally DONT recommend this company

The re-roof is completed! It's clean and watertight and Sully-Jones stuck with us to the very end. Thanks you guys!
