Well. The roof is on and it has rained a few times since being installed and so far no leaks but the roofers did break my motion light and told us so (which was good) but then promised they would come back and fix it.well I'm still waiting now months later. The thing is that they answered calls and said yes we'll come by this week and do it and then they did not show up then the next week was the exact same song and dance - saying they'd come but just no show and no call. Basically, if you find something broken then better not hand over the entire check until it's fixed as promised.

We recently purchased a house and knew going into it that the roof needed replacing. I had at lead 8 different roofers bid the job. Extreme Roofing was not quite the cheapest, but what was so appealing was that they spelled out everything in clear letters in the contract. This is ultimately the reason we decided to proceed with them. The fun begins when my insurance company decided that they were going to be dropping me unless I had the roof done ASAP.

Well long story short after many calls and emails with my insurance, DJ & Josh were quick to get the contract updated to satisfy the needs of the insurance. Great job on their parts. As for the roof. 3 days and they had all of our old shingles, and 90% of our fascia boards removed and replaced. They left the grounds SPOTLESS each day before they left.

I mean hey, the yards looked better than when they started the project (I was seriously impressed). I'll update my review if there is any leaking during the next rain, but I don't expect any, and I believe DJ and/or Josh will be quick to respond as they have been nothing but courteous and professional during this entire process. Also, just a huge shoutout to the crew that did work on the house.

Extreme Roofing was probably my 3rd or 4th estimate for my rental property. Josh Lee came out to do the estimate. He was very polite and not pushy at all. He spoke to me as a client, not as a "female" client as other companies did. Josh gave me the option of a new roof or to add another layer of shingles, which no other company gave me. I was at the mercy of my solar company's panel removal timeline, and Extreme Roofing was able to schedule me around that timeline.

The quote and final price were outstanding, this is the perfect blend of service and value. My tenants were very impressed with the politeness of the crew and the cleanup exceeded their expectations. They were so impressed that they said that they would refer Extreme Roofing. Thank you Josh!

Turns out my roof was leaking onto the wood under the shingles and rotting them to the consistency of Styrofoam. Did a call out to about 12 different roofers and got quotes after inspection. This is where Zach and Xtreme roofing come in, I was thinking at first man that name. I was sorta expecting some skater types or a skydiving roof team or the like. Zach shows up bright and early looks at my roof and tells me what every other quote said, its an old roof 2 layer and it really should be replaced.

Thing that's different here is Zach is not hard selling anything, he is quoting me the costs as he as to deal with them and what it will take and what he will use. I did the nod and said ok so what's the total, turns out he officered more than anyone else for less. So move on one week later, Zach call me, (I said yes) and tells me his crew will be there in the AM and a dumpster will be showing up.

This all want to plan, the materials for the Job arrived about an hour later but they had already started the tare off. The crew was always mindful, They asked if I minded if they smoked outside, and they kept the areas clean. There was one guy whose sole job was to grounds keep as they worked. If I cam outside Zach would come down and explain what phase they where on, what material or method they would use and to appraise me of anything that needed replacing.

I was never left to guess what may be happening and I knew exactly what I was getting for my money. I know this seems a bit like gushing over the contract but I have dealt with LOT of contractors and remodelers since I bought this house and in the 40+ odd random people I have come work on my property I never had someone actually care as much as to what I thought in regards to work being done.

In summery use these guys, yeah they are a bit younger (30's) and I held that against them initially until I saw them in the cold and wind and just getting it done. He also hires Vets so +++ on that. Thanks much Xtreme, well done. That name though :P

We have a 50 year-old commercial building that needed roof repair. Most every other roofer basically said we needed to buy a whole new roof. Their logic was (which I understand) is that they'll only warranty their work if the roof is 'their' roof, not their repair of someone else's work. and that's fine. But then I found Josh (the owner of Extreme Roofing), with Josh's years of experience, he was able to analyze the existing roof and the repair needed, and was willing to provide only the (repair) work we needed, instead of boxing us into a corner for a whole new roof.

When Josh's guys were fixing the roof at 7:30 this morning, Josh even emailed me photos of the guys working, showing the areas where the leaks were, being repaired. We're happy with Josh and Extreme Roofing and will use them in the future for our other roof issues.

We had to have our roof replaced They completed the job in 3 days, including removing 3 layers of wood and asphalt shingles, plywood installed over the skip sheathing, weatherproofing, vents, and asphalt shingles. Some wood had to be replaced due to rot and previous leaks. Extreme Roofing was very processional and conscientious. Every day they cleaned up debris and nails and swept up the drive, porches, and walkways.

The crew supervisor kept us appraised of what they were doing and what would happen the next day. The crew was friendly and answered any questions we had. I would use the company again.

I had this company come out and give me an estimate to fix some broken roof tiles, seal roof penetrations, etc. Josh came by on 9/3 and provided the estimate the following day. We wanted to use this company, but have not been able to get anyone to get us on the schedule. I have called and messaged numerous times and no one will get back to us. Time to move on and take our business elsewhere!

We had four bids on our torch down roof project and theirs was competitive, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but since this is the third roof on our home since 1984, I can say this was the best craftsmanship yet. The end product shows the attention to detail as perimeter material to flashing lines are straight and tight, other flashing work around vents, solar tubes, fireplace equally as perfect, and the cleanup was excellent. Based upon the quality of the installation, I believe this will be my best roof yet.

Project manager Josh, and project foreman Gil were excellent to work with and DJ Cox was timely in email responses and paperwork. These guys are appropriately called Extreme Roofing because they do an extremely good job!

Extreme Roofing completed our roof less than 5 years ago. Unfortunately since then we've had 5+ leaks in the roof due to unsealed seams, deteriorating flashing, etc. When asked to come to the house to redo the work they have done some spot repairs that were successful and others that were not. They've cited reasons for which they don't have to do the work (solar on different sections of the roof or a new owner - me).

Unfortunately they did not fix the two sections that still remain because they are busy with other paying jobs during the rainy season. I have to find an emergency contractor before it rains again. While I appreciate that Extreme has helped on a few sections when they technically legally don't have to, and I believe they are nice guys that want to help, they have not fixed all of the leak areas which they roofed in a sustainable way. I'm stuck with a leaky and pooling newish flat roof and, as a result, have had to pay $30k+ water damage and are now in an emergency situation with roofers that are all hired for the month of January.

Our options are 1) hire someone to spot the roof, resulting in a patchwork of roofers sharing responsibility for the roof or 2) hire someone to completely redo Extreme's work for $50k+. Unfortunate situation for all.

Everyone was nice, professional and worked very hard. They were on time and finished in a day and half as quoted. Roof looks great! No more leaks!

Extreme did our roof when we installed solar, and the initial experience was great. After less than four years, the roof needed some repairs (cracked sub-roof boards, facings deteriorating). After leaving REPEATED phone calls every other day for 2-3 weeks, I finally got the courtesy of a return call. They agreed to come out to take a look at it on an afternoon that wasn't really convenient, but we needed this fixed so I rearranged to accommodate this. They never showed up, or even called. My subsequent phone calls have also gone unreturned. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Extreme Roofing just made it look easy. 7 am Monday morning there was a truck out front ready to strip the roof. I kinda was like well here we go. I had put this off as long as I could and it was about to happen. I left to go to work but I swung by at 10:15 and the roof was completely stripped. No trash was left behind supper good clean up. The lead man was pulling up as I was leaving so we talked a few things out. Gill and Chris where on point so I knew I was good to go. Wednesday at 11 am it was done. Thats how its done and its perfect. Thanks!

A friend of mine received extreme roofing as a referral from a friend of theirs. My friend called them twice and never received a call back. I also need a new roof and I had sent two or three request for an estimate. They never have responded. That is two new roofs they potentially missed by not getting back to potential customers. I hate to see how they respond if you've already paid them and had a problem.

Extreme Roofing has been my go-to roofing contractor for years! As a Real Estate Agent, I often need a roofing contractor to refer to my clients. Being able to feel confident in who I refer to people I care about is very important to me. They have not only taken great care of my clients but have also done excellent work on my home when we replaced our roof several years ago. Fair prices and great service. I absolutely love this company! DJ and his team are excellent! The ladies in the office Kristy and Brooke are amazing! I have a 3,000SF roof that has never looked better! They did a Spanish style tile that looks way better than we planed for. Their crew was so respectful and clean. I negotiated with Extreme Roof to replace my roof in the beginning of December. After delays it was pushed into the third week of January. After they completed the work I noticed my gutters on the front of my house were missing. I had called Extreme Roofing and asked them to fix this issue. The lady informed me they would have somebody come by and take a look at it.

Nobody ever came and I never received any response. I have called multiple times since and nobody answers. I now have a house with down spouts on both sides that end in the middle of my wall and connect to nothing. Honest reliable contractors would of not allowed this to happen and if it was a mistake they would of corrected the issue. I highly recommend you avoid this company.

We had Extreme Roofing come out and re do our shingle tile roof and install a Mexican style tile roof. Not only where there prices very good but the quality was even better. The job turned out way better than expected and i was very impressed. They also referred me over to a rain gutter company to help out as well and that referral was greatly appreciated.

Owner followed up via email over a month after my messages. He stated he emailed me after seeing my review. He stated that he notified Christian Bros restoration that he was unable to work on the metal roofing material I had. He requested I update my rating as it would have a negative effect on his business. Ultimately he failed to contact me after multiple messages on his business & cell #.

The only time I received contact was after he was worried my review would negatively effect his business. I'm sure he is a good guy but purposely failed to communicate as promised. That is a 2 star rating to me.
