Honest and attentive foremen run our crews, many of whom have been with our company in excess of 20 years. Valley Demo & Raingutter offers many services, including, but not limited to, the removal of shakes, composition, built-up, tile, plywood, and skip-sheeting.
After many years in the roofing industry, we became aware of the difficulty in finding a prompt and reliable gutter company. In response to this great need, we started Valley Gutter Company now operating under Valley Contractor Services Inc., DBA Valley Demo & Raingutter. In the years following we have gained a loyal client base, providing first class sales and installation of raingutters for Sacramento, CA. Valley Demo & Raingutter has highly experienced installers with an emphasis on quality and promptness.
Over the years Valley Contractor Services, Inc. has gained many loyal customers due to our prompt and conscientious performance. Our crews are able to perform jobs from very small to very large. Our demolition services include, but are not limited to, removal of sheet rock, studs, trusses and rafters, floors, fixtures, concrete and whole house demolitions.

This company is a Joke! From the very start the quality of their work was very poor and very substandard. The manager (if he really is) from the very start was threatening and was angry when we pointed out all of their flaws. The rain gutter was put on a commercial building my wife and I own. Many dents, leaks and just a very poor job. In fact in all my years I have never witnessed such a poor job. Feel free to see for yourself 2705 5th St. Sacramento California.

Truly bizarre, I tell you, truly bizarre. I had the hardest time finding a reputable gutter installation company when I had an easier time finding contractors for much more expensive and bigger projects. In any case, after getting bids for almost 10 gutter companies (many of whom are roofing companies' side gigs or subs of roofers BC they can't just do gutters for a living), I thought I finally found a good and reputable one with fair prices with Valley.
Apparently not so. After getting a quote and as I was about to sign the contract and email it back, I get this message left on my phone from the manager that they are backing out of the job. I had ask a couple of questions that were reasonable, but that alone was enough to cause them to back out of a job that was about $2200. In retrospect I'm glad they did back out of it BC he didn't seem trustworthy and probably wouldn't have done a good job.
My job was a simple installation of white 7 fascia gutters, no removal required and yet this is the customer (dis)service I received. He said something about he didn't think his company could please me just based on the couple of questions I asked which were standard questions if you aren't in this industry. Afterwards, I successfully contacted and contracted with a different gutter company and they installed those same exact gutters for about the same price (like $100 or more so) and I wasn't even there (a family member was there in my stead) and there was no drama, no muss no fuss.
That goes to show that Valley probably has something to hide in their workmanship and/or are just dishonest people who don't want to be transparent in their goods and services.

This company is terrible. Save yourself the aggravation. Their owner called me the morning of the job at 530 AM to discuss details. Number one who does that? We had communicated on this job two or three times leading up to the date work was to commence, there was no reason for even more calls especially at 530 AM. He then called back at 630 AM and wanted to shake me down for more money because of the travel associated with project.
When I asked him why he choose to wait until the day the work was to begin to clarify that detail he hung up on me and said he wasn't going to do my job. Needless to say I was beyond disbelief at his crackhead approach to the issue. Whats crazy is I had no problem discussing his concerns for travel I was just amazed that he wanted to discuss at the crack of dawn.
These guys are truly unprofessional. If you value your reputation and your customers don't align your self with the bottom of the barrel contractor. I promise you will regret it!
