A inspection of the house can show whether or not your insulation level is too low or should be upgraded. Typical Insulation levels of homes built in the 80's and 90's runs round R19 or 7.5 inches of insulation. Typical levels of homes built circa 2009 runs around R30 or (11.5) of insulation. Some city codes require the house to be upgraded when a re-roof permit is pulled and one of the requirements at times is upgrading the insulation level to R30 or R38 (14.5).If you have a measuring tape and you know how to properly and safely walk in your attic then go into the attic and measure how deep your insulation level is.

A few winters ago we had quite a rainstorm and the next morning I found the ceiling in the kitchen had two wet spots from a roof leak that developed. We called a few roofing places and Brazil Quality Roofing had the fastest response and good reviews, so we booked them George came out and took a look, he showed me what was happening and how to diagnose the problem.
He put the fix in place and everyone was happy. Fast forward to the latest storms early 2019. The same spots in the kitchen were wet after a storm. We called Brazil, thinking this is a warranty issue. They sent George out the next day. After looking about, he found a leak in a different spot that flowed under the tile down the same valley of the last leak.
He was there for about 10 minutes bending the flashing into the shape the initial installer should have done. I figured, new leak, new fix, its not a warranty call. So, I asked how much I owed him and he said "Don't worry about it!". So, thanks to George and Brazil Quality Roofing for being responsive and coming out to make things right.

Most people do not pay compliments with the frequency they deserve. That's why I wanted to take the time to compliment the entire team that roofed our home. Beginning with Mike Brazil, our salesman, who is one of the most impressive and knowledgeable young men we've ever met. We had already decided on another company until Mike came to us. He was able to answer any questions promptly and professionally. We were convinced that he was the person and Brazil was the company we wanted to do business with.

Matt Hatala was the foreman coordinating our project and the owner, Mike, assured us that he would do an excellent job for us. Without a doubt, Matt did everything he could for us and went the extra mile for the project. We commend Matt for his great customer service, the pride he has in his work, and attending to every detail. He made the end result something to be admired. Brazil Roofing is lucky to have Matt as part of their team.

What a great experience. After having a frustrating time with a few other roofing companies, I contacted Mike at Brazil Quality Roofing and I'm glad I did. His team did a great job and I'm really happy with how my new roof came out. His team treated my house as if it was their own. The whole process was fast and efficient. If my friends or family needed a new roof, I would highly reccomend them.
