Roof Right

Randy was our Salesman. He was very knowledgeable of the products and worked with us to stay within our budget. Randy and the company were flexible as we worked through our decision. I will definitely use Roof Right again and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Our install team was Steve and Gabe. The did an awesome job and worked tirelessly throughout the process.

They were on time and stayed all day. They were organized and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job went very smoothly and the final product is beautiful. We could not be happier.

So right out of the gate I will say the service was nothing short of fantastic. I work in sales and understand that customer service and responsiveness is important. Everyone of my calls and text had been answered quickly and with professionalism. The interesting thing was I had been in touch with a few companies and Roof right I contacted the same day seeing them at someone else's house. Randy our estimator was friendly and knowledgeable as he spent time to explain the process. He gave us a bottom line estimate that fit our needs without any pressure to sell us any unneeded services. He also followed up prior, during, and after the project was completed making sure we were happy. Rick, the project manager, made sure the project was done to our satisfaction.

Our puppy Gracie fell in love with both of them. The actual roofing crew came on time and finished the job even in the cold weather. We highly recommend Roof Right to anyone looking for home services. The price was right too.

From the very beginning Roof Right walked us through the process of getting a new roof which made our decisions for the project very easy. From the inspection to the install Roof Right did an excellent job removing and installing our new roof, which was completed in one day. The roofing mechanics were very professional, polite and excellent at their craft.

We got over 12 bids on replacing our roof. We decided to go with Roof Right not because they were the cheapest, they were not, but because they were extremely reasonably priced, pointed out things we needed to get done in the initial review others 'missed', have extremely friendly staff, and an excellent hard working crew that completed the job efficiently and on time! We would go with Roof Right again, we also value supporting local companies, and this is a good one to support, thank you Roof Right!

We have used Roof Right multiple times and always had a great experience. Randy came out to inspect some leaks we were having in the house and offered some incite as to why the leaks were happening as well as short term and long term solutions. Cesar was out the same week to repair what Randy and I had discussed. Cesar was professional and fast. He showed us before and after pictures of his work and made sure we understood what he had done. We haven't had any leaks since. Highly recommend Roof Right.

I could not be more delighted with my entire experience with Roof Right. Service was top notch, Salesman Michael Daddario was careful, detailed, accurate, kind and available all throughout project. BTW, the price was excellent too! The team led by Jose Vargas and Colton Mott were always available and most helpful. Lionel and Martin led the actual installation crew up on the roof; and their work was meticulous.

They left everything cleaner than when they arrived. I felt that the quality of work they were doing was as if they were working on their own homes. There is so much to consider in a full roof replacement and Roof Right delivered it all in a Five Star manner.

Minor water intrusion detected in a main floor room. Roof Right had installed our new roof in 2008, so I called RR to get the situation assessed. RR was very responsive showing up to inspect roof in a timely manner. The roofing itself is still in good shape however flashing caulk around the chimney was felt to be a possible source of the intrusion. RR offered to re-caulk the chimney flashing.

Due to current ground/weather conditions around the mid-January inspection, the service was delayed until early February, but RR called me when a day of satisfactory weather arrived. They were good at scheduling to make it convenient for me. Michael Dever performed the inspection as well as the caulking service; very professional attitude and friendly demeanor.

Quality work was done at no charge. Attention to safety was clear in the physical work performed and also appreciated in terms of mask wearing while in our home doing the inspection/assessment during a spike in pandemic concerns. We've yet to experience heavy rains since the re-caulking but no issues resurfaced during some recent rain/sleet. Hopefully re-caulking was indeed the right solution.

I am very satisfied with the work performed and especially impressed by the commitment of RR to their work and us as customers many years after the installation of our new roof. This is highly commendable and I will not hesitate to call them in again whenever needed. Obviously I will recommend them to any friends/family who I learn may be in need of roofing services.

Roof Right has completed two jobs at my home in 2021 and we have a third job coming soon. They are a quality company in all areas. Scheduling my initial consultation appointment was easy. Michael Daddario arrived promptly and offered great insight as to what my options for windows would be. He was clearly more honest than other salesmen who had visited from other companies.

He also took the time to use demo windows so that I could see how they worked. He was upbeat, easy going and respectful at all times. The person who scheduled the actual work is Derick Baker. He also responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. For our first job which was replacing about 17 windows, Roof Right used outside contractors to do the work.

Those guys were also great. For our second job, a door installation, Roof Right used in-house guys. The quality of their work and professionalism was on par with everyone else I've encountered at roof right. Jason, the guy who actually measures to make sure the doors and windows will have the right fit, was solid as well. He noted that our door replacement would actually require a custom-made size.

Roof Right made me aware that the custom fitting would be more expensive yet they worked to keep the price as low as possible. When it's time to replace my roof or do any other service that's offered, Roof Right will always be my first call.

We didn't know what we were getting into when we bought our incredible '56 Midcentury home. Lots of moving parts to many projects and finding the right support & services along the way has been paramount. We needed a team of trusted contractors that we could called on a dime & trust the service was impeccable. The other concern was our home is in an upscale area and we don't have deep pockets like it may appear.

We are aware contractors will try to charge more because of where our house is and not being honest with pricing. This has not been the case with Roof Right. As a seasoned consumer, you know when you experience outstanding service with a company. I'm not sure why other then lack of my own experience, I wasn't thinking there would be much difference between one roofing company and another.

I was wrong! Roof Right Hampstead, was the previous owners roofer. So when we needed some slates replaced & a copper gutter reinforced, we called Roof Right & two other recommendations for an estimate. Roof Right had a fair estimate. Wasn't the lowest but thought we'd give them a shot since they knew the house and were incredibly professional from the get-go.

From start to finish, the office kept us up to date along the way. Odi Sarabia is a roofing specialist at Roof Right. We love Odi! He came to give us our first estimate. Odi knows every inch of our massive slate roof because he'd overseen it for over 10yrs with the previous owners. His recall & memory are amazing. And Odi is so patient and pleasant at times when I've been scattered & not following through on my end with emails: Roof Right has been a part of our kitchen remodel. Taking down an indestructible chimney, putting in skylights, rain chains & more slate replacement.our 150+ giant oak tree is relentless with her acorns, Right Roof has come through.

There was a moment within our kitchen design where we were considering extending the kitchen by 10'. Although we had great experience with Roof Right, we wanted 3 estimates for this expansion. One of the roofing companies said we would need to replace our entire 3,000'+ slate roof. Which wasn't the case. That particular roofer was trying to rip us off.

Even though we ended up not doing the extension, Roof Right made the best offer all around. And Odi took time to go over exactly what would be done on the project with our project manager. I would absolutely recommend Roof Right Hampstead to my friends, family, neighbors & you! I'm so glad they are a part of our team as caretakers of this incredible house. No doubt Roof Right Hampstead is exactly what everyone needs in their roofing experience.

We've had Roof Right to our home for two separate repairs, and I was very happy with the quality of work they did. So when it was time for a whole new roof, they were the only company we called. We might have paid a smidge more that our neighbors, but the quality of the workmanship, the attention to detail--including the cleanup, and the excellent customer service from the estimate to the communication throughout the project was top-notch.

Our roof has a lot of peaks and valleys, and it took the crew a very full day to get the job completed, but they came back the following day to ensure our yard and gardens were cleaned thoroughly. And after the job, the service continued with their warranty service. A small elbow off an upper rain gutter had come loose, and they were there promptly to replace it. Also, as the roof is a difficult place for most homeowners to inspect, Roof Right provided us with about four dozen photos from many angles all over the roof.

This was great peace of mind for me. I really can't say enough about this outstanding company, and I'm SO glad we went with Roof Right for this very important maintenance on our home.

The salesman was initially great and convinced us he was knowledgeable. However, what he said to me was different than what he ordered the workers to complete. The work was done quick and sloppy. He also contracted out part of the work to a different company without telling us. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Had used them before to repair a roof leak. Called for estimate on flashing/ repair around a door install. Was emailed that they don't want the job because it may still leak. Doesn't tell me they are confident in their abilities. Maybe just not big enough job? If not, why not say it? Next year, when we have a deck built, windows replaced, and gutters replaced, guess who will NOT be invited to give an estimate!

Call a number of roofing companies, just look and said the estimated amount. call Roof Right, Michael came inside, did a walkthrough of the attic. explain the process.once I agree to have the work done. The workers showed up On Time, very professional, project manger and job supervisor introduced themselves, check to make sure everything was ok. The job was done in 1 day, (Wednesday) Friday the Gutter work was done. My roof and gutters look awesome, very happy! Thank you!

Highly recommend. We had a roof done several years ago and we were completely satisfied so we decided to try them again with two more big projects. We started with a meeting and an estimate with Mike for new windows and siding. Mike was upfront and knowledgeable, more like a friend than a sales guy. We were pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers. We had a couple minor issues which were addressed to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely use them again on our next project.

Outstanding. We highly recommend Roof Right. We ordered architectural shingles. and they look beautiful. They arrived on-time, protected our shrubbery, finished both our house and garage in one day, and cleaned everything, including nails. We couldn't be happier!

Roof Right and Michael Daddario have given us an excellent experience in roof replacement and navigating a hail damage insurance claim. I used Roof Right for this claim over the first roofer in our neighborhood because last year while dealing with my previous insurance company on a tiny claim Michael spent hours working through their red tape and disfunction.

We received architectural tiles I came home half way through the install to find the house tarped off to protect plants and deck and came back later to a finished job totally cleaned up. Very happy with the experience.

Roof right replaced my roof and I think they did a good job but their material estimates were way off. I then asked for a quote to replace my siding and received an estimate almost double of my next highest bid. When I asked them if they had made an error I received no response and after 5 days told them I was no longer considering them.

I highly recommend Roof Right - they replaced my roof about 4 years ago. Jason came out to estimate the job. He was professional and the work the crew did was excellent at a reasonable cost (based on the bids I got). We had some windy weather a few weeks ago and I lost a couple of pieces of fascia at the highest peak resulting in the soffit flapping in the wind. (This trim is original to my 25 year old house and had nothing to do with the roof.) I called Roof Right to see if they worked on trim, and Jason came out.

He saw that the trim pieces that came off weren't damaged, and decided it would be easier to just get his ladder off the truck and nail them up for me. His rationale was it was quicker to just take care of it than writing up a work order. Roof Right is a first class operation and I can't recommend them more highly as an honest and reputable company. and Jason's an All Star.

The work done was excellent. So far everything is as stated in the contract. The workers were very polite and definitely cleaned up once they were finished. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me up when I slipped and fell on my sidewalk. Imagine my surprise when I was looking up at the sky. Anyway they would have gotten a five star rating. But I wasn't notified about the day and time they were coming out.

I didn't know about it until 3 days before the actual job. I will recommend your Company to future customers. So instead of 5 I'm rating you at 4.5. I'm still happy.

Almost $500 to reseal 2 vent pipes and $75 for a roof inspection. They came out and sealed the pipes and 5 minutes later they were done and leaving my house. No roof inspection and absolutely no interaction at all. Not pleased at all.

If a company was rated on how inept they are and how badly they treat customers, Roof Right gets an A+. I contacted them about three months ago because my roof was leaking. A very nice salesman came out. But since then, it was all down hill. They asked me to sign a contract that required half payment at signing and half on completion of work. When I signed it and called to make payment, they said it was all due, before any work had been done.

When I said I wouldn't do that and would pay according to the terms of the agreement they wrote and signed, they went off the rails. One employee said they were cancelling the job and wouldn't get in a pissing contest with me. The front office lady sent me a nasty email. They never, ever apologized. They did tarp the roof, eventually. It still leaks.

It took well over a month for them to get my insurance company a detailed estimate, something they should have sent initially. Every time I emailed to inquire about the status of delivering that estimate, they treated me like I was inconveniencing them. The scope of the work they proposed was significantly more than what my insurance company would authorize but they said they would still consider it if Roof Right provided them some additional information.

They never provided it to my insurance co. I don't recall being treated like less than a customer until I engaged Roof Right. So they have that going for them. Their complete lack of consideration for the customer and for working with my insurance company was staggering. So, beware. They will try to get out of honoring the contract they have you sign and they will be completely unresponsive to your inquiries.

I don't even care that their estimate was sky high. But if you're charging those prices, and even if you aren't, a customer should expect for a vendor to honor their contract, the work will solve the problem and that they will be responded to in a timely manner. Roof Right fails on all counts.

The salesman came out to give me an estimate for a new roof. He was 20 minutes late for the appointment. I had another company coming to do an estimate an hour later. The salesman never sent me an estimate and when I called to inquire about that I was told he like that I had another company coming to give me an estimate and that he didn't think I was serious about getting a new roof. I have since hired another company and they are doing not only my roof but my neighbors. VERY poor customer service.

Hired roof right after a tree fell on my house in March. Roof right was the only company that was responsive to my need to come out the same day to do emergency tarping. They were quick and responsive. When it came time to get the roof and siding fixed we chose roof right and was very glad we did. They are very professional. Thanks roof right.

Bad experience, especially with Customer Service. Damaged my property and took several calls and e-mails to fix it. Would not recommend to anyone.

I couldn't be more pleased! After a horrible experience with a gutter company that came out to clean my gutters, told me I needed a new roof right now or the sky was going to fall in, and then proceeded to give me a hard time when I Told them I would be getting a second opinion because this is a HUGE investment, I cannot even begin to explain how please I am with Roof Right.

The specialist called the morning of the appointment to let me know he was on his way, and then called to let me know he was stuck in traffic and he was going to be about 15 minutes late. That was extremely professional on his part. When he got here, he was courteous and had a great personality that made me feel completely at ease. He did a thorough inspection of the attic and roof, provided detailed explanations, drawings, pictures, and options.

He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While I can probably sneak another year out of my roof due to a few minor things he fixed with some new gaskets, I will definitely be calling Roof Right when the time comes to replace the roof and skylight. I will also be referring them to my friends in the area that might need some work done.

Bottom line is I asked for a quote. They were very professional, and helpful when they came out to inspect the slate roof and work the quote. However out of the 3 estimates they were over 3x as expensive as both other contractors for pretty much same job. Not saying they do not good work, b/c I did not hire them. Just make sure before you go with this company, you get several other estimates. They quoted at around $2,600 and the winner quoted me at about $900.
