I can't say enough about Brother's Services Company. I had Brother's refresh two bathroom's in my house and wouldn't trust any other company. Their service is outstanding throughout the entire process and it was a wonderful experience on every level. From Erin Fischer, my bathroom consultant to Ricky, the Field Quality Manager to Josh the Lead Carpenter to Tony, it was truly an enjoyable experience.

Everyone was extremely efficient, courteous and respectful of me and my home. Erin did a superior job, truly cared about what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything to make the right decisions about my upgrades. She was upbeat and friendly and took her time in answering my questions and showing me the different choices, she never made me feel rushed. Ricky oversaw both bathrooms, and Josh and Tony did outstanding jobs on my bathrooms, Tony joined the team for the 2nd bathroom refresh and I feel the same about him; all three are top-notch professionals, considerate, and never made me feel like any of my questions were unrealistic. Josh went over the schedule with me at the beginning and at the end of each day, they made certain to make sure the work was done on time, cleaned up at the end of each day.

I trust them 100% in my house since I couldn't be home. They made me feel comfortable asking questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering or burdening them. From the quality of the materials, to their high level of service, I highly recommend Brother's Services and I won't hesitate to use them again for all my future needs!

Erin and aggue were extremely helpful and kind. They really listened to my ideas and suggested great finishes.

Called them for an estimate to do siding, their price was triple another company. Then they come out with a deal, sign today and we will give you a 25% discount. Still made them twice as expensive. I said to their representative, if you did not want the job why not tell me up front. Take my advice and just stay away.

I would not recommend this company at all. they say there is a $250.00 minimum charge no matter what they do. they came to my home and placed a $3 light box for a total of 20 minutes of time. They left the sawdust on our sink and took off. I would recommend steering clear

We needed a roof replacement and had one of their salesman come out and "check our attic" just to let us know we needed a new roof. This was a salesman- not even a roofer. He came back a few days later with a binder so he could go over our options with us, and spent 45 minutes talking about and showing us Brothers' awards from 2011-2017. We were then quoted $35,000 for the roof, but were told we could save $2000 by "signing now".

It felt like a sleazy car salesman experience. We decided to get other quotes and both companies came in at $21,000-$22,000 for the same quality shingles and service. We went back to Brothers to see if they would negotiate since we had already gone through financing with them, and were told "no, good luck". Complete scam. If you enjoy sitting and listening to a salesman talk about how many awards Brothers won in 2012, then this is the company to use. I've spoken to a few friends who DID use them and said it was an absolute disaster. We are located north of Baltimore, Maryland.

I'll start by saying this was my third experience getting my garage roof done. There were other good possibilities, but I finally picked a large company with a good track record because my first two experiences were so awful I needed all the standard things one should have in any job like a well explained and written contract, someone who answers the phone and has answers, someone who schedules and is in touch with the project foreperson and polite service from workers including reasonable arrival times and communication.

At this time I am still waiting for the foreperson to return because ai have a couple of concerns. Generally, from the ground the job looks a lot better than the last company. The removed slates are replaced and I will look to make sure drainage off the sloped flat roof is good. There were two workers: one really skilled and the other a better communicator and who knew the company culture.

The price is steep, but they had to undo most of what had been done to remove a torch down roof with a rubber roof and a previous roofer who drove nails through the wood as a conduit for rain (humor). There is a new metal front piece just above the garage door and Brothers puts framing pieces around the edges of the roof to keep water out. They also got me a new downspout to fit properly into the roof opening. If this site allows I'll add the final report after I speak to the foreperson. He returned for the final walkthrough. All is good.

This company is calling me literally every other day leaving voicemails soliciting my money for a home repair. I've blocked 5 numbers and they're still calling! Stop calling me! I've never used your service and never will. I received one overpriced quote from you and now you're trying to pressure me into using your company. Totally unprofessional. If your work was that great, you wouldn't need to harass people to use your company. Terrible business model.

Have called Brother's Roofing more than three times in the past two weeks to request a roofing repair appointment. No one at Brother's seems to have the time to set up an appointment for the job. I represent a group of Pikesville condominiums and would hope that the company would be interested in working with an organization that represents a group of more than 50 units. Brother's was recommended by one of the unit owners and we are very disappointed in the quality of the office staff in scheduling repair appointments.

Do not go with this company. as someone who worked for them. forget the awards. they take advantage of people and they are only out for their good. cheap products cheap services for top dollar. your best bet it too move on with a different company

My wife and I called 4 other home improvement company's before we called brothers. The "gentleman" I spoke with made it seem I was wasting his time with our project. He gave me a ridiculous quote of $70,000 for a 14x16 bedroom addition. He gave me this outrageous quote by looking at my house from a satellite view and not having anyone come to my home.

The other 4 company's we got quotes from were all under $40,000. So unless you want to get ripped off by this company than go right ahead a hire them. Oh and don't fall for the commercials you see on TV. There are much, MUCH better company's than this joke of a one. Also they keep deleting my google review!

After having a great consultation, I was left in the dark no contact even after reaching out to them, but once I received a call From Grant I was told I had problem with my contract so I reached out to the individual that I had a consultation with, Once the appointment was set the crew arrived and didn't show up with all my material the project manager was great and called Grant and told him the order was all screwed up the didn't have the ply wood I paid for in advance and didn't include the smart vent system I just paid additional $700, So the project manager said itwas going to be zero out the smart vent for me to have it free and I said well great but I also need the money back I paid for the plywood not received another $200 after that conversation I was told to talk to grant and he said he will refund only the wood money and the project manager miss spoken and that my order was done wrong so I confirmed again with project manager and he stated I was suppose to get that money back, so afterwards, I was suppose to get gutters installed, Grant never told me it was going to be done on different day so wasted time off work for whole day, then project manager checked the schedule and said I wasn't even on schedule, afterward I was told Grant will call which he never did so I had to call several time then I called his manager never received a call back then called back another time and his manager put me on the schedule just for grant to call and cancel the appointment on the day of appointment after sending him a message.

Once my gutters where put on I can home to see all the downspouts was done at different heights so I sent pictures to Grant and he stated he didn't see a problem, and sent the old project manager out that noticed right away it was done wrong

I wish I didn't have to give any stars.my experience with this company was very disappointing. We scheduled an appointment for a consultation to do a full master bathroom remodel, had the appointment for almost 2 weeks, both of us left work early to make the latest appointment offered only to get a rude call canceling the appointment an hour before.

We were told they don't do homes like ours. We have a modular home, rancher, built on a block foundation, studs & drywall, ect. The woman told me it would cost too much due to the type of home we have. Ridiculous! She could not explain why & didn't have anyone available to explain why. I will never spend a dime of my money with this company. I felt very disrespected and that we wasted our time.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Called to get a estimate on a door. Did the zoom on phone for measurements. Was told they would call the next day. Never heard a word. Just a update. Still no phone call after 10 days.

Is zero stars an option? I hired them to do a repointing of my chimney. Months later it was scheduled but with the caveat that the estimator got the square footage wrong and it would cost more. Then when they arrived to do the job, I was told that the whole chimney had to be knocked down and rebuilt. You think that the estimator would've been able to notice that?

Or did they purpose wait so it would get that bad? Or is it that bad? It's hard to tell when the job changes so dramatically and it's not like they uncovered problems as the work unfolded. Now trying to get my deposit back for the repointing that has morphed into a rebuilding of my entire chimney and looking for a company that is up front and honest. If you find one, help a girl out. Save your time and skip these guys!

Well if you want them to show up weeks late, get undressed and wander around in your yard talking all day. These are your guys. Loud, slow as hell, and very unprofessional. One guy even dropped his pants to relieve himself in the backyard! I've never seen a deck take this long to be built. maybe by next summer.

Review not in error. Timeframe is not relevant, same company, happy to provide copies of the quotes. As I originally stated - the quotes were high, follow up was poor, took my business elsewhere. Also, Brothers Services can thank Google for reminding me repeatedly to provide a review. Had I not been solicited by the Google AI as much I may have not posted this. Had the quotes not been high and/or a more thoughtful follow-up I could have provided 3, perhaps even 4 stars.

I think companies sometimes forget that even if they do not do the work the attention and presentation to a potential Customer means a lot - to assume - or imply - a Customer will forget such an encounter is silly, unprofessional, and should be called out. People do not forget when they are trying to fix their home and keep a roof over their family, literally. Shame on Brothers for questioning my review, reducing my rating to 1 star - Have a nice day.

My husband called Brothers Timonium office back at the beginning of May. We wanted a estimated for getting our whole house remodeled. The customer service rep took our info and said we would be contacted within 48 hrs by a manager. Never received a call back, until 2 weeks later from another customer service rep, basically telling us the same thing.

No call back again. I called their this morning to speak to a manager. I had to leave a msg. but still no call back. Bad sign already. If you can't even call someone back seems pretty unreliable. I don't think i would want to fiance a significant amount of money with your company.

Called Brothers to come out for a roof replacement. The gentleman showed up on time looked at job said he would get back to me the next day. I called them because they were offering 30% off. The next day he called to meet me. He gave me a price of 36,000.00 for a 39 square foot replacement and with the 30% off was still almost 25,000.00 I told him he was crazy and they are ripping people off he told me the 30% was to get people to call I told him his company should be ashamed of themselves, buy the way other quotes were 14,000.00 to 16,000.00 please stay clear of this company

Horrible customer service. We wanted to reschedule our appointment and they wouldn't allow us to. Then 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment they called and canceled. Very rude and unprofessional! They will not have our business and we will make sure we spread the word. This is not how you run a business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Excellent service all the way through to the install very professional, even made sure afterwards we were completely satisfied. Excellent finished! I know there are a lot of companies out there but you get what you pay for especially materials! We can't wait to hire them for our kitchen remake!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Called them a few months ago for a gutter replacement quote. No call/no show on a day I took off from work. I tried to give them a second chance for a partial roof replacement. Different estimator assigned but again - no call/no show until AFTER his 4 hour window appointment. We called to convey what happened again and NO REMORSE.

No apology, no attempt to gain my business. Owning 3 properties and managing 5, I will never call them again and I warn everyone - STAY FAR AWAY. Don't waste your time. All they want to do is waste yours.

We got an estimate from them and they were the most expensive by far. They wouldn't Email us the estimate like all the other companies we contacted. Instead they met with us and tried to make us buy today with high pressure sales tactics. C'mon, why is your price only good today and so much more expensive tomorrow? We didn't appreciate it, and went with a different roofer.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I called them out to repair a leaky skylight, which they did, with a one year warranty. After eight months it leaked. I called them out and they told me I needed an entirely new skylight at some exorbitant price. So what about my warranty? If your patch job failed and I need a new skylight you should apply that towards the skylight replacement, right? Ha ha ha not a chance.

They came out, Did another patch job, which leaked. I wound up going with another company who charged me for far far far less! And then they had the nerve to call me a couple days later to ask how satisfied I was with their botch job! And the Hussey argued with me when I told her I was dissatisfied! Avoid this company like they were anthrax.

Where do I begin! Well, I am currently in an argument (negotiation)with them over deficient work, so I should probably reserve judgment, but it is not going well! I paid Brothers nearly $6,000 to reconstruct the roof on our Portico and repaint the Portico. The first issue was a disagreement over the areas to be painted. After walking through the project with the salesperson and signing a contract, Brothers later began claiming that the contract did not cover all areas to be painted. In the end, I accepted the job and paid to have less work done than I anticipated.

The bigger issue is the fact that the roof was reconstructed improperly. It took several months before I realized, but water is not correctly directed off the roof. It now cascades over all of the decorative painted wooden elements on the portico. Not only does this cause our guests to walk through a waterfall when entering our house during a rainstorm, but our nice white Portico is now stained from where the water runs down its front side, and there are early signs of rotting on the fascia. Brothers offered to come out and fix the issue 2 months ago, but when it came time to schedule an appointment they became non-responsive. Two months later, I am now writing this negative review on the internet and still have no response AT ALL from them. Buyer beware.

My wife and I were referred to "Brothers" by my wifes brother and knowing how pickey he is we made an appt. We needed a complete overhall of our 1955' metal cabinet kitchen and they were ready to tackle the job. The whole experience was very professional yet personal. We 1st met with Bob Poist -the sales rep, he was very knowledgeable and really likable. Bob had us meet at the showroom to go over our options with him and Jaclynne (an interior designer)they really made us comfortable and it made for a fun experience.

After agreeing on a date the crew showed up for a 10 day stay. The project mgr. "JJ" took his job very serious and his main goal was our complete satisfaction with the finished product. The team of craftsmen led by Jason and Trevor were spot on when it came to quality, you could tell they took pride in their job and were 100% trustwothy in our home while we worked. We were blown away with the finished kitchen. An awesome company that worked a miracle in our worn out kitchen. Thanks Brothers

Called to request a quote on a small 5x7 bathroom. Was told that their price starts at $18,000 for a bathroom that size. Just wanted to let everyone know they are priced very high before taking time to contact them.

I hear their ads on Christian radio and a hard-sell, high-pressure encounter was the last thing I expected. All I wanted was a roof repair estimate for one of my properties and the salesman was intent on not providing anything. Ridiculous. I even asked my property manager to use them based on what I thought would be a company with good service. Sorry, Brothers, you're not in my family of contractors for any of the homes I own in Maryland.

Today began the Roofing Services of Brothers Roofing Co. They started early like 15 minutes before 7am and have been hard at work every since then not even breaking a sweat. The beginning introduction was one that was very thorough explaining every detail of the process with cost included. My house is the center of attention today:) I wish I had pictures but am trapped in the house til the whole process is over.

So far I'm very pleased. Just to let the yelpers know I'm having a full replacement of my roof complete with gutter and gutter guards. I wanted to get this done before I retire:) I'm receiving calls from Brothers Roofing every hour to let me know how the installation is going and I appreciate that it keeps me from wondering. After the process was done I got photos sent to me via email of the whole job from beginning to end:) Nice work BROTHERS ROOFING! All this work is backed by a full 25 year warranty. Peace of Mind.
