Flat roofs can be challenging because gravity is not helping to shed rainwater as quickly as it would on a pitched roof. Experienced, qualified installers are essential to sealing flat roofs properly. Premier's installers all have years of experience in dealing with the challenges of flat roofs. Until about fifty years ago, most flat roofs were made by applying layers of tar and gravel, also called built-up roof systems. Very few built-up roofs are installed any more due to the cost and the weight of this type of roof.

As mentioned the roof sprung serious leaks, destroying the ceilings of two rooms, and the owner refused to come and look at it. We had about half the roof redone by Adrian Pena Roofing, who were most efficient. Mr. Pena told me "that the material beneath the shingles in the area over the damaged ceilings was bunched up, and the shingles were too widely spaced given the low slope of the roof."

Premier Roofing did an excellent job on my rental property in Pflugerville a couple of months ago. They were referred by Travelers Insurance Company. Bill Goffett the owner is very customer oriented. I asked that they look at one area i thought was a leak but turned out to be the A/C leaking - he actually helped wipe up the wet areas which he didn't need to do. Very satisfied with the quality of their work and customer service and highly recommend them.

I called on Friday and spoke to Bill. I let him know that we needed a roof estimate and that we were in the process of selling our house. He then told me he would have Josh call me and I asked him how soon I could expect a call, Bill told me it would be either later Friday night or saturday, but as of Saturday night, we have yet to receive a phone call.
I understand people are busy, but don't give a time frame and then not follow thru with it. I called premier because all the good reviews, but apparently I made the mistake. Normally it wouldn't really bother me but since we are under a timeline, which I let Bill know, it would have been rather nice to either tell me they couldn't accommodate us or actually call.

These guys are great. I was referred to Premier by a friend and it was an awesome experience. Bill the owner was great to talk with. Josh the manager was friendly, knowledgable and very willing to work with us. The crew who installed get off were professional and efficient. Everyone worked with us to be sure the details were covered and we were satisfied with the job. The price was fair and there was no last minute haggling over details. Highly recommended.

I had two very persistent leaks in my roof and finally called Premier Roofing. Most roofers won't get in your attic, but the person they sent spent about 30 minutes in my attic, which is hot and hard to access. He finally pinned down where the leaks were coming from. Roof hasn't leaked a drop since. I highly recommend them.

I got Premier to do my roof after a hail storm. While I was at it, I also had them add gutters. I inspected the work after they finished and found a few mistakes but nothing major. I called them up right away and they came out the next day and got everything fixed up. Bob was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend Premier.

Great service from start to finish! Our church recently needed a new roof because of some hail damage. Premier roofing was recommended to us. Bob was so easy to work with and was extremely helpful and patient with us through the whole process. He was also very affordable and did excellent work. The crew tore off the whole old roof and re-shingled it in one day. We would definitely recommend this company!

I called Premier Roofing on a Monday to have them look at a flashing problem. The person I spoke with said they would be out Wednesday afternoon and would give me call before they came. They never showed up and then called on Thursday and left a message to try and set up a visit. I called them back on Monday and left another message trying to get someone out to give me an estimate, and that phone call was never returned.
Perhaps they are busy, but it would be nice to know that. Now I am two weeks behind getting estimates and have to go back to the drawing board looking for someone to give me an estimate.

I'm here to essentially echo what everyone else has said. I bought a house a few months ago which had a roof in terrible shape. A combination of hail damage, shoddy workmanship, and neglect, had caused this roof to look really sorry. I used it as a negotiation point during the purchase to no avail. The sellers told me to buy a few extra shingles to nail up there (someone didn't taking Roofing 101!).
So I bit the bullet and decided to get a tear-off roof job. I contacted several of the well-reviewed Yelp roofers to get bids and ultimately chose Premier Roofing. My contact was Josh and he was punctual, flexible, and came in with an excellent bid. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Although I hope not to have any roofing issues in the near future, I really enjoyed working with Josh.

Premier Roofing installed a new roof three years ago. I had issues with oak debris coming in through the roof ridge vents. This was not due to installation, but rather my huge oak trees and the excellent ventilation. The owner, Bill Gossett, worked with me to find a solution. Excellent customer service and follow through!
