Services
Our service contracts provide maintenance and leak response for a specified building or roof section. The term of coverage offered is one to five years, depending on the condition of the existing roof. Roofing service contracts from MasterCraft are renewable, contingent upon inspection. In most cases, some corrective repairs are required in order for the roof to qualify for a service contract depending on age. The owner of Mastercraft Roofing gave a very professional proposal for re-roofing my strip center. It required removing the roof top A/C units and then replacing them after the re-roof. The permit was issued 9/2019. The work was completed in a reasonable time but the permit inspection failed. It is now 5/2020 and I have called the owner several times to correct the failed permit.

I am the current President of Beach Manor Villas North on Venice Island. Our 40 single story units needed an extended reroof effort. We interviewed multiple roofing companies and were completely drawn to the Owner of Mastercraft, Scott Severson. He was very knowledgeable and open minded and even made himself available to join us at a Board Meeting where all our residents could be educated as to the direction we were taking, and why.
This took a long and sometimes painful few months. His workers worked tirelessly and overcame multiple challenges. At the end, we could not be more pleased with the finished product. We are so proud to do business with a man who is so true to his word. He was very fair when talking about where did any individual damage originate and if his company would accept responsibility for it. He was totally fair and pleasant. Great company. They did an amazing job, very profesional. The staff was incredibly courteous and took care of evey detail. They are slightly higher on quote than other companies, until you read the fine print. The quote from Curry only included 3 sheets of plywood. Mastercraft replaced numerous pieces, that was all included in original price. Saved SO MUCH! I totally recommend this company, great work, great price all done on time and exceeds expectations.

Mastercraft roofing has always done a wonderful job patching up my 29 year old barrel tile roof. They are quick to respond, have fair pricing and are easy to schedule the work. The roofers are polite, helpful and answered all my questions plus cleaned up their work space each day. I'm going to need a full roof soon and I will hire Mastercraft roofing to do the job. Kathy.
