Came within a few days of calling.it was not an emergency. Went into attic ( no easy task), did a thorough inspection, quotes a fair price with a fair turnaround. Came out in less than a week, actually found / repaired a previously undetected issue. Very professional, never tried to upsell us. Will be our go to business for any future roofing issues.

We have lived in several houses and have had many projects/renovations done over the years, most projects left us feeling like the job wasn't finished to the standard we expected. After the roof was installed it began leaking tar on the gutters, driveway and sidewalk. Personnel came out and wiped the tar off. Leaking tar returned. In spite of numerous phone calls and a visit to the office, to date no one has responded to request for repair to roof. Work was not done to code. Used only 5 rather than six nails on shingles and did not install nails at required distance from edge of shingle.

Very displeased with Suncastle Roofing. I got quotes from 4 roofers, based on online reviews. Suncastle had the shortest waiting list, so I went with them. The contract included cleaning up debris, so I assumed they would leave my yard clean and safe. NOT. 1). After job was "finished", I started looking in my yard, and found plenty of trash - and a minefield of nails.
The worst ones were from the old roof they removed. They were rusty and had 1" spikes. I "found" some when I stepped on them, and they went through my shoes, into my feet. When I had found 30 nails, I took photos and emailed them with my concern. NO response - except for a bill sent one day after the job, stating that if I did not pay in 14 days (even though they had not cleaned up my yard), I was subject to an 18% late fee (!). 2).
Since my minefield/yard was dangerous for me and my dog, I spent hours on my knees on several hot days finding nails. Finally, TWELVE DAYS after the job, they sent an unannounced "clean-up" crew. I speak Spanish, and one of the crew told me they had been "tired" when they finished the roof. Unbelievable. 3. Wait, there's more! AFTER they "completed" the clean-up and left, I personally found FIFTY MORE nails they left, for a total (so far) of ONE HUNDRED nails in my yard.
See photo. 4. Wait, there's more! The office manager calls me to tell me the boss offered me a refund of $100 for my "trouble" - a DISCOUNT OF LESS THAN ONE PERCENT. I should have used highly-recommended Kuykendall Roofing or CW's Quality Roofing (AND their estimates were thousands of dollars less!). But they had longer waiting lists. I should have waited.

My husband and I purchased an older remodeled home. We knew it would need a new roof for insurances purposes pretty quickly upon moving in. I had seen Suncastle trucks all over town and my friend used them as well and said to give Alex a call. We did, and he met us at the new house that afternoon, gave us a quote with a couple different options. He has been in town and in business long enough that he put the previous roof on our house.
That made us feel very secure in trusting a major project like that with him. We picked out shingles with Luann in his office and the office staff is just as nice as he is. When time came for the new roof to come on, the team was on time. I mean they were there at 7am sharp as we were told they would be. The team worked very hard, very respectful of your property and cleaned up as if they were never there but just leaving you with a beautiful new roof. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. :

Detailed Quote was done same day I called. Old roof removed & New roof was installed within the week! New roof is much better than the old one and better than even required by building codes. The clean up was perfect. I will definitely use this company again! It's so refreshing to find a company that is fair and reliable. Especially when I am a single 70 year old female. I called Suncastle Roofing a few weeks ago to get a quote on getting my leaky roof (which had been leaking for 3 years) repaired. I am a single mom, and I hadn't been able to afford to fix it, but had been trying to save, and was hoping I'd be able to get the fix done soon before rainy season started. I found the Suncastle team to be very friendly, courteous, and responsive, and they arrived that same day to give me a fair quote.
What happened next is a completely unexpected blessing that I never in a million years could have saw coming, and I am filled with endless gratitude for Suncastle Roofing and how much they have helped my children and I literally keep a roof over our heads, and just in time for rainy season! Within just a few days, the Suncastle team was replacing my roof!
I found their work to be very well organized and efficient: they had the old roof off and a new one on the same day, with time to spare, and they did an excellent job cleaning up everything as well. As for the roof? It looks beautiful, and I waited a few weeks before posting this review because I wanted to give the new roof a test with all of the heavy rain we've been having lately.
I am happy to report that my roof has been 100% leak free since Suncastle Roofing replaced it. I can't express enough how good it feels to not be filled with dread every time it rains now. I can just enjoy the sound of the rain hitting my roof now, no leaks My children and I can stay safe and dry. I highly recommend Suncastle Roofing for all of your roofing needs!

Tenant notified us that rainwater from a recent tropical downpour was dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom of our 2 story office building. Did a quick Google search and found Suncastle, based less than a mile from our building. Gave them a jingle and they were on site in 30 minutes! Further investigation determined daylight showing adjacent the vent stack penetration above the aforementioned bathroom along with about 30 square feet of rotted plywood decking above the Break Room --the only other vent stack in the building.
It was apparently leaking for some time, but not affecting the interior, yet. Bottom line: Alex and crew patched the leaking stack within two hours of our meeting and shot me a bid for a proper repair of the rot. I agreed to his estimate, gave him a down payment and POOF! The major repairs were completed within 3 days. Because it is a two story building, they even took before, during restoration, and finished product photos form our review. Very professional. On time and within budget. Hope we don't need them again, but will keep their number on file. Highly recommend.

Suncastle Roofing was able to come out for an estimate within days of me calling, the office was a pleasure to deal with and, the gentleman, Tom who came to my house was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all the questions that I had. After getting multiple estimates for a roof we chose Suncastle Roofing because of our experience with Tom and the fact they could do the roof within 2 weeks of the contract being signed where others were booked out months.
The crew that came out to replace our roof was polite, professional, organized, clean and, above all, a great group of guys. I will highly recommend Suncastle Roofing to my neighbors and all of my friends for any of their roofing needs!
