Don't bother with this service if you have an emergency. Wolfy's advertises 24-hour emergency service; however, when I called Saturday morning after I found my electric wall heater leaking water into my hallway from rain most likely seeping in through a poorly installed vent on the roof, I was told by Wofy's service agent that someone wiould return my call me back shortly.
After not receiving a call-back, I tried to contact Wolfy's again that evening. At that point, I was starting to panic since I knew the rain would start again on Sunday. The service agent assured me she would leave yet another message, explaining my situation. No employee of this service afforded me the courtesy of a call-back. To me, this a red flag indicating that this business does not best practices. Usually, that kind of disregard for customers or potential customers carries through to the workmanship. I'm sorry I wasted so much time.

I called them and left a message and got a call back from Scott that same day. He was able to set a roof inspection for the next day as I was in escrow and time was short. He went out and called me from the house with details of the job and was very professional and courteous. I thought I needed a full roof but it will only be some repairs. I feel he was very fair, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.thank you!
