Adams Roofing

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was hired by my apartments association and I cannot begin to even tell you what a nightmare it has been. First off, they like to park their company vans in parking spaces that are not assigned to them. Second, make sure you have cameras and keep an eye out while they're loading and unloading because they WILL hit your vehicle ( like they did mine ) because they're parked where they're not supposed to be AND they will NOT take accountability for their actions!

Both times I've come into contact I was told that their employees would be reprimanded AND that they would cover the cost of my vehicle being damaged and every time after that is an excuse of why they couldn't. THIRD, is that the employees have no problem being aggressive and acting as if your apartment complex is another social gathering instead of their JOB.

What a terrible business, terrible management, and absolutely horrendous employees that they send out to " work ". I will be contacting the authorities, BBB, and let it known that this is a fraudulent company with no morality, compassion or responsibility.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. The association used them for complete roof and gutter replacement on the entire community! Their work is so thorough, with attention to every detail. Protected all patio furniture and landscaping and spent day after day cleaning up the community. Highly recommend for big and small jobs! You will not be disappointed!

When we needed them they called, when we asked them to come out they did! Bar none they are the best at what they do! Chuck kept up with us every step of the way, once the job started Jose checked in with us! They worked so fast and were so accommodating. They saved us 600k by letting us buy material when it was the lowest and saved us so much money! Thanks again Adams!

Our HOA hired them for roof replacement. While the finished product looked great, they left nails everywhere, and a dead bird in our yard. Then a few weeks later we had water pouring into our master bedroom.

I just moved into a house that had some clogged gutters and mold/moss in areas. Adams came out to clear everything out and also gave me a detailed report of the roofs health and issues from trees too close to the house. They were very easy to work with and I hardly realized they were here (which was great when working from home due to Covid!). Will definitely use them again!

Unreal. So terrible. They didn't clean up the shards of wood they left all over my back yard and put holes in my ceiling they refused to fix. they pulled back my insulation and i had to have another company fix it at a huge cost to me. The worst part? There was mold in my attic which I didn't know about and they didn't tell me. My children live in this house and the roofers who had to have seen the mold didn't tell me. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am so disappointed I had to go through Adams Roofing through my hoa. Just awful!

I live in an association and they hired this company to redo our roofing. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay additional costs to fix the insulation inside the attic. They put holes in my ceiling, which they then told me they wouldn't be liable to fix. The workers ate lunch on my patio furniture that they all decided to pull out of my yard. They mixed my furniture up with my neighbors (we live in a condo) and basically left our backyard a mess. I would NEVER hire this company. 10/10 would not recommend.

I could not have been more impressed with Adams Roofing team and work product. My experience was nothing but positive -- they were very thorough and did a very professional job. From our sales rep to the crew and the follow up, we were very happy with Adams Roofing! I love my new roof and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommended using Adams for your roofing needs. The process was very easy and the team that helped us out was nothing but professional. They arrived on time each day and completed the project when they were supposed to. They were very informative and consultative when recommending some changes to our venting and roofing options to fix some things that weren't done properly before as well. The pricing was very competitive as well. Overall great experience.

I had a great experience with Adams Roofing. They diagnosed my insulation problem and came up with a solution to fix it. They were very honest, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. Their crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Adams Roofing to anyone with a roofing / insulation issue.
