Many years ago, we replaced our sunroom and along with that replacement came a leak in the corner where the glass meets the roof. For all this time, no one could fix this leak, not the installer or another local roofing company. Recently, Euclid replaced our gutters and suggested adding a gutter to the sunroom area. After a few tweaks, problem solved!

No water, no leaks in the sunroom! We cannot praise this company enough for their customer service and craftmanship. Kraig, our sales representative and Peter the person who installed the gutters, were the best and got the job done. We highly recommend this company for their expertise, customer care and company group effort.

10 years ago I had Euclid Roofing come out and replace my roof and gutters. Now I have a leak and it's leaving stains on one of the bedroom ceilings. I called Euclid roofing and they said they only give a 10 year warranty, but that they would have a tech come out and examine the roof. The tech came out and examined the roof and he said the entire roof needs to be replaced.

The shingles have buckled and the sheets of plywood are warped. I said I just had all of this plus gutters done 10 years ago. He then told me that whoever did the work, did the job wrong and it was very sloppy work. I said, your company (Euclid Roofing) did the work. He had nothing else to say except that I would get a call from the owner of the business.

That was 2 weeks ago, and no call, no email, nothing. I have contacted 2 other companies, and they agree that the job was very poorly done. Plus it was not completely done as I had been told and paid for. So I will have to pay the entire cost of the roof replacement myself, as this is not rain or hail damage. I will be contacting the village to let them know what kind of businesses are taking advantage of the residents here. Also contacting the BBB and filing a complaint with them. Also filing a complaint through the editorials so no one else gets scammed by this company.

Our partial gutter replacement job was done in a prompt and professional manner -- a good job for a very fair price. We highly recommend Steve and his crew.

Repaired the west wall on my home. Torn down the old siding and insulation. Repaired the rotten cedar wood on the right window. Installed new syrofoam insulation, new Tyvek plastic cover, new siding with new J channels and hand cut aluminum trim around 2 windows. Would highly recommend this company to anyone for the fantastic job their crew did.

Very polite young lady made an appt for a small facia issue. Tech was 15 minutes early, gave me a fair estimate, did the work promptly. Highly recommend trying these folks!

First time using them. I had a couple of small repair needs and appreciated that they would do them. Getting anyone to come out to do a small job is a challenge. They were pleasant on the phone, came out to do an estimate when they said, and were able to do the work within a couple weeks. Very pleased!

JUST HORRIBLE! Couldn't be any worse! I would not recommend this company. Had problems with flat roof leaking around vents. I called and ask them to look at it. They said they would. No show, I called and asked why? Guy at company said they have already been here and looked and found nothing! Not true! I called him out on it, then told me find someone else. I will, thank you.

Initially contacted them for a siding repair due to high winds. Couple of the panels came loose a few months later in the same spot. Called, they had somebody out the next day to take care of. Great people surrounded by great work. Phil is so easy to work with, funny, understanding, down to earth. Pytor is also a fantastic installer for gutters. Highly recommend this place. Great people from the office to the field.

Contacted this company through email on 7/8/2020 and never heard anything back. Companies have to stop doing this sort of thing. At the very least they should respond "I'm sorry, we aren't taking on any new customers at this time" instead of leaving people hanging.

Top notch guys on the job. Very good and slick looking siding along with soffit/fascia, gutters and downspouts at a fair price. The entire process was seamless with Steve, the owner who proved easy to deal with and accommodating. Just really downright good people and product.

We had a minor but serious roofing emergency on a holiday weekend. We called Euclid at 2:30 PM and Steve the owner was here by 4:00 the same day & fixed the problem in the pouring rain within 15 mins.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Honest, reputable and professional! I was given a copy of legal documents (Warranty, Workers comp, insurance, and License) and a contract was signed before the work began. The installers cleaned up the area and hauled away the old gutters. Helpful information was given regarding gutter guards and I decided to install them also.

It's really hard to evaluate the work because they refuse to give me an estimate. I left work early to meet the guy. He took measurements and said he would have something in a couple of days. Even told me he'd call to make sure I got it. I waited a week, called back, supposedly they got my email wrong. That doesn't explain the non call.

Now I have waited another week. They are a bunch of hacks. Thankfully there are tons of other roofing companies out there. Don't waste your time on them. Note the other amount of low ratings on here also.

Very unprofessional team, didn't fix our leak and were so busy that they couldn't come back and try again

After winter, I had a gutter that came loose from the 2nd story of my house. I called Euclid Roofing to have someone come out to fix it. Now I am going to ding them 1 star because they forgot to write down my first appointment. But with that said, they came out promptly the second time and corrected the problem. The price was reasonable, but more importantly the work was done very well. It stormed that same night and all was fixed. I would definitely use them again for any other work.

Had my roof installed in 2011. Not even 6 years later having to get it all redone due to shortcuts taken. Very disappointed! Too much money when companies cut corners.

Called on Monday late afternoon regarding a leak in the corner where the front, side and roof meet. Leak repaired by Wednesday afternoon for a very reasonable price. The true test will be after the next rain but I am feeling confident. They also replaced our soffit, fascia and gutters 12 years ago with out a problem.

We used Euclid about 13 years ago to replace our roof and siding and I wanted to get an inspection. I called the office and they sent someone right out. Both the office team and the guys who came out were helpful and professional. And the roof is still in good shape.

Guess they don't need my business I have called twice to get and estimate and have not heard back?

Waste of time. They had a favorable review in a phone book I got in the mail. Called, receptionist was very rude/not friendly (when I mentioned I probably could not afford the higher end siding she rudely agreed). Kraig (with a K) came out to my house, measured and said I'd have an estimate in a few days. Three weeks later I have yet to receive even after a phone call reminder where I spoke directly with Kraig and once again he said I would have in a few days. Waste of my time and effort! They don't even deserve one star.

I had a wondeful experience. Steve Reeve ( owner ) answered my inital call. He came out, did an estimate, suggested colors and explained in detail what needed to be done. When I decided to have them do the work, he honored a $500 coupon from a local magazine and deducted the amount from his estimate. He even went and got the building permit that was required, saving me a trip.

In watching them tear down the old roof and put on the new roof and gutters they worked very hard and looked like they did a very professional job. The only reason that I did not give it five stars is that the roof has only been up a few weeks. It has withheld against strong winds and rain, I'm hoping that it will do the same for many years to come. Then it will change to five stars.

Wow, I guess they must have enough business that they do not need mine! Rude when I called inquiring about an estimate for my gutters. Not sure what anyone else's experience has been, but I will never give them a chance.

Steve and the entire crew at Euclid were tremendous! Can't say enough about how they went the extra mile for us - very highly recommended!

Complete lack of professionalism, unbelievable. I highly do not recommend using these individuals as they first will say whatever they can to get your business, and then when it comes down to it, you get a completely different story and not to mention, a complete unprofessional, rude and abrupt attitude and communication. Baffling.

Decent enough work, but their accounting and billing practices are a shambles. Beware, if you hook up with this bunch, you're going to be put through the wringer when the final paperwork shows up. They don't supply any kind of itemized invoicing, and although they will work with your insurance company (as they did in our case due to extreme hail damage) when it comes down to the final payments, you're going to be in for a huge surprise. BEWARE and be wary. If you decide to enter into any agreements, commit yourself to having a part time job, and demand itemized paperwork at EVERY STEP of the process. Live and learn.
