I had a terrible experience with Clark Roofing. I was forced to use them bc my skylight was leaking and my condo association had a contract with them. Long story short they charged me close to $700 (5.5 hours of labor, $100 truck and equipment cost) for putting a tarp on my skylight - work that took them 1.5 hrs! When I questioned them, they said that they charged per person (there were 2 men working) and for travel port to port.
How am I responsible for 2.5 hours of labor for travel? How would I even know where they are coming from and to?! I consider this to be blatant price-gouging due to their contract. Beware! I contacted the company and they gave me $250 off but I warn any other consumers NOT to use them without a detailed contract in advance.

I have been working with Clark Roofing for at least 10 years in my position as a property manager. They have done minor repairs to the roofs of the condo buildings that I manage as well as complete tear offs. Tom Fuerst is extremely attentive and responds quickly to all issues. Melissa and Jorge are excellent to work with! The work they perform is great and I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs that you have - big or small.

Awful experience :( At first they were nice and polite but this relationship went downhill and fast. They were rude, unapologetic, and unpleasant to work with. They were hired by our home owners' association (which was pretty awful as well, so maybe they were just mad they had to work with such an incompetent group), and as such we were effectively forced to continue working with them.
I was shocked at how rude they were. We emailed them to say we were not happy with the service and they literally responded, "deal with [it]." I didn't even really know how to respond. I haven't encountered not only a lack of service like this but a lack of civility. The project seemed to drag on forever, but again I don't know if this was a result of their inefficiency or our HOA. Replacing a roof is a huge expense and there is certainly no shortage of roofers.
