After my neighbor refered Roofcrafters and I realized they were a local company, I was excited to support a local business and improve my roof quality after having damage from a hail storm. They provided me with a lot of details and consistently checked in with me, that is until I signed the contract and paid the insurance deductible. After that, it seemed that I was their last priority and I was never kept in the loop on my roof + gutter scheduling.

When the guys arrived the day before the roof job, they didn't even let me know they were at the house and we just heard loud bangs on the roof. Overall, the quality of the roof and gutters seems great and I haven't had any issues. However, I noticed that they added some type of flashing on the front of my house and sloppily caulked it and painted it with a color that didn't match my house, as well as got paint on my home's stone.

I have contacted them and they denied doing this twice. Luckily, I had before and after photos showing that it was indeed added and they agreed to fix the job. Well, almost 3 months have gone by and I have contacted them at least 5 times and nothing. I was told they would come by "in a couple weeks" and then was ghosted. I even called the main office to explain the issue and showed them photos and still, nothing. If you go with this company and want communication/updates or are unhappy with the job, don't expect any response.

In a world where most companies don't answer their phone, call back or do what they say, Michael with Roof Crafters exceeded my expectations for a roof inspection. You can tell he was here to help and not try and sell, which I truly appreciate. You cannot go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend.

We contacted RoofCrafters after the big hail storm this past Spring in Central Texas. Our insurance company told us our 1 year old roof and gutters were completely damaged and needed to be replaced. We had Al come out to give us an estimate and he came out immediately and even did some remediation to the damaged roof to temporarily stop any leaks until they could get the material ordered and scheduled. Al did a tremendous job keeping us updated throughout the process and even worked directly with our insurance claims representative. Ronnie then did a great job coordinating schedules and timelines for the roof install.

Once the install took place, the workers showed up on-time, were very polite, and did a tremendous job cleaning up after themselves which is a big deal with dogs and sharp nails/pieces/etc. I am hoping I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely use RoofCrafters again and will mention them to all of our neighbors!

We recently had Hardie Plank siding installed at our house. We also had a shed in the back yard with rotting doors and distressed siding close to the ground. Chris Cogburn was the sales representative. We love the new look of our house but we expected that it would look good. The thing I am most pleased about is our shed. I pretty much left it up to Chris to do something with the shed.

I just wanted it to look better. Now, every time I look out the kitchen window and see the shed, I get a smile on my face. Chris and his guys made it look better than it did when it was brand new. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had Roof Crafters come out to our home in Taylor to put up Hardie Siding on our home and to replace some of the doors on our older sheds, as only the doors were rotting. We also had them replace all of our old, unsightly gutters. The crew came out and completed all of the siding work 1st and then the they replaced our old gutters that were in terrible shape.

The work that they did was so impressive! The new gutters are almost invisible as they blend in so well with our home. The crew completely cleaned up after themselves each day as well. We are so pleased that we have our home looking like we wanted it to look. This is a great First Class company and we would recommend Roof Crafters to everyone! We were able to work with with Steve Marsaglia. Steve was very honest, kind and straightforward, making this a great experience.

Roofcrafters replaced our roof last year when we were preparing our home to go up for sale. We had a very tight timeline to get an estimate and have the work completed. Working with the Roofcrafters team made this very busy time in our lives much less stressful. Their communication, promptness and professionalism surpassed our expectations. We were very pleased with the quality of the work as well as the warranty they offered. Their crew was on time, polite and even took the time show our kids their shingle conveyor system up close.

We are very pleased with the results of our covered porch! It looks amazing and the craftsmanship looks great. We look forward to enjoying it for years to come!

I used Roof Crafters to install a metal accent wall on the exterior of a home I am building, and I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. I was unfamiliar with using metal as siding for a house, but these guys were able to walk me through the whole process and keep me informed at every step. The finished product turned out incredible. The team was very professional, and I'd recommend using them to anyone.

Working with William Rob at RoofCrafters provided me the detailed knowledge and level of customer service I required to replace the damaged roof and chimney on my house immediately. He was able to work my project into the schedule and provided me oversight of the project while I was out of town. Everything from cradle to grave was seamless and I am very happy with their workmanship.

On an alternate project they installed a much needed rear deck and demolished the worn out awning which was an obvious safety hazard. Work is provided with a warranty and their level or professionalism is unbeatable. Thank you for taking my worries away!

We initially considered RoofCrafters as they were highly recommended by others in the NW Austin area, but we chose RoofCrafters for their installation references, product offerings, and personalized service. RoofCrafters provided timely and detailed quote information and updates throughout, as well as direct support via phone & txt to our sales rep/job manager from beginning to end. Having a dedicated contact was hugely beneficial and helped us feel valued as customers throughout the process.

The craftsmanship of the carpentry was excellent (we had skylights replaced, soffits, fascias, and some siding work done) and the re-roof turned out beautiful with Timberline HD shingles and Timbertex ridge caps. Once we were ready with financing RoofCrafters moved quickly to schedule and complete the job. Neighbors also noted during the final roofing work the team worked efficiently to complete before a downpour hit the area.

Thanks for protecting our house and investment! Follow up was thorough and they helped us resolve some final paint touch up and dedicated a few hours extra to help troubleshoot exterior lighting & electrical issues that came up during the project. Overall very satisfied with RoofCrafters quality of work and service. Thanks guys.

Excellent quality results from RoofCrafters. We have used them twice; the most recent was a total master bath remodel from cabinets to flooring, countertops and shower. From start to finish was spectacular. They were there when they said they were going to be. The finished project was far superior to what my wife and I had envisioned. The end result was beautiful.

We had used them several years ago when we had to have a total roof replacement from wind and storm damage. Same excellent quality and I have never had to have them back out. They worked with insurance company very well. They made a stressful situation much easier. I would not hesitate using them again and have recommended them to family and friends with no hesitation.

I had all of my siding replaced with Hardie Plank. My project planner (William) helped me through the entire process and kept me informed throughout. The guys at RoofCrafters did a phenomenal job removing the old weathered siding, inspecting the house underneath to make sure that it hadn't rotted any further, installing the new siding, and painting the entire house.

They left the area clean and tidy everyday and the neighbors even had to come by to tell me how impressed they were with how good a job and how quickly it was done. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I love my new roof it looks absolutely great, the installers did a fabulous job and in less time than expected, they cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional. The only issue I had was communication between the workers and the project manager, they were supposed to have done the roof in sections and the crew was not told this and removed the complete roof the 1st day thank goodness we did not receive any rain during this time, but everything worked out, I would highly recommend RoofCrafters to anyone needing a roof.

I had rotten siding on the rear of my house. After meeting with several contractors I had Chris Cogburn with Roofcrafters look at my project. Chris is very informative and took the time to explain every step of what was involved in completing my project and was very easy to work with. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job; the clean up was good and the job finished was beautiful.

I also had a leak between my fascia and my metal patio cover. Chris had his Roofcrafters Fabricators fabricate and install a flashing that completely stopped my on going leak and especially the down pour on my deck when it rains. We needed a small roof repair. After calling other companies and not receiving a return call, I called RoofCrafters. The office staff was professional and I received an estimate the same day that I called. The work was completed in less than a week. They were very easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable and the pricing was competitive. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

It was a pleasure working with Roof Crafters. I went from a tile roof to metal. I must have interviewed 15 roofers for this job. Roof Crafters were the only ones that went along with my idea that I never wanted a tile roof again. It looks beautiful. My roof was literally coming apart. They did a great job, right down to touching up the paint on the trim. Very professional staff. Excellent to work with.

I called in the am to have an estimate on my roof. The receptionist was very nice but not a call back. Called back again to the nice receptionist when if a call was not recieved and said someone would call me right away. Nothing.

Sustainable high winds and roofing shingles often times don't get along. I experienced this event this week where the winds have been a fairly consistent 40 mph for the past few days. My shingles ripped off like dominoes falling. I called Roof Crafters and spoke to several of their staff/sales team members. Without fail, every single one of them were on top their game and over the top awesome.

Their sales manager, Chris Cogburn, was at my house within an hour, inspected the damage, wrote a bid and had the job ordered with Ronnie Stone at his office within half an hour. Their field tech, Jeff, was at my house four hours later and had my entire roof repaired within an hour or so. Same day service? Until yesterday I would have said "what's that"?

Roof Crafters reminded me of what that means yesterday. Kudos to them for understanding and practicing superior customer service. They are a relationship sort of company. Hard to find these days. From where I'm sitting, they recognize the value of high-trust vendor/client relationships. For this, I thank you ROOF CRAFTERS! In the immortal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back"!

We have worked with Roofcrafters since 2008. They were recommended by our State Farm agent. They replaced a roof on our personal home and 2 of our investment properties. In 2013, Roofcrafters added a 3rd car garage and did an excellent job for us. In late 2015 and early 2016 we did some remodeling inside our house. We changed our outdated "wet bar" to another 1/2 bath.

We also had them knock out a stone wall to add another staircase to make the living area more accessible. We are very pleased with the work that was done. I also must mention that Al Cooley was the one who kept the project on schedule and was always attentive to our calls and questions! They are a locally owned company based out of Leander and conscientious about the quality of their work. However, in Austin's current booming economy, you might have to be on a waiting list. After a major hail storm last April, we had RoofCrafters do everything; roof, gutters, windows, paint, driveway, patio, garage doors, a very large job. Due to hot weather we opted to defer roof work until cooler weather, but wanted other work done as soon as possible. Come August, I had to fight for every step of progress. Work slowly began in September.

In October I escalated to one of the owners hoping for progress. On my bird-dogging the work was finally complete in mid-December, months after all surrounding homes were repaired. RC is a family business, so accountability is not there when you try to escalate. Their sub-contractors are low quality, you'll have to manage them after RC makes the appointments and takes 20% overhead and profit. Balls were dropped everywhere. I wish I'd gone with any other outfit.

Michael is very knowledgeable and pointed out common mistakes other, less experienced roofers made. I learned that the cheapest roofer is not the guy to go with. These guys do a great job for a fair price.

Just had a GAF Designer Roof installed Roof optically looks like a clay tile roof, very cool. Not an inexpensive project, but this looks awesome. Roofcrafters did a great job. Had insurance adjuster for hail damage. Mike met him and walked the roof with him. Big project, had to wait about a month for schedule and product, worth the wait. They picked up debris and the lunch and water bottles around the house. They submitted everything to insurance company. Neighbor using them now. Great job. Highly recommend.

Called for estimate on roof, scheduled for 05/03/14 @ 3:00 then called saying they be @ 6:30 then called again saying they be late for the 6:30 appt. So we reschedule for Mon @ 3:00 pm, called @2:50 to say that he was running late and that it be close to 5:00 told him to never mind, he can't keep his Appt's. Very unprofessional.

The roof, siding and paint are quality efforts on all points. The crews were courteous, conscientious, hard working and very accommodating.

RoofCrafters was our contractor of choice for our new windows, siding, paint and roof. The entire job went as planned and had what I would say was a seamless process to it. The project as a whole was obviously planned and coordinated well. It's nice to work with professionals who care about the details and with one company who could handle everything.

A bonus was having finger pointing between contractors replaced with solid performance by one. One contractor also meant delays were kept to a minimum. The new windows have made it so quiet in our home that this is the first time we did not hear the fireworks on the 4th of July--in fact we were surprised to have missed them altogether! Thanks for a job well done !
