We had a leaking roof since a now defunct company put on solar panels. But, because of the solar panels, no roofer would touch it. Then came covid and then we learned about Jobe. Cooper came to inspect and worked with us through various options that let us to almost double our solar output. Scheduling the job took a while, but Sarah always kept us informed on what was going on.

The removal of the old roof and installation of the new went very smoothly, and all the workers on the job were professional, courteous and cleaned up the site every evening. The foreman, Felix, did a fantastic job and again all my questions were answered promptly. Now the solar is back up and we passed inspection on Friday without a glitch. Now we are looking forward to the next rain.

I had a great experience with this Excellent Roofing Company. Jobe Roofing Company was recommended by my home owners insurance. They were amazing to work with. They started the roof replacement when they were scheduled, kept me informed each step of the way, cleaned up nicely after removing old roofing. The trash dumpster was gone the first day. I have seen some companies take days to remove the dumpster. My two story home roof was completed in one week. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting a worry free company to work with.

We've been trying to repair a leak in our roof for a few years now. Several roofers have come to repair it and every time it rains, it leaks in that same area. We called Jobe Roofing during a particularly hard rain and they rushed out on an emergency basis and temporarily fixed the leak - not sure what they did but it held up for the duration of that storm.

We recently called them to do a permanent repair on the area. They're reliable, show up when they say they will, and get back to you in a timely manner. It seems like any business should operate that way, but believe me, it's rare. We had two other roofing companies totally flake on us. I highly recommend Jobe.

Ronald and his team done our complete roof replacement (flat and pitched roof). Excellent company. They are a good example of how the roof contracting business should be run. When we are recently ready to redo our roof we began to get quotes from various companies in Los Angeles. I had done my research and knew we were being over quoted. Somewhat disheartened, we kept searching. We found two companies, one of which was Jobe Roofing who advertises fairness in pricing along with expertise in roofing. They scheduled someone to come out and measure the place and then followed up with a zoom proposal that explained the whole process and pricing of the re-roof.

We loved their no nonsense approach and their quote was right in the area I researched. All the workers were very polite and friendly and everyone showed up on time. They replaced a couple fascia boards that were rotten but the dimensions of the boards were quite right. They came out and corrected the mismatches and painted them to match the house. We had our roofs re-done. Our representative Ronald did a great job of explaining the options that we had for our roofing project and he always promptly responded to all of our texts and phone calls. We received quotes from other companies, but their communications were nowhere near as thorough as Ronald's. He kept us appraised of every step of the process, and the roofers did a great job--they arrived on time each day, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they left the outside of our home clearer than when the project started. Jobe Roofing Company removal of old roof and installation of new roof. The team were very punctual, responsive and professional. The work was completed faster than expected. They completely cleaned up and hauled away all debris from old roof removal. They made sure everything was working smoothly and properly. Jobe Roofing Company did an excellent job replacing our flat roof with tile surround. Ronald is a man of his word and his crews have a lot of talent and good work ethic. We had a slight miscommunication at the start regarding the design, but he got out in front of it and made a very fair compromise to make it right. The roof was completed with high attention to detail and a solid warranty. Although I probably won't need a roofer again any time soon, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who does.

I recommend that you inspect after each phase of the project: tear off and install. After the tear off they ignored problems that should have been fixed before putting on the new roof. After they said they were finished, there were many things left undone. Ask that you be present for the inspection. I work from home so I know the inspector never came, but they somehow passed inspection. My roof never would have passed a real inspection.

Jobe Roofing was able to squeeze us in for an earlier date. They did a fabulous job! I highly recommend to others and will definitely use them for future projects.

Jobe Roofing replaced the roof on my garage (including adding a gutter and downspout) and a section over an addition to my house, which serves as my office. They also performed maintenance to get me through until I can replace my full roof down the line. Jobe Roofing Company just replaced the roof on my home and discovered I also needed insulation. The workers were professional, kept my home free of debris daily and finished the roof a day early. The owner was accessible and willing to listen as I could not decide the color. I was not rushed to make a decision, all of the needed paperwork was handled in a kind & thoughtful manner.

Jobe Roofing completed a roof renovation project on a 2 building apartment complex, flat roof. The crew repaired and replaced problem sections and finished with an APOC 585 energy efficient white roof system. The job was supposed to take 1 week; the crew was staffed up and the work was completed in 3 days. The guys did a great job with pro results, click on the attached picture. Robert who specified the job cost gave me a few options so the price would fit our budget.

He explained about the materials to be used and the whole process. I took a month to compare all bids, Robert was always patient with our questions. Once the job was underway, the crew was always professional and tidy. They kept the property clean, and picked up all materials each day. Robert and one of the guys came back and fixed the placement of the dish cable wires, and brought down the spare tiles from the roof; a task I requested after the job was completed. Bryanna at the front office was also great; she always followed up with my questions and paperwork/invoice requests. A great experience overall, I would recommend talking to to Jobe for any roof work needed.

Early in 2018 one of the heaviest downpours in recent California history drenched Los Angeles, and in its midst, to my horror, the ceiling in my living room started to leak. I called Jobe Roofing because around a decade earlier they'd applied a special white reflectant coating to my roof which in addition to effectively protecting my roof had also resulted in significantly lower SCE bills over the years.

Within one hour of my call for help, Jobe Roofing sent Antonio and his crew to repair the leak. With the rain still pouring down, Antonio and his guys worked to find and repair the leak on my roof. Within minutes I watched the torrent of water filling up the bucket in my living room underneath the leak dwindle to a thin stream, and then stop altogether.

Antonio, an honest man who clearly takes pride in both his company and his own handiwork, advised me that my roof needed a few additional repairs in order to make sure this sort of leak didn't happen again.

He showed me photos he'd taken with his iPhone which persuaded me his concern had merit. I called Jobe Roofing to schedule a repair job and had the pleasure of being connected with Mr. Jobe himself, the eponymous hero of this terrific company. I requested that the repair job be completed as soon as possible, before the next big winter rainstorm, and Jobe accommodated my request.

On the appointed day at exactly 8:00 AM, Benjamin showed up to do the repair. In order to make absolutely certain he was fixing what definitely needed to be fixed, he communicated directly with Antonio who showed him all the photos he'd taken of my roof during his emergency repair job. Bottom line is that Benjamin repaired my roof very much to my satisfaction.

I wanted to tip him but he wouldn't accept it. You need to know that every single person I've spoken with over the years at Jobe Roofing is friendly, attentive and seems genuinely interested in making me a satisfied customer. Over the years I've had the unhappy responsibility of writing honest but rather negative reviews of companies whose help I'd sought in addressing repair issues and who for various reasons had let me down as a customer.
